I'm terribly disappointed. I've done order pickup three times since moving to Little Elm and have had missing and wrong items every time. I've written in twice asking for a refund on missing items with zero response. Since I can't continue to pay for groceries I don't receive I started going into the store. This morning there were zero cashiers on - I had no choice but to do self check out if I wanted my groceries. So I checked myself out while three employees stood six feet from me chatting. You can do better.

This is my go to grocery store. They always have what I’m looking for. I love the sushi here and also the premade ready to go meals. The pharmacy and Starbucks are both great!

We buy 1836 Farms products (organic milk, orange juice, lemonade and grapefruit juice) from this location. They charge a $2 deposit for each bottle which we don't mind. Upon returning the empty bottles to get the deposit back, my wife was mistreated by the lady in the customer support as she refused to return the bottles accusing my wife, who was was accompanied with our 3 kids, of stealing the juices. She came home distraught and crying from being disrespected by our local store's employees. So, I decided to go to the store with the bottles and I asked for a refund of our deposit and I was told that they could only return 5 bottles. We have never experienced anything like this before: we have been ripped off by Kroger and insulted by its employees. I filed a complaint with their customer support and I am thinking about suing.

Be sure to check your milk expiration date. I bought milk thinking it was well within the date and consumed about 3/4th of the carton before realizing it was already 2 weeks expired at the time of purchase. This isn't the first time I've heard about Kroger stocking items well out of their expiration date.

I placed a pick up order at another Kroger got home and a couple of items were damaged moldy, this happens with berries-- no big deal. Went to this location because it's closer to home, was simply going to exchange my items. The clerk refused stating it was policy to not return pickup orders from other locations. Also rolling her eyes at me when I politely asked for a manager. Then who I am assuming was an assistant manager told me the same thing the clerk said, I showed her the return policy and she again refused stating the store manager will not let them. I called Krogers customer service where they confirmed this is not Kroger policy, and refunded my items. Kroger corporate should know that this Kroger is putting in place policies against what is stated online. I don't care if you printed out a word document that states you cannot return from another store, this isn't policy you are just trying to keep returns low in your location. Unacceptable.

I find that the pharmacy prices and service are fantastic. HEB does a great job in the pharmacy by having friendly people and better overall availability of hard-to-get meds. Bravo!

Y’all better be off moving to HEB,Very unprofessional employees, rude…I placed an order online, when I went and tried to pick it up, I waited at least 10 min outside…So they finally call me back to tell me that my order wasn’t ready..That I have to come back 3 hrs later,So I left, as I was driving back home I got an email of cancellation of my orderTheir services is getting worse and worse…AVOID AT ALL COST ….Go to HEB

New review:I used to buy meat at this Kroger and it was ok but recently bought 3 rib racks and the meat cut was really bad! More than half the package was fat, it looked like a plain cut from the cow. Full fat. You don’t need to be a meat expert to know that if half of what you bought is plain fat and will be trashed it is a bad piece of meat. I will not buy meat again here, it is just not the same as Costco or Sams.I find produce that normally I don’t find in some other stores like Walmart. The staff is great, specially that guy with glasses from the self checkout, he is always helping and is very polite.4 stars because the restrooms are terrible, you better wait to get to your home than go at the store.

I normally shop at the Kroger at University/380. The experience here at the Little Elm Kroger was a whole different experience. I walked in and asked where they keep the shopping carts. The manager came from behind the service desk, explained they were setting up for valentines and went outside and got me a cart. So genuinely nice and helpful. Got to check out and had some coupons that the self checkout attendant helped me with all of them. I told her she was nice and helpful and she smiled sweetly and said , that’s my job. I saw both of them speaking as I was leaving and told them what an absolute pleasant experience they both had made. I’m so used to a dirty, rude, and the horrible produce at the 380 store I walked out feeling relaxed and happy. As I write this review exactly one week later, to prove the freshness of their produce is a photo of perfectly fresh blackberries 1 week later. It is hard to find a carton at the 380 store that doesn’t have a moldy one at the time of purchase. Thank you for making me love Kroger again!

Customer Service nightmare! I wish this were the first time I didn't get an item in my pick-up order. This order, I asked for 2 lbs Boars Head Black Forrest Ham. I got one package at 1.04 lbs, but was charged twice that exact amount. Mistakes happen, but its yet to be remedied. I tried doing the online chat feature, but automated system wanted to refund me 1 lb total, and didn't include the taxes I paid. So I called customer service to speak with a person, held for 24 minutes, got a person, get my information confirmed (name, phone number, Kroger ID, and the item needing refund) and all of a sudden the rep is saying "hello, hello, hello", she can't hear me suddenly, then hangs up. She had my info and didn't call back!! I call the store ask for supervisor, it rings without going to voicemail or a person. Called back again, asked for pick up, get Jeffrey, asked him to get manager, phone is set on counter with an open line (I can hear in the background), then someone picks up phone and hangs up. My husband is now on his way back to the store and can hopefully remedy this, but what on earth has happened to customer service!! 1 hour minimum of our time and gas spent on a 2nd trip to remedy your mistake. Again, not the first time we've struggled with this situation. Get your act together Kroger!!!

Shopped here with friends earlier today and saying I was underwhelmed is an understatement. The store itself is fine, the selection is good, and everything was in order. The staff however are the exact opposite. Everyone seemed to dislike their jobs and being there, and the few employees we did interact with were as rude as it gets. We were going to self check out and were waiting in line at one of the lanes for less items(we only had 3 items), an employee with hot pink hair yelled at us telling us to go use a different lane, and talked back in a rude tone when we got back in line at a different lane. I understand staffing shortages have caused problems everywhere, but that is not an excuse to hire people who are rude and have no experience helping customers.

This store is 3 min from me and I refuse to shop here because of how I was treated in a group interview. We were told the more we stepped up, answered questions, we would more likely get an interview. I did exactly that and was escorted out with 4 other people that dressed like they rolled out of bed. I wasn't even considered for an interview. I was professionally dressed, was even chosen as lead for my smaller group and presented our information. I was also complimented by 2 people in my group saying good job, yet escorted out, and told along with 4 other people we would not receive an interview. I'm 1 customer you will never have.

I went in to take a look around to see if they had anything of interest. Everything was quite clean and organized. I didn't buy anything this time, but there were definitely a few good deals I would have gotten if I could. In my opinion, the donuts are a good deal since they're 99 cents each.

I had food catered by Little Elm Kroger's for my mother's 70th Birthday...weekend of 8/28. I made the request online and about 2 weeks before her party, I went in-store to make a few changes. I had never had any food catered by them but when I picked up the items on 8/28, everything, look so good and it me picking up was very organized. The good was GREAT! I had about 30 guests and they all said the food was VERY good! I would agree! I ordered the 3 platters of warm wings (bone in), 3 platters of croissant sandwiches, and 2 pinwheel platters (one was veggie). It was more than enough food. Thanks for helping with making my mom's party a huge success! Be Blessed!

Absolutely do not utilize their pharmacy. Their manager Josh Taylor is an absolute terror with some sort of mental problem and screams at all his customers. I was just a recent victim for the second time. Showed him our text and still doesn’t provide service. Lines out the door with the same complaints from everyone.

Brittany is amazing! We were looking for gingerbread houses and they appeared to be completely sold out. Brittany looked for them for us with no luck. We continued our shopping trip and moved on. Then several minutes later, she came up to us with a gingerbread house in her hands. She had found one and had been looking for us to see if she could get it to us while we were still there. It was amazing customer service and such a heartwarming thing to happen at Christmas time. Thank you, Brittany!

I was Severely disrespected by a group of adolescents who work at this store tonight! To the extent of an employee by the name of Tiger telling me to “f_ _ _ off! I’m LIVID and still in shock. I will NEVER shop at this store or Any other Kroger location again! This location is the true definition of TRASH with TRASHY employees and management! BEWARE! You could be overheard badmouthing your in-laws on the phone like I was, and an adolescent, poorly educated employee will assume you were referring to them and curse you out for Absolutely No reason! I will be following up with an email to Corporate 1st thing in the morning, as this is unacceptable in ANY neighborhood!

With HEB opening, I'm trying to stay faithful to Kroger. However, when the employees don't care about providing service, it definitely makes it hard. I was in this evening and went to get some sandwich meat from the deli, but none of the three employees behind the counter would help me.No one came to see what I needed or even acknowledged me. I know the one lady for sure saw me twice as we made eye contact. If she had just greeted me and said, " we'll be with you in a minute, I wouldn't be writing this review. I was being very patient and waited at least two minutes. Nothing! So, I gave up and walked away. I'll stop at Market Street or maybe HEB on my way to work to get my lunchmeat.

Don't know where the complaints about customer service came from but whatever. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I always felt welcomed, the workers are friendly and they are ALWAYS on top of it at checkout and self checkout. I am so sad I am moving relatively far so I'll have to stop coming to this one... :( I hope the one by my new house is just as friendly!

The self check out manager was very kind. He let me use the phone to call my bank because there was a hold on my savings account. The prices here are the best in town and they have items that other grocery stores don't have. The employees are excellent, and this is a good location to do shopping. I highly recommend the Kroger in Little Elm.

I needed some soup for a sick child and decided to go here after my workout. I realized I forgot my wallet in the parking lot but then remembered I had a Kroger gift card that had been in my car for a while. I checked the balance on the website listed on back of card before going into the store to make sure it still had funds. The card didn’t work at checkout and the rude cashier was no help. Went to customer service and Shiela was also no help. She said they don’t use those cards anymore and offered no other solution. She never called the number on the back of the card to check the balance. After 30 minutes of frustration, she finally got a manager to approve replacing my card with a new one.Had she just called the number on the back of the Kroger gift card, the balance could have been confirmed immediately and a solution could have been offered but she had no desire to help me.As if I needed more motivation to take all future business to HEB, this was certainly enough to push me over the edge; done with Kroger.

I went to this kroger to get catfish in the fresh department. The employee name Jasmine touch her hair and cap. I ask if she could wash her hand and she got an attitude about it. This is unsanitary, cross contamination, and disgusting. Occurring to Servsafe training you should wash and change your gloves anytime you touch different Meats. People could be allergic. Her attitude made the situation worst. She washed her hands after the fact. Where is the customer service?

I have always been satisfied shopping with Kroger. I actually stopped shopping with Walmart and bought a delivery membership with Kroger. But lately the service has gone downhill, and the food is always out of stock. This time I ordered, 1/2 of everything was out of stock?!! But I have been giving allowances due to our economic issues. When it came time for checkout my shopper texted me that my payment wasn’t going thru. I had plenty of money in the bank. And when I checked my bank account the payment DID go through. I called the Kroger store 3 times and it rang and rang, nobody answered. I actually went to the store and asked to speak to the manager. Jorge the Manager came down and didn’t seem to know what was going on. Another supervisor, who kept interrupting our conversation kept blaming everything on Instacart. The supervisor let the manager know that Kroger’s system wouldn’t check my cart out although he and the shopper tried multiple times. Instacart had gotten it to go through but Kroger did not and the manager would not release my cart till his system took payment. He stated Kroger couldn’t be “out” the money. He also wouldn’t call Instacart and work things out for me-try and facilitate a refund or something-anything, this managers customer service is sadly lacking. I will not be shopping here ever again. I have never had such poor customer service!! I will call my bank and stop payment on this as I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER! If my funds are not returned to me I will press charges!Update: As of the morning of 8/16 Kroger has sent me a notification that my order is on the way (it did not come) and the receipt shows a much different total than was deducted from my account. More than half my order was also “out of stock” and was replaced with items I did not approve and do not use/eat.Little Elm Kroger has some serious internal issues!! I suggest you do not enroll in a delivery membership-and don’t expect help from the management.
