All employees are very friendly. Store is very clean and well organize. Friendly atmosphere. Everybody had a smile. Made me feel like I was one of their family member. We are from out of town. They made me feel like they knew who I was. I got that home town feeling where they make you feel welcome.

Very friendly workers. They check if you need anything and say hello. Prices are high but that is what you expect for a remote small town. Highly recommend.

They need to figure out whether the teenagers that they employ are going to be workers or whether they're going to just sit around and talk with each other all day. The store is a good store but the manager to pull on the rains of his employees and gather them together and figure out whether they're going to work or not it's very difficult when you need some help. And nobody wants to help you accept the manager and there's four or five of them standing up front jawjacking

My wife went in to mail a package through fed-ex at the service counter. The manager in the small office was extremely rude. When she asked if he could help her, he simply leaned back in his chair, crossed his legs and said," when someone is available, she will come help you." When the woman walked up he snickered and asked her if she was supposed to be working behind the counter! United has always hired very nice people that care about customers but NOT at LITTLEFIELD! Awful management and customer service. They lost all of our business today!

There doesn't seem to be a great selection of items, but it's okay if you need something basic and don't want to go all the way to Lubbock to find it; the downside is that the prices are a bit higher...pretty much par for the course for Littlefield.But the reason I give this store two stars instead of three, is due to the employees. I used to be a cashier and bagged groceries, so I know not to place chemicals in with food and to keep items that need refrigeration (or go in the freezer) separate from the items that don't need refrigeration, unless asked to just bag it all together by the customer. I guess the folks who bag at this store either are not properly trained or just disregard what they have been trained...or they're trying to save bags. Most of the time, I re-bag my items and end up using even fewer bags, than the person who initially bagged them. But today just pissed me off! The cashier decided that because I did not enter my phone number for the store's rewards program, I did not know my phone number and began treating me, like an idiot. She didn't even ask or say, "I remember you from yesterday...still no rewards number?" She just assumed that I was too stupid to enter my number. She continued to treat me in the same manner, instructing me what to do with the card processor...I can read, I've been using credit/debit card processors since I was sixteen. I was not having difficulty using the processor. I really do not appreciate being treated this way, it is lousy customer service. United should consider retraining many of those who bag and some of the cashiers. I think that I will be one of those who shops in Lubbock, rather than at this store if this is how United's employees are allowed to treat and talk to customers.

This United is one of the older models before United begin expanding and supersizing all their other stores. It's very clean and the atmosphere quiet and calm. The shelves are stocked and there is a large variety to choose from.

I would like to say that the United in Littlefield has always been very nice. They greet people when you walk in the door. They still carry our groceries out for us that you don't see others stores do that. The store is always clean. I have never seen boxes of stuff sitting out in the iles like I have seen at a lot of other store. United truck grocers are always put up before customers come in and that is so nice. So I appreciate everything out United in Littlefield does for us their customers.

I'm from out of town visiting family and asked an employee where something was located and she was extremely rude about showing me where it the item was located and then if she knew where a specific kind was. She just turned around and left the area.

It's the 2nd grocery store in Littlefield, and it's pretty good. I like getting the rewards, and they have a decent assortment of goods from cat and dog supplies, food and drinks, and cleaning and toiletries. I mean they obviously aren't Walmart, but they're still a good store with nice workers and helpful service.

With stores being very busy this close to Christmas, the store was neat and clean. Store personnel was friendly and kind. Shelves were well stocked.
