I did grocery pickup. Very easy and I only had to wait a few minutes. Tyler brought out my groceries the last few times and he does an excellent job! Very friendly and funny. Give this guy a raise!

So this was my 5th time trying to get the donut shop 12pk kcup coffees and it was a success! Got my 4 coffees, some oj that was on sale, grands biscuits, sugar and cheese all of which was very much on sale! Thank you Albertsons for offering rain checks and for finally getting more coffees in. My mom was very happy with her gift of the coffee!

I live approx. 1 hr away from Albertsons and I will drive here for the flowers alone! They have the most amazing assortment of beautiful fresh cut flowers and arrangements! I just hosted a reception at my home and Tiffany, the Albertson's florist, made the most beautiful arrangements (total of 5) for us! It was a pleasure to work with her, she understood exactly what I was looking for! Thank you Tiffany for making our reception so beautiful!

Hi, I don’t ever leave reviews but I feel this is something that needs to come to light.I want to start off by saying that Albertsons is my preferred grocery store to shop at because it seams its the only place that’s sells the “good” stuff in Longview. That being said, I have a huge concern about the man who puts the carts away and helps people out to their car. I’m not sure of his name but he’s about 5’6-5’8 with long greyish hair and always looks as though he hasn’t shaved in a couple days and wears glasses. I’m certain if you shop hear you’ll know who I’m talking about because he has a real bad habit about approaching women who are alone with children or by themselves to “help” and “play with little kids” ( harass). Before someone try’s to say oh he’s innocent or hes just trying to be nice. He’s not. I have looked this man in the eye and said no thank you I don’t need help, or please don’t touch my kids. The time that really pushed me was the day I pulled up and he is sitting waiting with the carts and I very obviously avoided him while grabbing a cart and putting my kids inside. As I began to put my youngest from the car to the cart I turn around and this man is reaching over to touch my child on his head. For what reason only god and he knows. So naturally I tell him I’m sorry don’t touch my child. Is there’s something you need? He obviously couldn’t Conjure up the words. So I said excuse me and began to the store. I turn around to see where he’s going and this man is cupping his hands around his eyes with his face up against my car window looking inside!!!! I ask him what are you doing and he just turns around and walks away. I did report him right when I went inside and explained everything to the staff and this man for some reason is still out and about harassing away.

With the help of the lovely lady in the flower booth, I was able to make my own bouquet! All i had to do was pick out the flowers and she put them together! All of the flowers I chose were fresh! It’s crazy how cheap they were! Thank you Albertsons!

Always have a good experience here at this Albertsons. Freshest produce around, only place besides Skinners we will buy meat. Some store prices are a little higher but better quality products. Used the RX several times and always had a good experience there as well. We like this location alot.

I have been shopping with this store many times and I used to work for them when I was 16, many years ago, the customer services is horrible, today have push it to the limit, this is possible the 17times with bad attitude clerk. Self check out girl walk up to my station then didn’t say anything just scan her card, she treat me like I didn’t scan something, I ask her what’s the problem she said did u scan ur number before I can reply she repeat again while pressing the screen and raise her voice with much more rude question did I scan my loyalty card, then I said yes she said no u put it in as item number, she wasn’t trying to figure something wrong she first treat me as if I plan on steal something, a 4dollar hamburger bun????? I remember her she also checked me out as chaser she was extremely rude, she had yell at me saying am I gonna start unloading the grocery at the time I was purchasing 2 separate grocery for my elderly handicap father in law and one for my house so I have to separate which one is mine and his since I m using 2 form of payment, the clerk bag my grocery at another bad visit, he threw everything together chemical cold food and hot food all in one bag I didn’t say anything I start to rearrange it, he then stated m I need it bag particular ways, I say don’t worry about it, he pulled the item out of my hand voliently and i took a lot my wife to calm me down, he also the one was sweeping the floor and i was looking at salad dressing, and he stop his mob 1 inch at my foot and just star at me, he expected me to move, I said hang on I m trying to grab the salad dressing, we have to avoid him every time we come here, also there’s lady with her cart doing restock I assume she did same thing pull right in front of me impatiently and rude, gave me a hateful look, I literally have to move my buggy out of her way, I said excuse me not in any rude tone she didn’t say anything to me or ty. There’s 4 person work here r awesome rest of the them don’t belong at customer services. In my opinion, I usually just let it go but this happen to me and my wife and one of my close friend shop here. Either their manager don’t care or don’t aware of the situation, I have complain to one of the nice lady about the guy pull grocery off my hand she said he’s like that, everyone don’t like him. But I like this store cuz I like some item I can’t get at some store, but when fresh open I won’t be shopping there anymore I sorry this store need to have a customer services training, at least doesn’t make it feel uncomfortable and being treated hatefully there. It sad I speak highly about them for years becuz I had shop and worked there when young.

There costumer service in the market is horrible. Was there today trying to buy a brisket to much fat on them and nobody wanted to bring out enoough for me to find one..This is a holiday weekend there should have been lotsto choose from.

I've been shopping here for decades and it's still a good store. They're expensive but the store is close to home. They've always had a good variety. Now, that being said... It is not NEARLY as good as it once was, and that's due to poor service. There was a time when they wouldn't let you take your own groceries out. Now a sacker might bag your stuff but they make no effort to take it to your car. And don't expect anyone in the store to greet you with a smile and speak to you, or for a cashier to say "Thank you for shopping with us." You pay a premium price for your goods but you get Walmart service. That's not ok with me.

I found some good deals today. I had hoped to find some different varieties of apples, but the type I’m used to from up north just don’t seem to be available around here. I did find several unexpected deals though, so I’m happy. The cashier and baggers were friendly.I’m withholding the five stars because I had a bad experience in the past. Nothing seemed to be awry during this trip.

Meat is amazing for the price but the pasta I could eat before and the last few months it’s been making me sick due to an egg allergy. Now I have to find a pasta that is not manufactured with equipment that has egg on them.

One of the few places we shop at while in Longview. I frequently visit deli and cake departments. Enjoy the friendly environment and always greeted with a smile. Employees are always helpful in locating products and food items throughout the store, even when we get to the checkout registers. Would definitely recommend Albertsons as a great place to shop.

Pharmacy: The pharmacist is kind, professional, attentive. On the other hand, the technician staff is often curt; too busy chatting amongst themselves to be helpful to customers, sometimes seems like they don't want to bother with my questions. Sure wish Super 1 Pharmacy was still in business!!

Each week I drive to Longview about 25 miles one way to take advantage of the digital deals. The steaks that are advertised are rarely available for purchase. I was there today 6-28-23 at 8:30 a.m. and no steaks. Leaving for about 1-1/2 hours and returning, no steaks. This seems to be standard operating procedure. This has happened more times than it hasn't. It is getting old. I may give it one more try. Not sure.

Since the remodel, this store is cleaner and better organized. I love shopping when they have sales. The butcher counter employees are always helpful and accommodating. It is especially helpful to use their app to save sales and coupons.

Store was very clean and organized making it easy to navigate and locate everything. The only issue that I had was produce selection. I like having more options to choose from, but what they had wasn't too bad. I would recommend this store to everyone.

Amazing Bakery! Rose is very professional and accommodating! I had an unbelievable experience with the bakery department, could not be any happier. Ordered wedding cakes for the weekend of June 17th, then the historic storm hit East Texas, the majority of the area lost electricity, even Albertson’s. Rose arrived at 3:00 am after the power was restored to make sure that my order was filled. I am sure that she had help and I thank everyone for their help. Looking for a certain red wine was my reason for going here. A lot of choices by many different vineyards. Didn't have what I was looking for, but will go back for something else. Store is clean and stocked. Friendly staff. Prices is the reason for four stars, but they do have good specials occasionally.

I love this store!!! Their Savon Pharmacy is staffed with the cream of the crop. Could not ask for better customer service anywhere. I have used them for over10 yrs. And I will not go anywhere else. It is 40+ miles round trip for us but we'll worth the drive. I do not buy my meat from any other store. Their quality is top of the line and a very good selection. Seafood not found at other stores.Always neat and clean.
