The employees here are awesome. They're very helpful when you don't know exactly what you're looking for and they're very knowledgeable in what they do. Cody is extremely helpful especially when it comes down to which juice you want all you have to do is describe what kind you would like and he'll recommend one to you so far he has never been wrong. I've bought a few mods from them, Jesse helped me out on selecting mine, which has lasted me for over a year and Nic helped out pick one for my wife and it turned out to be the perfect one for what she wanted. When I got my new one I needed one that could take a beating because I'm always dropping it Jesse definitely helped me chose the right mod I'll add a picture of it you can see what I mean. I would 100% recommend them, they have a great crew running the store.

This place is great! They have everything to fill your smoking needs. Good line of tattoo equipment and the staff is great. These guys are really nice & knowledgeable about the products and the area. I love going here to get vape products for my friend, they have every flavor!

Love this place, but had an issue with a product tonight. I opened the camo natural wrap and it was moldy, I opened the next and it was the same too. I called to notify the store, to keep others from suffering the same fate. They said I had to contact the company to hopefully get it fixed. It's only $4 but u could have offered to get me fresh ones. I guess I'll have to open the camo blunts in the store from now on before I pay, so I don't end up with a bunch I have to toss. So just a heads up the camo mango natural leaf wraps with batch #L090321 will be moldy.

Great service. 5 stars across the board. Havnt met someone in the smoke shop that wasnt a great person, awesome conversationalist. All together great experience. Helpful staff and lots of selection everything you need and more. Definitely recommend smokers paradise in Livingston.

This store and it employees need to inform customers more clearly about the defective return policy. I was told on clearance item once they leave if they are defective they are not able to return. I purchased a new on shelf device and left the store and it was defective. It was not a clearance item and this was not explained that there is no return policy on all devices. And when I called to speak to someone. Claims he is the manager and was rude when I asked to speak manager informing me he only one in there at 9 am and can not help me. While people and kids screaming in the background. Didn’t care to hear me out. I will no longer do business with Smokers paradise in Livingston

Imagine posting a review and not going to talk to them in person first. They have a return policy that states: ALL SALES ARE FINAL… but I have personally seen Nick, Cody, Jesse, and Christian go beyond policy just to help a customer out even when they don’t have to. I used to work here and I know all these guys personally. They are great guys and have become my best friends out here. Before you get angry and fly off the handle, come see them with a good attitude and they will find a way to take care of you.

Found this place to be exelant. They had a very good selection of mods. Both myself and my wife purchesed moss. We each had very different wants and needs that we wanted and Kyle the attendant was very knowledgeable in meeting our needs. If your looking for a new mod or just looking for some new flavors, both my wife and I recommend stopping by.

I've been coming here for years. Great staff and amazing prices. I walked in the other day and got the vapresso gen s, two 100ml bottles of juice and two good batteries for 154 bucks. I got the mod cheaper here than it was online from the manufacturer.

Extremely upset these people robbed me blind!,,,,, worst customer service of my lifetime they sold me faulty products that wouldn’t work and wouldn’t give me an exchange or refund. Went by to see if they carried my coils for The Caliburn A2. Sent my boyfriend in to buy me some more tattoo needles and was turned away because you have to be 21 to even enter the store apparently. Went with some friends a few weeks back and they let us right in and didn’t say anything about an age requirement and let us buy the needles. I’m a little confused by that? I understand no one under the age of 18 but 21? I’m 19 and apparently I can’t even buy tattoo supplies anymore lmao

Reading the reviews of this place are a stark reminder of how far behind the state of TX is as a whole. These "great prices" I guess are good for the area. I have spent many years purchasing wholesale glassware, and I know for a fact that the mark-up here is a bit crazy well more than 100% on most items. While the selection is great and the guys working are friendly, they are very much taking advantage of the uninformed consumer. The best part of going in for me is seeing just how much money can be made off the masses here. New smoke shop with reasonable prices coming soon.

Smokers Paradise is the absolute best smoke shop I've come across. The guys that work there are phenomenal ~ hands down. The store has all kinds of neat stuff. A huge variety! When I go, I know I'll be there for at least an hour ~ just checkin' out the cool stuff. And they are decently priced too! Stopped in to smokers paradise to replace the glass on my vape tank. I didn’t have my vape with me at the time so I explained the details of what kind of tank I had to Jesse who had helped me. He explained to me that my model tank had 2 different sizes of glass and it would be hard to know exactly which one I needed without my vape in hand. But with great knowledge of his products I ended up leaving with the correct size. I say a very job well done. Will definitely return.
