If I could leve a ZERO Stars I would. My complaint is the Pharmacy. My physician FAXED is 3 times a prescription to this pharmacy. This pharmacy claimed they never got it. Once it was 1 minute after they went to lunch, 2nd I was standing at the counter when it came through, they claimed it was blurry.....SO INSTEAD OF CALLING MY PHYSICIAN BACK, THEY THROW IT AWAY.I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH INCOMPETENCE IN MY LIFE.Do yourself a favor and do not do any business with this CVS

Absolutely the worst pharmacy in the world. If I could give them a zero, I would. As a RN case manager for my patient's, the staff here are probably the rudest people I have ever encountered. I highly recommend getting your prescription's else where unless you enjoy being made to feel like your are completely ruining their day by calling in medications for your patient's or yourself. These individuals need schooling on appropriate phone etiquette and customer service

As I was using the self checkout I was encouraged to change to assisted check out. I thought it odd but agreed. Then I was asked if I wanted to save $10 and I said sure. I did not realize that I was being signed up for a program that is not free and that she was agreeing to a reoccurring church onto my debit account without my authorization. This is very scammy. Be careful to agreeing to things.

Classic CVS customer service. They are out of network for BCBS so we asked for my husband's prescription to be transferred to walgreens. They said they did but they didn't do it and then both pharmacies closed. So now my husband is headed home with no meds for bronchitis and the flu while we have a sick toddler and a new baby. No relief for the hubby tonight thanks to CVS.

This store is always clean and clear of clutter. The isles are rarely blocked during restocking and if I need help associates are friendly. I enjoy getting coupons and extra bucks for shopping. I generally will shop for over the counter meds and hygiene items here, especially if I have a coupon or don't want to fight the crowds at the bigger department store.

I love my CVS store! Technicians are always courteous, kind, and quick. They offer coupons or any discounts available before I even have to ask.

Went in for insulin pen needle tips for my grandfather at the Livingston Tx location. They were asking $52 for a box of 100 needles!!! How is that low priced or helping people with diabetes?! This is ridiculous. Amazon has boxes of the exact needles I need for $10-$15. Taking advantage of people who just want to live is dirty and crooked.

They didn't have the meds my father in law needed. So I called to have it sent to another pharmacy that had it at CVS's request. My pharmacy called to get the transfer. 4 hours later I got to my pharmacy to pick up,guess what they still haven't sent the percsription and they have hung up on my pharmacy and was very rude. I call up to CVS and the so called pharmacist hung up on me as well. I call CVS to talk to the manager and she is telling me it has been sent. It was not sent and it didn't get sent till 3:13.If you need medicine don't go here. They lie and don't do their job. Very rude people ,they shouldn't work in public. CVS should be ashamed to have such incompetent workers.

What a breath of fresh air this CVS was! It was bright and clean and the service was extraordinary! I’m a Director of Sales and Marketing at a Memory Care in Dallas. I KNOW how important friendly kind service is and Daney, who waited on me, was pure JOY to talk to and she gave me perfect service!! I would hire her where I work if I could! Keep smiling Daney and making the world a better place!

Went to pick up my prescription at drive through and it wasn't ready, was told come back in 30. Came back about a hour later, got to the register this guy brought me my meds and asked for i.d I gave him everything and I said here is my insurance card also. He immediate got mad and said we'll man its gona be a min if you want to do that. Then threw my medications at the computer beside him. As I waited he snapped at the rest of the people in line complaining about short staff and it being the 3rd of the month. CVS needs to do better. Your staff are extremely stressed out .

They close from 130 to 2 for lunch. It does not matter if you have been waiting in line for a while or not, the close anyway. You mention it to management and they are rude as hell. Made two complaints with corporate. I then transferred all prescriptions to Walgreens, where they were happy to help me.

I live in a rural are so it's a 15 mile drive to CVS in Livingston. I called in prescription and was told it would be ready at 11am. I arrived at 12:30pm in drive thru. After sitting in line I was told it's not ready. She tells me come back in 20-25 min. I explained it was suppose to be ready at 11am. "Well I don't know who told you that. It's not ready". This store does not care about their customers time. You talk to staff that are nice and tell you one thing on phone then when you get there you get the rudest staff possible at window basically telling you , I don't care what you were told. Apparently that mysterious person on phone who gives you information just picks a random time and gives it to you. Then whoever fills it picks a random time to fill it. Then the customer gets to play ring a round the Rosie's until they decide to get it ready. People in this area are stuck unless they want to drive 45 min to next CVS. Sadly it has become the norm in our society for businesses to put customers needs on hold. This particular CVS s definitely one of them.

I had to transfer Rx’s from another pharmacy. CVS staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. They allowed my daughter to pick up medication for me (I am in wheelchair)

This is the worst place to get your prescription filled. My pain management doctor has called in numerous prescription to this pharmacy, and when I would go to pick them up, they would notify me they had no such prescription from my doctor for me. I recalled my Dr and notified him of this and he assured me he sent the prescription to them. So my Dr resent my prescription to CVS- Livingston and when I went to get them they would claim no such prescription was sent there. This is a ongoing problem at this pharmacy.... This has happened 6 or 7 times. I will not be going to this pharmacy again. Not too mention the staff is very rude, unprofessional, and were unhelpful!!!

Awful phone service. Calling to check the status of a prescription is an ordeal. The automated system doesn't work most of the time, and trying to get connected to a person is just as frustrating. Be prepared to wait up to 30 minutes on hold, listening to the same Vaccine quip every 30 seconds, with the possibility that you may never get connected to anybody.

I went in to ask the pharmacist a question. I stood at the counter for 5 or 6 minutes, although 3 employees saw me no one came forward to assist me or even acknowledge that I was there. Totally disappointed!

The pharmacy staff is the rudest and most undereducated I've ever had the unfortunate experience with! They act like it's a bother to have a customer and God forbid if you should have a question! Do yourself a favor, go anywhere else!

Have delt with this pharmacy several times my child has leukemia and every time I come to pick up a prescription there is an issue. I am so tired of dealing with this place none of the workers know what they are doing and are very rude I would not use the pharmacy if you don't have to. I would give 0 stars if I could and I will be finding an attorney to go after them.

This pharmacy is horrible. They send you a text saying your prescription is ready, but then when you go to pick it up, you have to wait as long as 2 hours for them to be "ready" for you to pick up. Whoever sends out those texts when prescriptions aren't ready needs to stop. It's annoying, and gives us false hope. Also, prescriptions can take weeks before they get filled, assuming they get filled at all. My brother's prescription antidepressant never got filled. And mine took a week from the day we called it in. I barely had enough medication to get me through until it was filled, and in the 3 days leading up to it getting filled, I had to take 1/2 a dose and then 1/4 of a dose. This is serious, my medication that took a week to refill is epilepsy medication. I could wind up in the hospital or dead from a grand mal epileptic seizure if I don't get my medication. Epilepsy medication is not something you mess around with. Also, if your employees are "underperforming" I think that's on you in this case, not them. And customer service is terrible, you have to wait on hold forever to call in 1 prescription to get filled. You guys really need to work on all these things, especially the prescription issues I mentioned. Some prescriptions are life or death and need to be refilled as soon as they are called in. Here is a list of life or death medications that need to be refilled as soon as they are called in :Diabetes Medication. Especially insulin for type 1 or type 2 diabetics.Any medication for grand mal epilepsy.Any medication for heart disease, especially for those who have needed heart surgery as a result.Etc.So yeah, this is ridiculous. I'm glad I transferred over to Walmart's pharmacy, they are way better. My mom had issues getting her antipsychotic refilled as well, and quite frankly, all this really makes me angry. To anyone else having the same issues, I'm so sorry. I hope you all can find a better pharmacy that doesn't refuse to refill your medications, life or death or otherwise.

Gave 1 star to pharmacy. Have noticed there seems to be problems in getting your prescriptions. Doc called prescription in about 10 a.m. Went by at noon and was told 1 was ready and that it would be 30 minutes before others. Went back at 2 and still wasn't ready. Waited approximately 30 minutes until name was called. Waited in line to find not all were ready. Waited another 40 minutes. I had to ask if the package the girl brought to the front after looking for my order was one of mine. She had placed it at the other register. Yes! It was mine. All this time I had a sick 4 year old with me. I didnt get angry until they called my name to find out it wasn't ready. This is poor business! I have found another pharmacy. WILL NOT BE BACK TO CVS PHARMACY!

I have been a CVS customer for about a year now. I have been just fine with their services up until about two weeks ago. I stopped in to inquire about disposing of my diabetic syringe needles. One of the ladies in the pharmacy replied ' put the needles in a coffee can, and bury them in the ground." I was shocked! I could not believe what I just heard; from a pharmacist! Our country is already contaminated with pollutants, and toxicities, and not to mention all the people in our society that throw their trash on the streets.Imagine burying a can of used syringe needles in the ground, and some animal digging it up and spreading those needles all over the place or a child finding it, and getting stuck with it.Other than having this issue, I have been completely satisfied with CVS.

supervisor of the main part of the store does not wear or even have a mask. Beware. Only the cashier wears a mask. The store manager does not seem to care. Called to talk to that person and was on hold for 14 minutes before hanging up. Also, online photo orders do not produce the price promoted in the online ad.

I have nothing but problems everytime I go here to the pharmacy. To many mistakes by the techs, they need to be retrained. Yesterday, I dropped off my refill and was told no problem, come back in an hour. Came back and was told I needed to contact my insurance company, my birthdate was wrong and needed to be updated. I new they were wrong, since I just refilled one in Houston not a week before. ..there's no problem with my insurance, I called them. Today I have to drive 15 miles to deal with these people again. . Sad when you can only deal with cvs, and you have to pay a fortune for insurance every month. ...don't waste your time here, go to the Huntsville store, never have had any problems with them ...

We have had nothing good to say about this store for the last six months. Prescriptions are called in by doctor and are not filled. When you ask about your prescription, they say they didn't get it from the doctor but then they keep calling with their robocall system telling you that your prescription is ready. Today, Sunday, I'm trying to get my prescriptions refilled and they are closed but their hours say they are open from 7 am to 10 pm What kind of a business are you running ??????????????

The pharmacy say they are there to help. But to get them to work on a transfer of prescription from one cvs pharmacy to another. They were reluctant to call drs office for refill. Call refill with them on Thursday night March 12,2020 Stopped by Friday 13, 2020. They said they were waiting for authorization. Stopped by on March 16 2020 again on Monday in ( Livingston Texas ) the lady at pharmacy checked no prescription refill was requested. I said that they advised me that they were working on contacting dr for refill s. She advise me that there wasn’t any information on my request for refill. She really didn’t care or showed me any concern about my refill needs. I would strongly suggest anyone looking for a dependable pharmacy LOOK elsewhere!!!!!Russell Korbol

From Pharmacy personnel to the front door entrance there's always someone there at CVS to greet you and help you throughout your experience. Pleasant place to shop for your family needs.

WARNING-Count your pills. They will charge you for more than you will receive. Pharmacy is Horrible, they don't know how to count, misread rx from Doctor, and the labels on bottles are not correct. 3 Trips to get one RX filled and still not correct. Extraordinarily dumb and clueless workers in the pharmacy.
