The Manager is a THIEF…. I left my billfold at the register it had $1000 CASH in it. I called the manager he said it wasn’t left there. I KNOW WITHOUT ANY DOUBT IT WAS. I ask if he would view the store video He wouldn’t. I ask for corporates number he told me to look it up. When I got corporate number it’s just a message saying do a survey online and they will get back to you. WELL I DID 300 SURVEYS AND HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Entering the store I had alot questions of what I needed to prepare my stocking stuffer. I met a very helpful person her name is Hailey she was superb answered my question gave great suggestions. I give her 5 stars.I retired from airlines dealing with customers. So I appreciate a person who deal with customers she has fantastic bravo Hailey.A very happy customeJOSIE

The new Family Dollar in Llano Texas has the most friendly employees prop service in the store is extremely clean it’s been a real joy shopping at the new Family Dollar we’ve waited a while for craft items here and we finally got a yay or thanks for coming to our little town we’re So glad you’re here and we appreciate you! This Sunday it was stuffy lot if stock on u boats stack in isles in way of getting to products. Very disappointing. Staff the 1 that was there very friendly.

The employees are very rude. They are not helpful. I have to walk through thier cigarette smoke to get in door. The shaved head heavy set man is the worst of all.Ugly attitude.
