Tractor Supply is my got to place for all of my Chritmas shopping needs. Staff helped me pick out wonderful gifts for my Family. Amazing that I got a gift for my Dad, Mom, Husband, Daughter and my little son. Great to complete all my shopping needs in one place. Even took the time to explain the difference in their 4-Health dog food. (Which I now switched over to). Great staff and an even more wonderful Manager.

I order online and do curbside pickup. Their website is slow and outdated but the staff at the store are always excellent and read to loaf my purchase when I pull up. We appreciate this service for heavy bags of feed and such 👍

Amazing Place! I went to pick up an order for a Christmas Present, and it was cancelled for some reason. But one of the employees stayed with me to figure out what happened, while he got on the phone with the online department, purchasing department, and the other store that canceled my previous order. I am extremely grateful for him, and even though I did not leave with my gift I left with a refund, and the happiness that the tractor and supply company has great employees.

The new manager over there, Stephanie I think her name is, was a god send for me this morning.I had a mix up with an order at my regular store ( San Marcos ) and not only did she make it right for me, but I was back to work sooner than I thought.The Lockhart location reminds me of when Tractor Supply first started and was a real local parts store, with knowledgeable people who enjoy helping someone like me find parts and get back to work.I'll probably go out of my way to shop in Lockhart now.Thank you

It’s really nice having a local TSC and in the past had great service. However lately, I’ve had too many times needing items that are either out of stock, in the back and not on the shelves or items locked behind a glass case that’s no one seems to have a key for. TSC should really have a key with the person at the register so they can go get the item themselves. It’s gets frustrating being made late for work when people who arrived after you’ve already waited in line twice and waited for a manager to show with a key are getting checked out before you.

Great service at Lockhart TSC. From cashier to Lady Mgr who called her self Grandma. Cashier was really helpful with 4th of July discount. Grandma Mgr helped load 6 gates, several rolls of wire and T-post. Service was great that we went twice. Thanks Grandma Mgr for your help.

Went to refill my propane tank and used the app. Waited about ten minutes and then went into the store. I was informed the person was not in. I asked if they only have one certified and they said yes.Kinda of bad business to only have one certified person and not have them on the weekend. Everyone should be certified if you work there that way your propane is covered.I love TSC but was irritated by this poor management of their propane.

Always have what im looking for and usually a good sale. The girl with the dog named Daisy that works here is super helpful and awesome!!! She will go out of her way to make sure your satisfied with your visit and helps find you the best deal possible. Have been going here alot more even tho it's a little ways away from the local hardware and feed store. But worth it.

This is my normal go to TS, the employees are usually really nice and helpful. Im only giving 3 stars because, carts people... Why do people have to try and hunt up a flat cart to buy a bunch of feed? I cant get 5/6 bags of 50 lb feed in/out of the standard red carts. This TC has exactly 2 silver flat carts. Come on management, get some more feed friendly carts please!!!!!

I go here often to get dog food. Its one of the few places that carries the dog food that doesnt upset my great dane's tummy. Everyone here has always been kind and helpful. Walked around the whole store and they have many useful things. Great place to take a man who likes tools lol.

You don't get a place like this in the big city. Everything from riding lawnmowers, to tools, fencing, pet food, and western wear. Tractor Supply is a great complement to a hardware store if you operate a rural homestead.

They never have someone there that knows how to fill propane tanks. Like no one else can be trained to do it. They have one lady that does it. If she's not there I have to drive to Kyle or Bastrop. This has been an on going issue at this Lockhart location.

Tractor Supply sells pet food that I can't find anywhere else in Lockhart. They also sell quality western clothing footwear for men & women not stocked locally at reasonable prices. As well as outdoor equipment and anything else I might need out in the country on a weekend.Tractor Supply personnel are always helpful, knowledgeable, and unassuming, especially Sarah.Tractor Supply is the biggest retail improvement in Lockhart since I moved back here in 2000.

Purchased online order, packages delivered to store but it took store over a week before notifying me to pick up my order. And only reason was because I called about my order.Then item order was given to me in a severely damaged box and staff told me to bring it back if item in box was damaged which acourse it was. Horrible customer service.
