I like that they don't attack you the minute you walk in the store. I don't like to feel rushed or else than I stop shopping and hurry up and get to the register to leave. Because I think they are wanting me to hurry up, so then I don't shop as much and you lose out on sales. I can't express how grateful I am to the staff at my local Tractor Supply. Everyone is willing to step up and help at a moments notice. Had a fencing nightmare with my animals that they were able to guide me with making the right choice on what to buy for my needs. Thank you to Ron, the Manager, Tyson, Mark, Wes, Joe, and Kim! I bought a weedeater today. I don't think it runs correctly. It runs about 3 min then you spend q5 getting it to run again. Tried calling the store 4 times. Can't get anybody to answer.

i am unable to find what riding mowers are in stock at this store and when I phoned them, they will charge over $ 70.00 to deliver in town. Poor service and not acceptable. I l will shop elsewhere

No one there to open! Employees said they'd been there 20 minutes.20 to 30 minutes late, Brent (never apologized or spoke to a single customer waiting there at the door) showed up. Not scheduled til 11, but employees said that he was THE ONLY ONE WHO ANSWERED the phone.Another management issue.*the clerk was EXTREMELY apologetic, even seemed embarrassed considering the parking lot FULL of people.

I had bought some liquid fertilizer here that had big chunks of solids in it that would not break up. I have been using this same fertilizer for years with no problem so I thought these must have been old jugs. Contacted the store and the manager Mark did some research and found that they had received a bad lot. He immediately pulled any remaining products from the shelf and also made it right for me. Thank you Mark!

Love the store & employees but it's so dang hot in that store. Was told corporate in Tennessee controls the A/C. Someone from Corporate needs to make a visit to the store & work there for a day & see just how hot it is. They might notice there is a difference in climate!! It may be cooling off in Tennessee but we aren't in Tennessee!!!

When you live further afield, like Llano, its great to have some local stores that carry so many things you need. Tractor Supply is one of my favorites. They carry a wide range of hardware/farm/outdoor supplies. From bird seed to cowboy boots to outdoor gear, its easy to find so many things you hadn't gotten around to buying. I'd say they're like Ace Hardware for the farm. Very well organized, reasonable prices, good service.

Great staff and great service. Anything you could need for your farming, ranching, gardening, pet or general house hold needs, they have or can get for you quickly. They also have cute clothes and boots!

The Llano Tractor Supply is one of the worst TSCs I have ever encountered. I love Tractor Supply, so this makes the fact that my hometown TSC is so bad even worse. The store is huge, but not stocked well at all. The most basic feeds are not available, and a feed will be out on the floor for over a week (but up in the back on some obscure pallet). The staff is generally unhelpful (the best employees were Terry and Thomas), sometimes unfriendly, and sometimes totally ignorant about the products and how to respond to customers. The store manager is often in the store, but dressed in "civilian" clothes... perhaps so he does not have to answer questions or deal with customers? It is better to travel to the next closest TSC (over 45 min away) to find what you're looking for, along with a much better staff.

It's really irritating to want to check out and there is no cashier. Almost 10 minutes later she shows up laughing and says oh well I was busy. I could have walked out, with out paying and no one would have known. She wasn't in the least bit concerned. Didn't even bother to say she was sorry.

Animal food shelves are empty basically if you look through the doors into the back I can see the dog food that I want I counted no less than four people sitting around playing with themselves I don't understand why you can't stock the dog food from the back to the front anybody who's ever worked retail knows that pet food is the easiest to keep stocked quit standing around and put things on the shelf
