I wish I knew what happened to this Dollar Tree. It used to be descent but no longer. One employee was nice. The other, loves the word MF. Don't bring your kids, if you care about that. I doubt I'll ever return to this location. Ridiculous.

I have lived here for three years, and this store has hardly anything on the shelf. It doesn’t matter what day or what time of day what time of year they hardly have anything on the shelf the shelves are almost bare. So today I decided this was my last time to drive over here to this store. Terrible.!!!

This store used to be great but now it is definitely the worse I’ve ever been to. It’s so empty they might as well put out the going out of business sign on it.

I could not believe how disorganized this store was. I went in and everything was completely in disarray, I looked around at the employees there and could clearly see that they did not care. I quickly left and found another store in Frisco. I was embarrassed that I live in Little Elm and seeing how much of a mess this store was. If you can spare 5 minutes to drive down to Frisco, I highly recommended it.

I’m disappointed to say that this is by far the worst store I’ve ever been in.This store is in desperate need of an update.The store is a complete mess and nothing is ever fully stocked. It’s been like this for a long time now too.It really needs to be closed, cleaned and restocked before allowing anyone to enter.It’s a shame too because it’s in a great location and could be very profitable.

Okay so I don't think this place even deserves a 1 star. This place was trashed. They need to close it do a deep clean and then put everything back and organize it. Cause my family went in and saw literal terror in there and walked out. I AM NOT EXAGGERATING!

Closed today! It's Oct 27th 2023 at 130, and this damn store is closed again. Doesn’t open on time, and closed in the middle of the day on a Friday! This place sucks. It's Nov 4th 2023, and this damn place is closed again! Smh

I went 9/30 1 :12pm. I tell elder woman I want bollon 534. She said please get balloon already blow up one. I said " it not there . I want 534 . Please charge it" she said go look there n get line . I'm line now why I need go back line again? She didn't charge balloon. I told " you didn't charge balloon. I want 534" she refused to sell and make it . She said go other register. That guy ignored me.This lady charge ×2 iteam front of me customer. She refused to refund " sorry my mistake please fet something. Her mistake but refused to refund. This is wrong. I work casher I never put soo selfish . If she can't handle this easy casher job can't do anything other job. Need training please . Refused to sell stuff how to work bussiness??

Website and sign on door say they open at 8 am on Saturday. Another sign on door says 9 am. It is 9:20 and they are still not open. Lots of customers have come and gone, unable to get in. Guessing revenue is not that important.

Male worker with missing teeth that works in stock area is very rude and belittling. Store is barely stocked. Girls in the front today were loud and unprofessional. No greetings, zero customer service, always has a long line. Always smells like weed as you walk in. Probably won't be returning.

The staff is nice and efficient. Their products tend to be a little scattered, but they usually have items that are hard to find at other dollar trees.The only complaint I have is that they tend to be closed earlier than what is stated on their schedule outside their door. It usually happens on random days. There are days that I’ve gone where the store is closed early.

Witnessed an employee take verbal abuse from a jerk of a customer today, and she handled it with beautiful poise and grace. I didn’t catch her name, but I know that wasn’t easy for her to face on a Tuesday night. Not often that you see that level of professionalism any more.

I went in today for a few things and was extremely disappointed with the attitude from the cashier named "Star". The customer in front of me was an older woman who was struggling to grab her bag due to limited mobility and Star did nothing to assist or make it easier for her. It was painful to watch- myself along with another kind woman behind me offered help to the customer.It made me very sad to see this. I would expect better from someone, especially if you are at work...and wearing a name tag. Do better!!

I was out today running errands and realized my phone was missing so I went back to Dollar Tree thinking I dropped my phone there. I asked the lady stocking shelves if a phone had been turned in . She said no and after a few seconds took out her phone and called my number. Nothing. So I walked to my car. Employee comes out and says Walmart called and it is at the service desk. I don’t know the employees name but I want to thank her for helping me. I have a medically complex child and when I leave him with Grandma to run errands it’s my lifeline to check on him. This is my go to store for the things dollar stores do best...affordable greeting cards, balloons, seasonal decor, crafting basics, cleaning supplies and storage containers. This store is more organized than it used to be which makes for a better shopping experience. Shop early for the best selection of seasonal decor.

Good store. The staff takes pride in this store. The areas are faced often and is easier to find what you need. The crafting section has a good amount of selection.Update: things are now $1.25/ each. They have an aisle dedicated to "pricier" name branded items. It's clearly marked, but if you find something in the wrong place you can't assume it's $1.25.
