Do not purchase appliances from Lowe’s. They are incredibly difficult to work with. I bought a washing machine two weeks ago that’s already broken. They will not allow me to return it. I did merge call with Lowes and LG and the representative from Lowe’s office incredibly rude to the rep at LG. The rep at LG offered to transfer the rep from Lowe’s to their department that will process the return and Lowe’s said they would not do that that Lowe’s would not accept the return that LG had to do it but I purchased the machine through Lowe’s not LG. If you need to purchase appliances only purchase them directly from the manufacturer, because that is the easiest way to get things fixed and or returned. Lowe’s install company also installed my washing machine wrong. I got a notice through the app through the new LG ThinQ and my husband had to reinstall it so again do not purchase any large appliances from Lowe’s.

The customer service at this particular Lowe's is terrible. I decided to pickup a few extra plants that were included in the Spring Fest sale which was one of the contributing factors to the horrible occurrence I had endured while attempting to check out in the garden center. The cashier initially chose to ignore my presence by offering to help the next customer in line on the opposite side of her register, and then had the audacity to talk to me as though I was lower functioning individual while explaining that the items I wanted to purchase were no longer on sale.I told her that I would like to seek further assistance by taking the items to the customer service center at the front of the store, which is when she decided to abandon the other customer's waiting in line, so that she could call the service desk to inform them of my pending arrival.Unfortunately, the same level of service was received from the customer service employee as well.I will not be going back to this location and I would suggest that Lowe's invest more time in training their employees and discontinue generating sales within the same week that have varying sale dates or singular product images which confuses your store associates.

Nothing like Lowe’s on Saturday morning. LOTS of dogs and their humans in the store. Great selection of indoor and outdoor spring plants. Superstar for today’s visit? Greg. Cutting lumber. Top notch job, friendly, and helped me make short work of the job at the top of the honey do list. Thanks Greg!

Absolutely worst location. I drive 15 minutes further just to shop at Home Depot. None of these “staff” care about their jobs or customers. I’m in the store with no customers at the front desk and the employees are laughing and talking about what they are doing tonight while I’m calling them and they just let it ring…. I just wanted to see if they would actually answer the phone. I’ve literally stood there and listened to a worker talk about who she’s dating and it was absolutely not something I should ever have heard. But who cares, I just want my pickup items and out of this terrible place… but they they have screwed up every pick up order or delivery I have ever had. They never have the incorrect quantity or in stock because they never replenish the shelves and best of all I have requested multiple times that management call me back for a year now and I’ve never spoken to one manager… horrible. Im done. I’ll take my small business and continue shopping at Home Depot. It really sucks it could be a good Lowe’s.

No one greeted us when we entered which is customary at Lowe’s. Likewise no one offered assistance to my wife and I while we shopped. The isles were jam packed with forklifts and merchandise. This store is in Desperate need of a remodel and general upkeep.

Had a small project, and visited Lowes in Little Elm 6 times in the last few days. Have been going to Lowes for 20+ years. Paint took over 45 minutes to attain 1 Gallon of mixed paint. This was not due to being busy, I was the only customer. It felt like I was burdening them to do it. Asked about a craftsman tool chest, and after 3 requests and no one knowing anything, was told to go to the area, and press a button to get help. When someone finally came, they did not know if the item was for sale, was a floor sample, or was a stock item. Then the employee just left me hanging with no help. There are many employees standing around, walking around, but this specific location it seems no one knows anything. If I worked at Lowes, in about a day, I would know everything about the store inside, outside, top to bottom and if standing around not knowing anything is the standard, i would be terminated out of envy of lets get it done. Went to Home Depot, and had absolutely no issues attaining a tool chest. Price was the same; however, got more drawers and am very satisfied with the service of the Denton Home Depot. Lowers has lost a customer to Home depot.

Their customer service was fantastic. The guy that helped us, found the perfect solution to our problem. It took us a while, but we all figured it out. Couldn't have done it without him. All employees were friendly and welcoming.

Project at Frisco Lowe’s! Barry from this Lowe’s on El Dorado in Frisco is amazing. He went above & beyond to help me. He could’ve sold me the 2x4 I went to purchase but instead he went outside & helped me to install it onto my trailer. He is a staple of what an employee should be Thank you

I was happy with this location. Wanted to purchase washer for single mom in need. Went to Home Depot first & was surprised that they do not keep any inventory in store, you have to order it. So was glad I could purchase it here & be able to leave with the washer & deliver it to the single mom that needed it. She was happy.

Didn't even acknowledge that I was waiting to pickup my order. Was busy chatting with other Lowe's employees. Took her sweet time to fulfill my web order. By the time she was done with my order, a line had formed with 3 ppl waiting for pickup or return.

Not only was the order that I paid to have delievred incorrect, they wanted me to come to the store to pick up what they failed to deliver! I feel so bad for Alexis, the in-store sales associate that I spoke with on the phone. She was professional and sweet as can be. Her manager, Valerie, was standing close enough to her for me to hear everything that she was teling Alexis to say. However, Valerie was not professional enough to pick up the phone herself, apologize for the mishap, and correct the issue. Why make simple things so difficult?

When I attempted to work with the customer service to determine an item that I purchased through my Lowe’s card, I was originally told that the Lowe’s credit card was not used for the purchase. I was able to find the receipt that showed the Christmas lights were in fact purchased from the Lowe’s credit card, and I was seeking an exchange for Christmas lights that were purchased last year that no longer worked. After the exchange with three different employees, I was told that I was still unable to exchange them, even though the items were defective. This was disheartening and made me wonder the benefits of being a Lowe’s credit card owner in the first place.

This is my local Lowe's. I love shopping at Lowe's. The employees are always nice to my family. I also appreciate we get a military discount, due to my husband's service.

The place was very unfriendly and y nobody can tell me where the manager was at. After two of the employees watch me struggle with a bag of 80 pound concrete getting get off the second shelf mind you and they seem like most of the staff were very young and very anxious pianist I don't know if maybe the manager has some kind of him over there or what but obviously he doesn't care about the employees and there was a bag of open concrete is spilled all over the place and all over me and all over my other items that were in the basket nobody offered to help clean up anything and when I ask for the manager they know where he was at the guy who point me to where the manager should have been up at the front where the self-checkout was with the head cashier and he couldn't tell me where the messenger was either and something should be done about this. One thing is for certain they are not near as friendly as the employees at the Home Depot plus they are a lot more overpriced then Home Depot I'll go there from now on I definitely want to go to that loads that's for sure the one on Eldorado in Frisco Texas

NEVER and I mean never have what you need. Everything is a two or three trip ordeal. Out of common items for weeks. On line stock is never right. Literally been told "that never right, you have to call first". What's the point of having on line inventory if you have to call? Don't bother calling either you will get wait and wait, get transferred around or just left on permanent hold. Never has a cashier open only self checkout but has 4 people available to stand around the checkout area and not help you.Edit to addYep, no changes here. Went for a couple things and they have neither. Need a particular spring? Every spring drawer full minus that one. I bought them all weeks ago and still not restocked. 3/4 emt coupler? Nope! Still out from when I bought the rest a couple weeks ago. 3/4 is the most popular size and they are always out because they can't figure out they need to order these in a greater quantity. Whoever is in charge of the inventory here is useless.

Had been to purchase lumber (2x4x8). Requested an associate if he could help me cut them. He was right by the machine that cuts the lumber. It required 2 cuts. But it seems the associate did not have time to do my “project work” (seriously!?). Sir, if you don’t have time to help your customers, you can mention it in a polite way. Took my business elsewhere. Thank you Lowe’s.

It is my opinion that the prices are too high for some of the products. But, the price paid is MUCH less than having to pay someone to do the job for you. The customer service was good [earning the 4 stars]. This location was fairly clean. Parking lot decent. Crowded. Traffic going in and out. Cashier was fast and accurate as well as friendly and professional.

Lowes is always busy so we ordered curb side pick up. In the email it doesn't inform you that their curb side is only open until 7. I showed up at 7:15 not knowing this and the young lady asked me to go in. Come to my surprise that despite all the signs, nobody is enforcing customers to wear their mask. In the 10 minutes that I was there waiting for my pick up order, I saw at least 4 people walk around with absolutely no mask on. Not even on the chin to entertain.

What ever happened to customer service! I came in to buy a grill today. I wanted one that was in a box so it would fit in my Jeep. After waiting around for 30 minutes I was told the guys in back did not have the time to get one off the rack and could not help me. I was told to go someplace else to buy one.

EVER.Trying to call to speak with an actual human is something that takes SO many tries. Beyond frustrating. If I ran my business the way Lowe's does I'd be out of business so quickly.I ordered several doors for a remodel and doors were delayed several weeks. I was never given a phone call to give me a heads up. They kept putting it on the schedule, I would get an automated call to say it was scheduled for delivery, no door, no delivery. I would call to check, no straight answers, just an endlessly ringing phone. If you do speak to someone you get hung up on. No one cares. It's painful.

Customer service is bad…no one seems to be on the same page. Experience three separate incidents, curbside wait time is ridiculous, online order no one could tell me why delayed, and being charged for item did not receive. My experiences at Home Depot have always been good and will stick to them.
