The new ACO of the Livingston pound does not care about the animals entrusted to her care. It's just a kob to her. One puppy has already died from neglect, get her out of there.

Cedar Point has loose dogs, been to there owners due to the injury of my own pet in my own yard. I have done the responsible thing, got assistance to spay, neuter and vaccinate give shelter and food. They are always found in our home and yard, I call for assistance for 2 puppies 6 months of age with ribs showing, hungry and thirsty. The shelter does not answer the incoming call of someone trying to find assistance for the pups and there irresponsible owners to be held accountable. My question is WHY? In the middle of this summer heatwave are these pets not cared for and a shelter who does not answer or have voicemail so we can find the party responsible?
