Store had boxes piled, but I'm assuming that may be because it was truck day...the REAL issue is the manager, I think her name was Stephanie, maybe. Anyway, she was extremely rude and uninviting. She made it clear she does not trust kids in the store. She made my son, my husband, and myself feel unwelcome and frankly, unwanted in the store. Will NOT be back. She was better after being called out on being such trash toward my kid... but she's lucky my husband spoke with her and not me.

A very clean and well stocked store. The employee Debra is exceptional in customer service. I was there for a few items, very satisfied that I had quality options to choose from. In my time there I observed Debra assist an elder above service. Such care with checkout, held the door, assist to vehicle. She thanked those who returned carts. Anyway, she made my heart smile. Keep being awesome!

I know the store is new.. But still I will save you store is in great shape. Employees are outstanding with their help and their dedication. A lady named Carol that works there was very good help to me. She knew exactly where in the store where the item I needed what located. So far all the employees at the family dollar have been very very helpful

Love this store at the Fentress Texas location... The store is always very clean and organized and well stocked... The employees are always very friendly and very helpful... I highly recommend people to go shop there.

Friendly staff. BUT it would be nice if they opened an hour earlier. Because in this general area people are go to work. Plus that's the close store to US!

I had a great time at the Family Dollar Grand opening , Lisa store Mngr treated customers like family...nice town !

They had alot of groceries that Walmart didn't have so we paid alittle more but with the virus thing it was ok.
