Currently as of July in 2023.We are experiencing a massive heatwave in Texas.This store's AC has been broken for over a year now.They won't publicly say it or put it on the store door.The reason they're closed is because corporate won't spend the money to send somebody out to fix the AC.OrA rumor I heard was they won't turn down the AC because people that control the temp are located in Tennessee.It's so bad and such an "under the rug moment" that nobody knows the truth.Except that it's too hot to keep the store open past 2:00pmCorporates most brilliant solution was to spend the money on TWO industrial fans for the store.Why not spend the money to fix the AC?The store has been getting into temperatures upwards of 91° inside the building.I cringe at what the candy shelf must look like.Say bon voyage to all of your nice chocolate.It is also mandatory that all employees wear black.In this heat. In a store with no AC.When I brought up that problem to the district manager all I heard was crickets. When I brought it up to my manager all I got was "that's just the way it is."I have a new job so I'm laughing at this circus they call a buisness.It's nice to have this business to be able to grab things that you need that you can't get unless you drive all the way into marble Falls to Walmart or HEB.They already opened a second Dollar General across the bridge.There is a Family Dollar Tree headed out of town towards Fuzzy's.As the way things currently stand even though I liked about two of the other employees that work here I see no reason to support this business when this is the circus show they are running.

Employees are always very friendly. However it always seems understaffed & stocking always in progress. There's always stocking carts in the way throughout the store & i don't think employees have enough time to straighten the shelves. This place gets a lot of business... they owe it to their customers to staff it sufficiently & improve the shopping experience.

This location is oftentimes under stocked even before the pandemic. They definitely need more cashiers. I feel bad for the nice ones that work there because they know it’s bad. It takes forever to checkout and nowadays, very disorganized due to long lines because many don’t understand where the line to checkout ends. Also, with a sign clearly on the door when you walk in, the employees don’t enforce masks or social distance. I’ve often had non-mask wearing customers literally COUGHING within inches of me and my kids. How about getting people to understand how much WE NEED the new Super Dollar General and stop blocking any type of progress to our town??!

This is by far the most awful store I have ever been in period .It is terribly understaffed. It is in a constant state of disarray. The parking lot is littered with trash and cigarettes. Items are all over the floors. It is not organized. And no matter the time of day, you will almost always find a line at the checkout several people deep. In a tiny town there is no reason for this except poor management and understaffing.

Newly remodeled. Nice job. Added more coolers. Miss the register with the belt, usually have to much for the small tables at checkout. Will see how it goes. Good use of space too. No cluttered isles.

What you would expect on the day after Christmas...aisles were disheveled but I was able to find most of what I was shopping for. All Christmas merchandise was 50% off. Found a few gift bags, asst. box multi-packs. There were more decorations for yard and home than anything. They already have the Valentine's day aisles set up and well stocked!

NEVER more than one cashier. There is no excuse for having to stand in line 8 to 10 people long! Cashiers are rude. Was charged twice for an item. I questioned it cashier went over receipt & said she didn't. I rechecked, she did. Had to go back in stand in line again, only to be told she couldn't refund my money & I would have to go to yet another line!

Employee (girl) with no mask, which isn't a major issue unless you are COUGHING into your hand and touching peoples bags! I put everything I had planned to purchase down and immediately left. This is completely unacceptable with everything happening right now with covid 19. I am still completely takin aback, wow.

Prices marked are never what they ring up. Canned vegetables marked $.65 ring up $.75; Eggs marked $1.55 ring up $2.19 and although separate it's no big deal... In a basket full of groceries it adds up to several dollars!! They're cheating folks and it's no accident!! Avoid this particular location...

I feel employee's are very customer friendly. Although they seem to be very short staffed most of the time. This store seems to be out of stalk of most of their popular products real often.

Personally i like the products you carried 15 to 20 yrs asgo more than the food items of today. Maybe it will be better. Only time will tell. I dont like only two tellers for entire store. Who has time to stzmd in long lines.

If you are looking for fair prices and quality goods, DG is the store for you. The Llano branch could use a more varied stock; say up to the level of Kingsland. Hope for upper management's response to the challenge!

There is always a line if 10 plus people waiting to be checked out and only 1 checker, its horrible i would rather never go into this store i and other people walk out often, seems if dollar general is so big they would offer better cusromer service

Great selection of food, snacks, and OTC meds. They have spectacular deals on seasonal items when they are on sale, too. Plus, the people who work there are very nice to you.

Good prices but always a really long line and only one person cashing out at one register no matter what no matter if there's one or two other employees working and the line stretched all the way half way to back of building.

The store was a mess, shelves were empty, boxes sitting everywhere, and hard to get down the rows. That is the reason I normally go to the Buchanan Dam store. I find the Llano almost depressing to go into because it is so hard to find things. If you happen find someone working other that at the register.

Wonderful young man wkn the register in Kingsland TX and he was in Llano TX today... We need more polite, helpful young men these days. Hard worker and pleasant. 😁

Always a mess with boxes and trash on the floors, never enough people to check out customers and often long lines. Even the parking lot is the dirtiest place in Llano.
