We had an appointment for 2:30pm. Showed up a few minutes prior and they overbooked themself and asked me to come back at 4. No big deal. What made me nervous was there was 2 dogs in kennels barking at us -which whatever dogs bark- that didn’t bother me, what bothered me is this lady turned around and screamed at them to be quiet. Those dogs were TERRIFIED. She asked if I wanted to leave my dog and said no I’ll just swing back by at 4 so she wasn’t in a kennel for 2 hours feeling anxious especially since she’s never been there. I live within walking distance so my plan was to be there as soon as she was done so she didn’t have to be stuck in the kennels. When I picked her up the women said she was a sweetheart and did great. Cool. My 8 year old dog has had hundreds of grooms so she’s pretty calm, typically. It’s been about 6 months since her last groom so she was very hairy - I’m giving the benefit of doubt that some parts were missed. But her back has two different levels of hair as well. Her hair by her ears were forgotten or just overlooked. Not sure. Not the greatest groom but it did the job.

I have been taking my dogs to Little Elm grooming salon for several years now.Gladys was the only one to grooming one of my dogs, who is super scared and hard to deal with when comes to groomingI love this place, the prices are very competitive and the attention is A+.I definitely recommend this place you won't be disappointed

This couple has a cute little shop in their garage where they do the grooming. The set up is clean and nice. They do a great job with my two dogs at a price that's just a little less than other places. I am happy to give my business to a small business owner over a chain like Petco

So I thought I had a great experience until my dog and I got home. The woman was very nice to me and she just said my dog moved a lot. But something must have happened. My dog is a very friendly and loving dog, she is very small, 5 lbs and SUPER sweet. She has never been hit or anything before. Ever since we have gotten her back home she flinches and yelps anytime we go near her. She has NEVER done this before and is only 10 months old. We have had her since she was a baby puppy. I’m not sure what happened while she was there but she is frightened anytime my husband or especially me goes near her(the groomer was a female). I do not know what happened but something doesn’t sit right with me. I did read a review a while back that said a woman saw the groomer hitting her dog. But I didn’t think it would happen because of all the good reviews. When I picked my girl up the woman said she knicked/cut her leg but when I got home it was a very large chunk taken out of her leg. All I know is I will be taking my girl to the vet to get her looked at and I will never be going back to Little Elm Grooming.

LEG is the most reputable and affordable groomer in the area. They are super friendly and seem to really love the pets they groom. Older man and woman are very kind and worked with me on my first visit when I forgot to bring my dog's vet record of vaccinations. Will be my pets' groomer forevermore. Only reason for 4 stars out of 5 is because the shampoo they used was very strong. I'm very sensitive to smells, so it might just be me. I had to rebathe the dog when I got home. The scent still lingered for nearly a week. No worries. I'll just bring in my own pet shampoo for them to use next time. They do a great job. 🐩🐶

Awesome and very nice home grooming. The garage was very clean and she was very nice. She did a awesome job and did exactly like we wanted.We have tried all the groomers in the little Elm area and she was the best and kept the cost down because she is working from home.Our little poodle Maggie just loved her. We are very happy with the service. Thank youA++++

If I could give negative stars, I would. The owner is TERRIBLE! We are new to this area and currently looking for a groomer to groom our 5 lb Yorkshire Terrier. After reading the reviews, I thought this would be the place for us. NOT! I scheduled an appointment for a nail trim just to see how things would go, and it went left quickly! She began to yell and hit my dog due to her moving around, in which I intervened, and services could not be completed. I may have caught them on a bad day, but I will never find out. I would advise anyone who goes here currently or wants to give them a chance to stay with your fur baby to ensure they are adequately treated.

I had a pleasant experience. Very friendly and timely. Very personal yet professional. Did a great job on my Shih Tzu. Highly recommend if you at looking for a professional in house groomer. I will be taking my Mini Australian Shepherd and my new Toy Schnauzer very soon!

I took my schnauzer puppy here for the first time. I previously owned a schnauzer for 16 years, so I knew exactly what I wanted and showed them pictures. When they were done, they had cut off her skirt, and left uneven places all over. Very disappointed.
