Staff was soooo friendly and helpful! Fish tanks were spotless! Never have seen such clean tanks in my life! Nice, clean, & sanitary! Amazing dog washing station, which is very reasonably priced! All in all very happy with the whole experience!

Just came out of this store. Nice young lady was helping me. Another customer walks in and her boss redirects her to go and help him while she was still helping me. I dropped the chews we were looking at and left. Supervisor was on her phone or something. She asked me if i needed anything, tolld her person helping me just got redirected. All she could tell me was "Have a good weekend". They really must not want my business. Not coming back. Hollywood feed just down the street.

Every time I have visited this location, all the staff members have been so helpful and kind. They offer great rewards for shopping there. Prices are great and fair compared to the big pet stores. The offer good quality foods...especially since our German Shepherd has food allergies.

My visit to the store was great! Alex showed me around the store and helped me find the correct food for my miniature dachshund. He recommended some treats, that she now loves very much! Alex also helped pick out a toy that gave her hours of entertainment! The store was well stocked and had a great variety to choose from.Thanks to the good customer service, I will definitely be coming back for my pup's needs! =)

I really can't say enough about this place. The staff is friendly and helpful. They adore animals of all shapes and sizes, and it shows from the moment you walk in. There are all sorts of new and interesting food items for your pet and the staff is happy to walk you through all your questions and find the right thing for you. I've been there tens of times now and each time I'm greeted at the door and help with whatever my purchase. Very different than a pet superstore like PetSmart or Petco. With those you're lucky if you see a staff member before you check out.

I gave one star because I had to give a star to write a post.I walked into the store and there was a woman with a pet pig. All the staff ( four employees in total ) where by the woman with the pig giving it treats and petting it. All the staff looked up at me but not one person said hello, can I help you or anything.I went to the fish section I looked at aquariums and fish for 20 minutes. And still nobody asked if I needed help. The manager and one staff even walked passed me and into the office-twice each. I decided they did not need my money. I voiced my complaint with the main office via email and phone call and all I got was excuses or no response. Never will I spend my mint there and I hope others don't either.

I love this store. The young man that helped me was so nice and helpful. Very nice staff and great selection of collars, leashes, etc. Not the boring stuff you find at the bigger stores. Will definitely make the trip again. Thank you.

I like this store because it is super convenient and the staff is very friendly. They don't always have my cat food in stock in the big bags, but I can usually find it in the smaller size. I only wish they took better care of the cats they have for adoption. Every time I go in their cages are a mess. One of them was sitting in its own poo today... Outside its litterlbox. Which usually means it's pretty dirty.

Went in for our first time today to pick up medicine to give our dog who is having trouble eating, walked in and wasn't welcomed and when we asked the staff to help us out only 1 lady out of 3 was willing to help us the rest looked at us like we were stupid. The beta fish didn't look healthy and looked like they were dying. The bunny looked depressed. Won't be coming back here

Needed to grab a few essentials for the pets and walked into a clean store with a friendly staff. They were very helpful and courteous and seemed willing to help. Found what I needed and was checked out swiftly. After so many dissapointments at our local petco this was a wonderful treat. Will be getting all my supplies at the Pet Supermarket! Thank you to the great staff.

Here's my review.For the most part, competive pricing on dog food and accessories. Toys are abit expensive when comparing to Amazon and other pet stores. I gave Pet Supermarket 3 stars because the lack of staff and the inability to handle customers/ the cash register. I came here during my lunch break and stood at the cash register for 8 minutes even after I told Rayna I was ready to check out. I followed up with Rayna telling her I didn't want to be rude, but I have to get back to work. I could feel some attitude through her facial expressions but its whatever. I dont think I need to be waiting when myself and one other guy are the only ones in the store. I know exactly what I want and what should be a 3minute stop turned into 15mins after all said and done.Through their loyalty program, my next bag of dog food is free. After that, I'm going to find somewhere else. ✌

ABSOLUTLY HORRIBLE Customer service, My 1st visit I was NOT greeted as I walked in, I felt as if I was "walking on egg shells" .If you want LIVE wax, meal, or dubia roach's, This isnt the place to go. UNLESS you want empty sheds, dead and black meal and wax worms..One (who admitted was her first day at that location, came from the denton store, had to excuse her self for not having her name tag, While the mngr admitted in earshot of me, That she does not wear one cuz she doesnt want anyone to know who she is) oh, we all know who you "are".. Needless to say, I wont be returning. I prefer live, healthy and clean products, animals and well, ANYTHING!! unless you want to over pay (which ANY pay, is over pay at this place) again, unless you wanna over pay for dirty and dead critters.. Dont come here!

The one guy was friendly and greeted us as we walked in. Fish selection was very small, but the fish looked healthy. However, when I looked at the hermit crab "enclosure" it was depressing. Two water bowls (empty), and dry-as-can-be substrate..with a full food bowl. I'm looking through the shells and all are empty, so I'm like okay... that would be why everything's dry, they are out of crabs...makes sense. I move the green water bowl and low and behold theres a hermit crab. Dead. Out of its shell. Curled up.That hermit crab was taken out of its environment (wild) and was left to die in a small, dried out "enclosure".ALL HERMIT CRABS ARE WILD CAUGHT!How did I know that it was neglected? Because when it was brought to the attention of the store staff I was told they didnt have any hermit crabs. I told them they were wrong and there was indeed one in there but it was dead. "Oh, we didnt know there was still one in there, we checked".Wow. Well yes you are now correct. You have no hermit crabs, because you let it die due to you and your staffs negligence.Hermit crabs can live between 20-30 years. You cut that animals life down significantly because you and your staff are unaware of what animals you even have in stock. Shame on this store. Disgusting. Hopefully they take better care of their other animals And maybe can learn from this for their future hermit crab residents.

First visit I was greeted by a gentleman who was very friendly and helped me pick out some small animal bedding. Turns out the bedding is dangerous for small animals (not the fault of Pet Supermarket) so I returned to try to inform the staff so that they could warn people. I was NOT greeted but had to search down a couple of women who were quite busy chatting. I informed them that it is all over the internet that the bedding is killing people's animals. I got a glare, "First we've heard about it" then right back to chatting. Quite rude. I don't think I will be coming back. I try to support places who care about animals.

Always prefer this business over Petco or petsmart! People actually care and dont sigh when they have to do something for you (like get crickets). Very knowledgeable and helpful staff.
