Good experience for shopping in the location. It’s the review for the store, not for the pharmacy. The crew members were friendly and greeted me when I walked into the store.The facility looked new, clean and bright. The interior space was quite big to walk in the store, compared to the other locations. The restroom was new and very clean too.

Nice experience in store pick up - never tried the pharmacy at this location. The items were is stock when ordered online and pick up was ready within few hours. The store associate was courteous and fast in check out. The store was clean and they have ample parking outside. The pharmacy section is operational and provides the drugs on time.

I don't know why there's so much hate on the pharmacy or the store. Staff members across the board are great and helpful! I've never had issues with any part of the store and I'm actually on the phone with pharmacy right now getting a partial refill because they don't have enough in stock, but that's okay because they'll get the rest later and I really only needed a weeks worth for a trip tomorrow. Very helpful!

One of the worst experiences ever. They charged us more for a product that was on sale. We realized it a little later since we only received a digital receipt and went back to get it corrected. They goofed up again on the difference that they should return. We requested them to correct that again and they made a big deal out of it. They asked us if we entered the phone number again and again which was unnecessary since we wouldn’t have received a digital receipt in the first place had we not entered it. They said they can’t do it over and over again to which one of us pointed that it was their mistake in the first place and they wanted that person to be out of the store for them to help us fix this issue. Not treating customers well is one thing but not treating them well when you messed up is another thing altogether. Disgusting!

Compared to my CVS experience across the street, this was an absolute 180. Staff that was working the floor were all so helpful. They didn't hesitate to ask if we needed help and we literally just walked in. They were also very personable. I wish I took notice of their name so I can shout them out for making our shopping experience a great one. They either walked us to the location of our items or followed up to make sure we found it. We went to the store on 11/27/23 around 11am to 12pm for reference of the staff working.

Heights of incompetence!1. Called and asked if my prescription is ready for pickup and idiot who answered the phone says she doesn’t see my prescription yet and it takes time. I said ok I’ll wait and call back later.2. I said can u check if you have the medication in stock(tamiflu). She says sure let me connect you to fulfillment . New lady says yeah your prescription is ready for pickup.You’re a freaking pharmacy. Don’t give out incorrect info to your customers.Never again going to this Walgreens.

I wish I could give these dumb people a negative stars. The pharmacy staffs are extremely rude, incompetent and their management is worst. There is no coordination between one staff member to other. They make the entire process of getting medicines extremely frustrating. They never have medecines in stock. Even the regular preventive care medecine they had to order. I literally have to wait 4-5 days for my prescription being filled. On top of that they do mistakes every time and I literally have to call back and forth to my PCP and the pharmacist, such a waste of time. I have nothing against the Walgreens in general but this particular branch owner really needs to change its staff and bring staff that knows what to do and knows basic customer service. I am sure there will be many people out there that can do it better!

Pharmacy workers are always rude and try to blame insurance for everything. Also they rip you off and say they only have part of the prescription then charge you full price for each partial fill. If you can use a different Walgreens I highly recommend.

Why all the negative reviews?? I walked in here to fill 4 prescriptions & was told will be about 20 min if you want to wait! CVS across the street is always who I use but after being told will be about 4 hours then to come back & them ask me to wait again this is like heaven. Will be a repeat customer here for sure.

The pharmacy at this location is good, but the front-end team can be incompetent, sorry not sorry. Ordered some over-the-counter flu medicine for same day delivery. Product was out of stock so they substituted it for a cough and congestion medicine with different active ingredients. Chalked it up to a rookie mistake. Tried returning the product in person with a very detailed digital receipt and the cashier and shift lead didn't seem to know what they were doing. Suggested a few solutions to the issue (I just left Walgreens after 5 years of employment less than two weeks ago), but they kept getting the "e-commerce offline" message after figuring out the right way to process the return. Told them I'd come back and try later. They told me I have to call the customer service line for the return. How is customer service going to process a return when they can't physically receive the product that was purchased from this location lol? I should note that I tried calling to cancel the order shortly after if was placed after they notified me of the substitution via email, but the order was completed before I could get through to anyone, shame. At the very least they could've offered store credit. Being a former employee I'm not surprised one bit by any of this.

I expected the worst when I went to this Walgreen's location, but was quickly made aware that my thoughts were unfounded. I had an issue with my prescription and went to the Consultation window. Wow! I was greeted by Pharmacist Nicole and saw first hand what true Customer Service is these days. Thank you Nicole!

I wrote a scathing review on April 5 about a bad experience and have to say that by May 19, 2022, I could not have run into friendlier people! Nicole in pharmacy had the best laugh and even though there was a line of people (just because it was rush hour time) she was quick, courteous and fun! Also, she was discrete and personable about medications! I very much appreciated that. Tiffany at the front was helping a newer kid and both were super friendly and nice! 5 stars plus plus on management improving hires! I know it can’t be easy to find good help these days but bravo!!!

The Pharmacist, John has tampered with customers opiods...more than once. My insurance pays for all 8 of my medications, and all of them in 30 days supplies with very low to no co-pays. This Pharmacist KNOWINGLY tells customers that "there is a problem with your insurance, they only cover one week so, you need to call them" then he markgot them as "Picked-up" on the website cue...that goes straight to your physician. Then He will tell you to call your doctor for another prescription. HE LIED RIGHT TO MY HUSBANDS FACE when I had just gotten out of the hospital, only giving him a partial fill of my pain medicine. My husband caught the mistake before he left the store. The pharmacist "John", apologizes and tells my husband to come back at 2:00pm. The Pharmacist called our home at 2:00pm and said "Sorry, the system won't let me give you remaining amount. I contacted Medicare, MedicareAARP, and several other Walgreens who say "That is not right at all, he should have atleast given you the option to pay in cash before you left the store. He has done this 2 other times, all because of an argument over my Gabapentin a while back. He continues to cause my husband and me emotional distress, time and money, aggravation for my provider and lies for his Techs, who will smart mouth you and talk over you while you try to communicate with them. This Pharmacy should be shut down! DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Let me just say, these people don't wanna work. One of the ladies had a real attitude because I asked her for a cord to get my pictures printed. Their computer kept glitching and I asked for assistance. The lady made me wait sooo long and when she saw me walking out, she asked if she can help me. At this point, I don't want to spend my little coins where I'm being treated with disrespect! I went across the street to CVS and had a great, fast experience! Never coming back here again. End of rant 🤪 😌

I wish I could give this place a dumbs down. It should be shut down. They literally do what they want to do. My prescription was for two five ml bottles. Instead they gave me one10 ml bottle. There is a very good reason as to why i needed 2 separate bottles. Not to mention they didn’t even want to give me the refills to begin with, they were saying that my insurance doesn't cover it. I had to explain to them that I don’t want it to be covered by insurance, I will pay out of pocket. How dare them to not offer the good rx discount that I have always used for 6 years. I had to ask for it twice. What a joke!!!!

I have personally been a Walgreens customer for years and have found that this store is great with a good selection of toiletries and over the counter medication available at a consumable price. The staff is mostly friendly and helpful in pointing where certain products are. I would recommend this location to pickup medications.

I had the worst experience at Walgreens on April 5, 2022 at 10:30AM. While it was taking a new pharmacy tech, Diamond, 20 minutes to check out one customer in the store (she needed new barcodes and was learning the system), I interrupted to ask if it would be much longer (because I was trying to make a doctors appointment at 11:15 for my 17 month old baby with his pulmonologist). My baby has reactive airway disease and has been hospitalized 4 times in the last year whenever he gets a virus. I was also sick with a viral cold (not COVID). Asking this question obviously irritated Diamond, and begrudgingly said “not much longer”. So I replied and said, “like 10 minutes or less” where she said “yea, shouldn’t be.” She then continued to go as slow as possible with that client and then with me (I did end up super late to my son’s appointment). But additionally, she disclosed more than the “necessary minimum” about the prescription I was picking up load enough for the two people sitting down to perk up and look my way- violating HIPPA. We were both obviously irritated with one another, me for the over 27 minutes I stood there with only one customer before me while I’m not feeling well and her at me for implying I’d like her to hurry by asking if it was going to be much longer. But she then loudly started talking ugly about me with the staff. I didn’t say anything else to her and tolerated her awful attitude, but I would love for management to pull up security footage and let me know how that is okay. Not only violating the law, but having a terrible attitude with a customer trying to get her son to the doctor so he doesn’t wind up at childrens hospital for a fifth time, and then talking about me with other staff!!! I will be filing a complaint with Walgreens and most likely moving all of our prescriptions elsewhere.

Get prepared to wait over an hour for a vaccine that has appointments available every 10 minutes, I’m the only one waiting and it’s been over an hour. EVEN AFTER completing all the online forms! The DMV is faster.

The only reason I switched from CVS to Walgreens is because my drug plan uses it as their preferred pharmacy.Got my medicine today which was oral and liquid. Guess what… NO SYRINGE FOR THE LIQUID MED. kind of a necessity.My mom got her med at CVS, came with a syringe.Im really upset about this because Ive switched only a month and so far im very unhappy. Im debating to write to corporate.Patients depend on their meds and tools needed with it.

Doesn’t matter when I come to this pharmacy, doesn’t matter if they text and say the prescriptions are ready. You WILL wait in line at least 30 minutes inside or out. My mother has to use this pharmacy. When I need any prescriptions for me or my kids I use CVS. I recommend you do the same! They are AWFUL!

On 1 October 2021 I called the Walgreens at the corner of FM 423 and Eldorado Pkwy in Little Elm, TX to have a prescription filled. The pharmacist was rude and very unprofessional. When we tried to explain the situation to him; he stated that he was busy and that my issue was not his problem. This is the worst service I have ever seen.

I only gave this place one star because that is the minimum. The pharmacy is so slow and even when they do finally text that your script is ready they only begin filling it when you arrive to pick it up. They accept your insurance and payment though before they tell you this to make sure you don't leave and go elsewhere. Absolutely rediculous! Not to mention, the staff has no concern that you have a sick infant in the car and says that you should come in to receive faster service. Since getting a sick baby out and exposing them to more germs is such a great idea. I will definitely not be back.

I am an amputee that recently got surgery earlier this morning. As you can imagine I am going through high levels of pain. I was not able to get my pain meds due to an error with the date on my prescription. Considering that it is a controlled substance I understood it was not acceptable. I waited there until I was about to get my doctor to fax a prescription. Because it was not delivered through their "E-Script" it was also declined. Because my doctors office felt responsible the nurse personally drove 40 mins to drop it off for me. Meanwhile, my wife dropped me off so that I could begin to rest and grit through the pain. When my wife got back the nurse had already dropped off my pain prescription. There was a huge delay due to the fact that they had lost or misplaced the prescription. They began to frantically relocation the missing prescription as the tech you received the script was out on lunch. They still weren't able to fill my script. Later they were able to resolve it by finding out they had it in someone else's name. Then my wife had to wait for them to fill the correct prescription under the correct name. What pushed me to the point of leaving a review was that there was no remorse, sympathy, or an apology. The pharmacists in charge should have personally apologize for the inconvenience regardless if he/she was involved. I understand mistakes happen, but be professional.
