Okay I'm usually not one to complain or post anything negative. But, when I went to place my order I was told no ice cream THEN I asked for extra gravy for my order, THEN when I received my order and drove off, I realized they didn't give me my drink, which I remembered as I drove off and went back and got my drink. I live all the way across town, so I was glad I remembered about my drink before I got home. THEN I get home open my order and NO extra gravy. Just so frustrating since I was only car there, only customer there! I will not be returning. I'd hate to see what would happen if they were actually busy.

This place is a mess, but when you dont have any good options in Llano what do you do... Super slow always, 2 visits ago ice cream machine broke, this time said it'll be 10 minutes before we could even order food (with no explanation) and not a single person in line, like WTH... The owner/mgmt need an overhaul, huge turnover in employees always some incompetent high schooler working.

The day after Christmas 2023 we stopped in to eat with my husband's family. 11 of us ate here and 8 of us got sick. We were sick for days and all started feeling bad at the exact same time. On top of getting food poisoning from the place the service is terrible. They "accidentally" charged me for 3 too many ice cream cones and added an order of tacos to my SIL order. Avoid this place at all cost. Would give zero stars if I could.

Slowest service you will find. Order prepared incorrectly 3 out of five times, They refuse to put cheese on anything even if you ask for it multiple times and they acknowledge the add on each time. Each slice has been sold so many times it alone could keep the doors open.

Asked for unsweetened tea.Said they hadn't had time to make it.. Had already been open for 2 hr. would get right on it. We got our order, my husband took his burger back because it didn't have cheese..and was cold.. They just handed him a piece of cheese with their bare hands. I again asked for unsweetened tea..The kids behind the counter strated ..We forgot to make it and started arguing who was going to make it..

The Kingsland one better than Llano.Well tried again in Llano tx the DQ and it is even worse than before, place was filthy food not the best, all workers in back talking when someone should have been cleaning and sweeping that filth. Wouldn't recommend at all this location.

I would leave zero stars, but this place is terrible. Don’t waste your time I didn’t even read the reviews until after I had decided to post one myself it would’ve save me a lot of time the drive-through is extremely slow. We’re talking 15 minutes to cook your food fresh I’ve worked fast food before, and it does not take that long not only that they are very rude And they weren’t even busy

The DQ was busy, and even with a hot grill and fresh fries, it was 2nd rate. The food did not taste good. Ketchup and mustard are a must to cover the yuck taste. It took a long time to get the food ready and served. I had to remind them I ordered a blizzard, and then the wrong size was served. Get what you pay for, I guess. I feel like I overpaid for the DQ I received. They didn't even have paper liners on to separate the food from the tray. DQ is not what it used to be. Go to Coopers BBQ, just a block away. Yes, Coopers is expensive, but it's worth it.

Great food but they keep getting the orders wrong. If this was the first time I wouldn't complain but it's not. We ordered 1 BeltBuster w/cheese, jalapenos, and extra pickles and 1 grilled chicken sandwich Texas Sized combos. Got my BeltBuster w/cheese but no pickles and no jalapenos. My wife got what I'm assuming is a HungerBuster (burger), not a grilled chicken sandwich. 9/3/2022 around 4:30pm.Visited off and on this past year. Last visited 5/25/23 around the end of the lunch rush. They seemed under-staffed. The gentleman there was doing the best he could with what help he had. The burger was very good and exactly as I'd ordered.

Terrible. Sat in line for 15 minutes and still didn't get my order correct. The person in front of me drove off without food after the person waiting the window apologized about something. Not the first time I have had this happen to me here.
