Store is always a mess, the bathrooms are nasty, the employees are so rude and nonchalant. I usually don't post or complain about things like this but when I went in today I had a horrible experience with a young man with long hair. I come in all the time but today will be my last. I will drive all the way into town town if I have to. Now you can't do self checkout and you have to wait forever to even checkout. This store just keeps going downhill and I'm sick of it. Enough is enough.

The restroom always has been “out of order” for the last few years. I don't think it's really out of order it's just employees there who don't let anyone use it.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU'RE IN A WHEELCHAIR! The isles are ALWAYS filled with boxes and carts. There is absolutely no way that a disabled person with mobility issues can get around safely in this store. I have asked them several times to solve this problem. I have spoken with their corporate office as well as their district manager. Nothing has been done to solve the problem.

This is the nicest,cleanest,and most organized Dollar General I have ever been to! The employee that helped us was an older gentleman that was very nice and friendly. It was surprisingly refreshing to go somewhere and see that the employees actually care about their place of business.

Absolutely the best dollar store ever. They obviously have a good team because they have had the same employees working there for a long time! I go in there and they all greet! They are personable and take time to care. Truly wonderful people! The store is clean and organized as well!

This is one of the better dollar general stores in Livingston. The people are always friendly and helpful, and the store is always very clean and organized. It's great for a quick shopping trip for necessities, though I always seem to end up buying more than I came for ;) They have an awesome selection of items.

Every single cashier is great. Except there is always a problem with Gladius. She is frequency drunk. Tonight once again you can smell the alcohol on her breath, she sold me light cigarettes instead of reds like I asked for. I called and asked if I could exchange them and she said Texas law wouldn't allow that sorry and hung up on me.

Usually stop here every weekend as it is on the way to pick up my grandson. Usually average butToday was completely shocked .As I moved through the islesWhich were crowded with carts and trash bagsMy grandson slipped and the employee " told him ...you break it you buy it "He is 7.I think she is a manager .About 5'9' long dark hairthick build about 200 lbs. I was shocked

Stopped by , put some things in my basket. They would NOT let me use the restroom! Told me to go across the street to the shell station! WHAT? Do your employees go across the street? Why can't I use the restroom here? I am contacting corporate office and also contacting someone about this! This is unacceptable for a public business to not allow restroom use. SHAME ON YOU!!

If you like Covid-19 you'll love this place.Usually I really like this store and I'm sure my issue today is the fault of Corporate HQ.Only about 1/3 of the customers were wearing face masks, there is 8 1/2 X 11 printed notices all over stating that because DG values us so much AND there is a state mandate "ALL CUSTOMERS AND REQUIRED TO WEAR FACE MASKS"I told the cashier "I'm sure glad that DG values us so much that they put up pieces of paper telling us to wear face mask" 😷He told me that the signs don't work very well, I said "that's what you are here for" he then informed me that corporate won't let employees enforce it.😠😠😠Now that pisses me off, I hate wearing these things but value other people enough to do it.

I love going to this store. It's clean and people are friendly. I would say the only thing that affects me is sometimes the line is long to check out. But it's because I can't stand on my legs much I get in a LOT of pain.

Staff gives excellent customer service. Stephen who is the new manager is very on top of getting in mercendise that we as customers are seeking. For me it is a regular mop. Thank you Stephen for doing a great job.

It's a pretty general Dollar General. It's not as clean as it could be but the people are friendly. They could use a lager parking lot though.
