Went to the LV store today for a merchandise return & to purchase a few additional items. The store was organized and well stocked. The young lady that checked me out ( I believe Kiersten was her name ) was very friendly & personable. The customer service I experienced today was definitely 5 + STAR!!!!!

I went in to pick up something I bought online and went to the closest side of the customer service counter. They prompted me to stand in the insanely long register lines to pick up something I had already paid for. That's idiotic and I'm not going to do it.Your customer service counter has two sides, you usually check people out on the inside. Have people pick up online orders on the outside of it or set something else up. There is zero sense in making people go through checkout lines to pick up their stuff. I will happily just order from Amazon instead.

Needed clothes so I went in and tried on clothes. Wasn't too crowded and dressing rooms were well kept. Also just bought a great pair of running shoes that were marked down from $80 to $50! That's huge! Almost 50% off for a pair of Acsics. You can't beat that!

Tried to buy a few things for my AR and the manager with a beard wasn't very CSR friendly..I advised I wanted a magazine and 300 blackout ammo well he showed me mags and pointed towards ammo section and walked off. I then went to the bathroom and found him texting on his phone outside the bathrooms. I went back to the ammo section and decided to buy it at a local mom and pop shop down the road.

Always come shopping here for my mom during the weekdays and they have just about everything from boots to boxes of jerky. Great place if you have little ones in sports too, my nieces just can’t get enough of the lululemons.

Opening staff at 9 am were horribly rude and unwelcoming! Not willing to help at all with any issues! No smiles they don’t want to be there and it shows! Wont be shopping here ever again!

Their customer service SUCKS ! They don't understand what customer service is. They just put you on hold 2 or 3 times until you get tired of holding then you hang up and they can get back to their fb account. Will not go back in that Longview Academy!!!!

there is no one to help you there are hundreds of shoes, so it hard to decide, than you can't try the shoe on cause it lock, so you're just lost in the store

I recently ordered a product from the store. I placed the order via their website and chose to pick it up in person. The entire process was very smooth. I wish that other merchants could understand that when you make it easy to give someone money, everyone wins. I will definitely be purchasing more things from this place. Highly satisfied.

They are getting better. Store is stocked. Good selection of merchandise. There is always parking. They do have a good selection for camping, hunting, and outdoors. The shoes are expensive for the brands but they have good stock.

Came here the other day to find a new pair of running shoes, and I found exactly what I needed! They have a wonderful selection of shoes and athletic wear and a friendly staff to assist you, if need be. They also run some great sales on ammo occasionally, so keep your eyes peeled for that!

Love the brand and I have been to other locations but this location is lacking when it comes to ordering through their online service and Customer Service in general.Twice now I have ordered online because the ship times have been estimated quicker than what I would have received through AMZ and both times when the item was due to be picked up, I have been disappointed because I would arrive to pick it up and the personnel would tell me that it hadn't yet arrived. It seems they have some issues with logistics in that area.Otherwise, the shopping experience in the store has been nice and they usually have would I would expect to be able to find locally.

Made an online order for store pickup. Get there , and they’re checking people out in the area that says “store pickup” there were 3 other registers open and I had to wait in line behind a lady with tons of items, just to get my order. They need to make it habit to ONLY process store pickups in that area and direct people who are making a purchase, to other registers. And not to mention the cashier acted as if she didn’t want to be there. There was also another cashier on her phone texting behind the cashier helping me, and a customer stated her down and not once did she look up to help him. She then turned so her back faced him, just to further avoid him. Ridiculous. Customer service is terrible these days.

Rude!! Alyssa waited until we were about to check out to tell us she was closing!! She leaves while we stood in another line for 15 minutes, then she came back to check someone out she’d had been talking to!!!What has happen to customer service? She was rude and sarcastic!!

Just left this Academy after buying 70 pairs of shoes for a local community event, and let me tell you, what could’ve been a painstaking checkout process was actually a BREEZE. Shoutout to our incredible cashiers- Phoenix, Dajah, and Alexis!! Y’all made our Academy experience absolutely top notch!!!!
