Being of age to purchase beer. My son and his friend went to get water and coronas. They were approached very aggressively. When a lady demanded to see their ID. My son ask her for what reason. She didn’t give him a reason. Just demanded the ID. So he went back to his car to retrieve it. Then she sent a man over. He showed his ID. Then was told he can’t buy anything from that store.i told him as long as he hasn’t done anything wrong just present his ID. But learn your laws. Racism is real. I’m sick and tired of hearing about these type of experiences in this country. And so many think it’s just normal. A white guy stood there watching and asked why did they do my son like that. Yes he’s only 24 and has an amazing job. Just wanting to live. His very first encounter of being profiled. To God be the glory. Never mess with a person God has his hands on.

This Walmart is in violation of ADA laws. I had an incident with this Walmart back in 21 where I was harassed about my service dog. I ended up taking it all the way to corporate and was put in touch with the general manager, we came to an understanding about the job that my service dog performs, how she cannot walk on the floor because she would not be able to do the tasks that she was trained for. She is approximately 7 inches tall and weighs 5 pounds. She cannot detect the changes in my breath down on the floor. The manager and I agreed that she would be fine in the cart seat as long as she had a blanket or pet bed underneath her. No problems until today. Same Walmart. Grabbed a cart, put her bed inside the seat and entered the store. There was a person walking in front of me that had a French bulldog on a leash. I do not know what the dog's status was. My dog saw the bulldog and barked. I gave her the command to stop. She immediately stopped and we turned the corner. She did not act inappropriate, did not lunge, did not leave the pet bed. As we were walking up the aisle we were approached by a gentleman in a BLUE VEST, he started to address my dog. I explained that I was not going to discuss the issue, that it had already been handled. He immediately got nasty, threatening me with criminal trespassing. He kept telling me I could not talk to him that way. I turned and left the store. I immediately contacted Lockhart Police Department and he contacted the store staff. The on call manager demanded that I be charged with criminal trespassing. According to the officer "He talked this staff member out of the ticket." I contacted Corporate again, gave them the information from the first incident and demanded and apology. During the course of the the call I was informed there was not a manager on duty and if the gentleman had a blue vest on he was not management. I am now suppose to wait 7 days for Walmart to call me back and talk to me about the incident. Go to Sam's a division of Walmart and as long as she is on the pet bed and has her service vest on, we get our shopping done. I will not be back in this Walmart.

My first and last time going to Walmart in Lockhart. Yelling, and accusing me of stealing when I have two receipts. Threatening to call security on me because you’re trying to snatch a receipt out of my head is not OK please train your employees better to handle these altercations. I don’t need to be yelled at by two employees and customers while I’m on the phone.

This specific Walmart is above average for the Walmarts I frequent. The employees I have dealt with have all been extremely polite, knowledgeable, and two specifically on this visit went above and beyond their on floor responsibilities. Worst customer service, the manager on duty Alan was sarcastic along with the cashier she rolled her eyes at me neither of them where helpful the least one didn’t care to help me and the other didn’t like that I called another store to get information. All this over less two items that both together where less then $20 I just needed an exchanged and they refuse too

While Walmart remains my "go to store" for much of my needs, and wants, since Walmart has chosen to rent a portion of their parking lot to a Rent-A-Truck Company, these vehicles are a hindrance to customers clear view when navigating the parking lot, and are a eye sore to the Walmart Store Parking Lot in general.

Have you met the polite and extremely pretty and kind of sexy young lady that works the return counter? With the glasses. I always have to check and see if she's there. You should too it makes my day every time. Very polite and smart girl too. She's probably the only good reason to go there because everybody else is just there to use be early devices to harassed and gas light. It's like a training field there like 20 or so everytime I go there. Maybe it's like a class they take it the parking lot I don't know. But there a bunch of worthless people I do know that. They should be more useful and productive like that smart little girl.

Extremely understaffed! This is an issue with Walmart not the staff as they can only do so much with 3 people on the front end of the store managing about 20 customers at any given time. It is very frustrating to end up here as I do once a month to help my mom out who lives here…even the Austin locations function better….

I mean Walmart is Walmart sometimes great sometimes not so. Well this kinda made me chuckle at first but as Ive eaten more Im kinda annoyed as I want more powdered donuts. This said assorted I know, but ONE powdered donut? WHY you gotta do me like this baker or whoever made this package lol. I've left it since it's the only one and in a day or two once I've had enough of donuts, I'll eat it. The rest will be compost. Kinda tired of plain and cinnamon.

Told them to refill my windshield fluid while doing the oil change and they didn't. On top of this my $200 Bowie knife is missing that I keep in driver's side door. The only people that have been in my car is me, my wife and Wal Mart employees. The knife didn't grow legs and walk away! Asked my wife and she hasn't touched it and I haven't used it until I went looking for it the other day. Called the store and management couldn't do anything for me even told him if he runs it by his employees and someone "FINDS" it I'll come pick it up and be on my way no questions asked.

I never use self check out. Always go to a cashier. Most employees seem happy but some don't. When I need help finding something I feel like no one wants to help. People in electronics aren't knowledgeable and are useless. Maybe you should treat employees better to boost moral.

Customer service lady is rude! Returning a tv that i had for 3 days. I had my receipt and she wanted to refund me on a gift card.. No ma'am... ** food area is pretty good. Clothes for the ladies the area is small. I dont care for the self check out to much. But i give it an 6 out of 10.

Its Oct 6 this bacon was still on the shelf, my bad for not checking date but come on! Not to mention I have NEVER seen more than 2 cashiers available, yet there's at least 8 or more checkout lanes? I waited in line for almost 20 minutes (17 to be exact) because only 3 of the 4 self check out lanes were working. Heres a crazy suggestion convert all the unused lanes to self checkouts since Im assuming you can cut costs by not hiring cashiers and pump out more profit. Im on my way back to get a refund with my receipt and will now drive to Kyle for my groceries as our only other grocery store in Lockhart is a bigger nightmare.
