Great coffee shop with a great mission. We visited during the solar eclipse, and they went out of their way to be accommodating, gracious, and friendly with a crowded room and long lines out the door. Coffee and pastries were delicious and consumed so quickly that we forgot to snap some pictures. Came back later for a souvenir mug. Make sure to tip well to keep this great place serving the Llano community!

The space (not the employees) has a cool vibe to it. It's community focused and there's alot going on here it seems. Nice spot if you're a local, i'm sure, but the service when I went there today was trash. Not greeted when we walked in and said hello. Ordered a frappe and the baristas did NOT want to make it. The kid that ended up accepting the order just scowled the entire time. I get that they're not fun to make but then why work at a coffee house?Bad energy, bad vibes from the 3 people working there on a Saturday afternoon.The frappe tasted like burnt coffee...it was nasty. Oh well! On to the next.

The woman working there was also super nice and got everything made very quicklySome friends that went with me also enjoyed the stop, and the shop has a nice atmosphere and a cool location with the surrounding shops as well

Ordered a vanilla latte and a mocha. Waited 15 minutes for the latte and an extra 5 for the mocha. When the vanilla latte was ready I said that a mocha was ordered as well. The young man replied to me, a woman, I’m well aware of that sir. Just rude. Mocha was tossed out as we left it was undrinkable sooo sweet and no coffee detected. The vanilla latte tasted like warmed milk with vanilla flavoring. Will most certainly never go back.

Can’t say enough good things about Fuel. Great coffee, kind baristas, and the best price around. Always smiling faces and a great community meeting place.Love that they sponsor the Angel Tree- truly gives back to our town.

The place has a very nice interior. Very cosy with relaxing warm lighting. The employees, not so much. Walked in and was rudely stared at when going in. No hello and some weird silence for a minute after ordering. Ordered a drink and then one of the baristas started to talk bad about a previous customer that had ordered the same drink while she was making mine. Both proceeded to give my boyfriend and I looks as we drank our coffee, and then loudly started talking badly about both other customers and people they knew in their personal lives. Felt as if they took the Mean Girls movie as a guide to life, and not a satire.

This is more than just a coffee shop, its the social center of the small town. There are music performances, a kiddie play area, comfy sofas, friendly locals to chat with. I've been to many coffee shops on my road trip travels and this is right up there at the top!

Excellent coffee in a very special place. Fuel is a non-profit organization. If you get into the hill country of Texas, stop in Llano and have some coffee and goodies and support a wonderful community! We'll be back. THIS is my favorite coffee shop.

Had a new client meeting here. The space has high ceilings and a spacious feel.They were kind enough to let us overstay our welcome without a hint of irritation.My double expresso capachino was perfect. They do have a tip jar and i hope we made up for the 2 hours we spent talking on the comfy couch/chair combo.

I genuinely didn’t see the sign that said no pets, so I was carrying in my 8lb dog. The barista immediately snapped at me, and I apologized and waited outside while my boyfriend ordered our coffees. My soy latte tasted burnt. Overall poor experience, but I do think it’s cool this place is a nonprofit.

Every time we drive through Llano we stop here to get a coffee.On the door there is a sign that says “service animals allowed” so I assumed this place would know what a service animal is or is not- I just so happen to have a service animal. However the girl at the counter told us animals are not allowed. I told her he is a service animal. She questioned if I was telling the truth and tried to get a good look at my dog. (I’m not sure what she was looking for as he was just laying on the ground not bothering anyone)After we got our coffee and sat down, another one of the workers came in and started asking her co worker if MY dog was a service animal. The co worker responded “that’s what they say”They then proceeded to talk loudly about what a service animal is.Rather than discriminating and speaking negatively of a person within earshot, please read up on the guideline of what a service animal really is by the ADA laws.It’s not JUST for someone who is blind or who is a War vet. (As these ladies stated loudly for us to hear)None of us know what someone has been through or what health problems they may have.Coffee was good. But we won’t return.

We stopped by here to grab coffee while passing through the area on a two-week roadtrip. The cashier was super nice (and I appreciated he was wearing a mask). There was live music going on, and the bathrooms were clean. My husband liked his cappuccino and I had just the normal house coffee. A nice pit stop, with some gift shops next door.

Nice cozy indie coffee house. My wife loved her scone and I enjoyed the sausage kolaches. Hot cocoa tasted a little off.Tables/chairs and couches.Optional Email/SMS receipts.Has stage for Jazz performances.Vegetarian options: Plenty of dairy creamer alternatives available.Parking: Designated parking spots on the street. A couple stairs to get up to the shops. There MIGHT have been wheelchair access nearby, but I wasn't looking for it.
