I placed a last minute, literally I called at 10am on a Saturday morning needing a full funeral arrangement before 1 pm.Annie was more than accommodating, immediately inquiring about my budget and my dearly departed. This arrangement is so beautiful I could not be more happy. the price was unbeatable and it is so beautiful and I would recommend that if you need. wonderful! wonderful heartfelt arrangements. so beautifully done that you give this young lady a call. she's phenomenal. thank you so much for being there.

I had the most wonderful experience at Petalz by Annie in Livingston yesterday! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. Although I hadn't planned on making any purchases, I couldn't resist the temptation after seeing the incredible quality of their products. I ended up leaving with some AMAZING Jelly and Jam that I can't wait to enjoy.The service provided by the staff was exceptional, and the atmosphere was so inviting and delightful. It's clear that Annie and her team are passionate about what they do, and it truly shines through in every aspect of their business. I ordered the arrangement the 14th. On arrival 1/2 was already wilted. I usually get about 2 weeks out of flowers. These was dead in 5 days. Very disappointed out of $100 worth of flowers. The pics was from day one.

Most of the clothing is not in my age range. I am 63. Yet, I found some high-end cotton fleece pants (cotton fleece is cool and soft), which cost 1/3 of the price of Frank & Eileen brand. They have nice gifts as well. Salespeople are welcoming rather than judgy.

This place makes downtown Livingston come to life! It’s beautiful on the exterior, as well as interior. They have a small coffee bar inside so you can have a drink while you browse. Great place to grab gifts, home decor or a beautiful flower arrangement.

Petals by Annie is an amazing florist shop run by people who really care! They went way above and beyond to take care of a very special request for my parents’ 40th wedding anniversary. I told the sales woman, Dawn, that I was hoping to get peonies in my arrangement. They weren’t in season but she told me Annie would try to get them. (The other places I called just said “no” right off the bat). I also needed delivery around a Holiday weekend. I was beyond thrilled when the arrangement came with beautiful peonies and at the perfect time for the party!! All the flowers were gorgeous and really lasted. My parents were so happy!!

This place is an absolute gem in Livingston! We went in while exploring, and I was consistently in awe while browsing. The aesthetic is completely chic while displaying such a wide variety of items and trinkets. You can find a gift here for men, women, and children with so many ranges of interests.I was especially excited about their jarred goods options and couldn't pass up the Hot Honey. I will be going back for their queso and jams, too!The mango tea and iced brew were on point, and I look forward to trying their different treats in the near future.Everyone was so friendly and had great customer service, and the flower truck was such an awesome concept.This is by far the trendiest place in Livingston, and I can't wait to go back.

Overpriced and rude staff. The employees watched me as I walked around the store as if I was going to steal something. I will not be shopping there anymore. No one welcomed me or anything. Felt very uncomfortable in this environment.

When driving by we saw sidewalk table,It cost our eyes somewhat like a fable.We turned and came back much to our satisfaction,Upon walking in the lovely aromas got a reaction.Such a beautiful little shop with coffee and tea made to order,Annie has the spot hopefully Livingston will come support her.When I want a coffee you know where you'll find me,Sipping carmel macchiato at Petalz with a Z.

My daughter sent me flowers last week. They were nothing like she ordered. They were about a quarter of the size of the arrangement she paid for. After 5 days of complaining, they finally sent out a new arrangement. This new arrangement is a joke. There are no flowers on one side, at all. Do not order from these people. They should have made this right instead of taking the cheapest way out.

I highly recommend this florist. We live in Alabama and Petalz by Annie has helped us ,on many occasion , to bring beautiful arrangements to our dear family member in Livingston. The flowers and plants have always been unique and special, as I have seen from photos. The staff are always so kind and helpful on the phone. We feel very fortunate to have this "long distance" florist that gives such good "neighborly service".

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a funeral and received a small plant with my name on it. I spoke to the store and they told me that my card must have fallen off my flowers and it was put on the plant accidentally. I was embarrassed by what was sent. The florist apparently assumed I wouldn’t be at the funeral and choose to send something less expensive and pocket the money. I asked for half of my money back. I was told she couldn’t do anything for me and she would speak to the owner but never heard back. Bad experience I would never recommend this florist. Julie

Horrible experience. My wife usually makes our daughter's mum's for homecoming. This year we were busy with cheer and all the other things that come with this week and she was not able to make them. So we called Annies.. Will NEVER do business here again. The mums were shabbily put together and we spent over an hour hot gluing them back together the morning of homecoming since they pretty much fell COMPLETELY apart.

Gorgeous place and beautiful layout! Horrible costumer service and unwelcoming behavior. Staff just stared at us as we walked around. No one welcomed us. We went to look at the coffee shop area and the lady behind the counter ignored us and kept organizing things.

A 5 star review doesn't do justice. To make a long story short, I showed up Saturday morning on a holiday weekend to see what could be done for funeral flowers on very short notice. Dawn was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and very honest about what she could and couldn't do on such short notice. I ordered a casket spray, a stand of flowers, and requested a custom wreath. She took the time to really get to know what I had in mind for each arrangement, and she even opened the shop on Sunday so my sister could have a chance to give her opinion on our mom's funeral flowers. Every arrangement exceeded expectations, and I couldn't imagine a more perfect outcome. Dawn went way above and beyond what anyone could have expected given the circumstances, and I am infinitely grateful.
