Horrible customer service. My husband went in to get a chicken feeder and a bag of all stock. Asked the young customer service rep if he could load the feed in the vehicle for him ( my husband has a hurt back currently) but the rep said he looked fine and walked off. My husband then proceeded to talk to the manager and she went to say that my husband looked like he could carry the bag. And that they were busy. When the young rep was obviously texting in the back. Talk about discrimination. Because he “looked” capable they wouldn’t help him. We will never be coming back and I highly recommend going to a local feed store where they have no problem simply helping a customer load feed.
