Love the custard! Most of the menu is over-the-top for me, personally. And the prices are a little steep. But I like the classic hot fudge malt and sundae options. Anyone can find something.Staff is friendly but it feels like they're always training new people so its never quite a well-oiled machine. A bit of a wait.Wish the walk-up had a separate order and pickup window and better seating options for groups.

We absolutely love this place! It's our mother/daughter time to talk about the weeks events over an amazing cup of Nutty Waffle! I'm ashamed to say we hardly ever venture around the menu, although we should, because the other items look just as amazing! Thank you for always having such happy smiling employees (even the ones standing in the rain taking drive thru orders!) As well as fresh & consistent snacks!

First visit for frozen custard and were very impressed with the speed of the drive through, not to mention Andy's frozen custard!☆Just a note we did look at the menu online to order as we could not see the menu board. There is an order taker outside who is a car or two ahead of the menuboard, so I recommend going on line to research your choices ahead of time or park and walk up to place your order. This place is always busy and the drive through is full almost all the time but does move quickly.I had a Boot Daddy jackhammered with carmel and my hubby had the All American jackhammered with marshmellow, let me say that these were by far the most outstanding desserts we've had in a long while! The blend of flavors, temperatures and textures was spot on! When Having ordered a small, I devoured it in recorded time without shame.I must make an excuse to return to Longview for more!$💲To those who comment about the prices. Remember this, when you use high quality products in what you are producing there will be a cost to the consumer for the end product. You get what you pay for. I feel like I definitely got what I paid for and worth every cent!

Can't beat Andy's for frozen custard. One of my favorite stopping places when in Longview. I love the classic look of the place and all the neon. Staff is courteous and helpful and facility is super clean

The frozen custard is great, but the smartalec attitude of one of the young ladies behind the counter left something to be desired. Just don't go in the evening and you shouldn't have to deal with her. She seemed like she was high school age and was too good to be there.

I can't believe this is a chain! I had never seen one before, but now I'm addicted. You have to try the stolen brownie sundae! Where has this been all my life? I asked for extra cherries, and I was not disappointed.Edit: many months later... I've asked for extra cherries a few other times. Turns out this wasn't a fluke. Apparently this is what extra cherries means to them! Sonic could sure learn a thing from these guys.

I've never once had a bad experience here. Order is correct every single time & always delicious. The boot Daddy concrete with peanut butter added in is my absolute favorite. SO good! I recently came here after being in the hospital miserably sick. I ordered a medium concrete to soothe my raw bloody throat, & they gave me a large at no extra charge bc they saw how miserably sick I was. Told me to feel better soon. The staff is so kind. Service is impeccable.

Andy's Frozen Custard was quite the experience but there were a couple downfalls, starting with the drive thru line which went all the way to the highway and it was extremely dangerous. The line did move at a decent pace. It was our first time to visit Andy's and we needed to see the menu so we could see all they had to offer, Unfortunately there was a young man standing out in front of the menu taking orders and he was either having a really bad day or he was just a rude young man. We told him it was our first time there and we needed to see the menu but he didn't budge, so we ordered the Ooey Gooey Concrete, which is: vanilla custard blended with heath bar, caramel, and almonds. We just happened to see a sign advertising it as we pulled around the drive thru. All though it was extremely sweet, which is the whole point of getting a dessert, it was too sweet. We got a small, by the way, be ready to spend a lot of money, and between the two of us we could only eat 1/2 of it. So we did end up wasting a good chunk of change on a small custard, BUT don't take my word for it, go stop by and try it for yourself. Maybe, just maybe you should order from the outside walk up menu at the front of Andy's. The other option is to look at their online menu before going. Again This was our first time so I encourage you to read other reviews and drop by and give it a try.⭐️EDIT⭐️ I must add an edit to this review. After writing the review I was contacted through Google, then via email, then a phone call concerning our experience at Andy's. The customer service is absolutely top notch and they made things right. I do reviews to help other people gather information before they go to a place. I don't do it for any other reason. I have never had a company go this far to fix a situation. Thank you for caring about your customer's concerns.

I grew up enjoying Frozen Custard, but trying to find it these days can be a little challenging. This is a very good place to start. If you want to discover the joys of fresh made frozen custard. They make a new batch hourly and you utilize flavors that you don't find at every ice cream stand. The food is great, the custard is refreshing, and they even managed to offer a veterans discount. What's not to love?!

Lovely place for a frozen treat to fend off the Texas heat, needs a little work on the drive through service.This is one of my favorite frozen dessert places, but not having the menu memorized can result in an awkward interaction. They do not have a menu board up near the entry way of the drive through, however they had a person going up to reach car asking what they'd like to order.Thanks to this feature, I ordered triple chocolate concretes for everyone bc only one person in the knew what they wanted by name. Check the menu online before you find yourself in the drive through line or you'll be just as lost as me.

My mother and I have been here multiple times, and we can confidently say that we've never had a bad experience with Andy's Frozen Custard! Everything we've ordered is delicious, the staff are welcoming and friendly, and the option of being able to park and order at the window is very convenient. I can see why Andy's has been in business for 37 years now, and I hope they stay in business for many years to come. Thank you so much for serving up wonderful treats in the Longview area!

Really good ice cream. Every once in a while they mess up but it's usually an easy fix. Like when I asked for rootbeer float and they just gave me a cup of rootbeer.The sizes are a little weird. The medium for one type of ice cream is not the same as the medium as another. Kind of makes it confusing when you want to try something in another flavor and you ask for a medium and they give you what looks like a small.

The key lime pie concrete is not the same this year, we’ll starting out. I visited on the 13th and and again on the 15th and bought 3 quarts. Each one was the same barley a key lime taste. It’s like they cut back on the mixure?
