Clean store, but the two old white ladies working tonight were rude!!! They didn’t greet me when I walked in so I spoke when I walked in, they didn’t acknowledge me and continued with their conversation. When checking out, spoke again, they ignored me yet again. After she rang me up the elderly white man behind me received a greeting, eye contact, AND a smile when I couldn’t even get acknowledgment or a glance 😐 absolutely revolting

I noticed when I came into the store and the counter the lady who was here on Wednesday Jan 24 at 8:20am was EXTRA friendly to the lady who looked like her and when I got up there she said nothing and didn’t even have a smile…….

I could not believe how bad this store looked. The cashier had been there three days but she was very slow. The store was really dirty,there was merchandise on the floor of most of the aisles. Honestly, it looked as if a tornado was in the store and it was only 10 or 11 o'clock in the morning. If I hadn't needed stuff right then I would have walked out .I can't see how a manager could let the store look like that.

I like this store. Lots of great bargains and it's right in town so not far to get to for me. Years ago there were two nice ladies Brenda and Mary that worked during the day and they always were so friendly to me and my children they became friends along with several other employees. The last few years they have had alot of turnover in staff which saddens me. I really liked the small town they know you by name type place but, overall the deals are still good and I shop there regularly for most anything. Movies, some clothing and shoes, make up, hair no care and accessories, groceries, art supplies, school supplies, some toys, and batteries, etc. Great savings.

I love the items and the cashiers go as fast as they can considering they're always short on help and the shelves are barely filled but the boxes are right there to do it....... the problem is the management*** as in corporate. It's not due to the lack of the cashiers at all

This convenient location has a wide assortment of food items, cleaning supplies and clothing. The store has a tendency to be a little messy and cluttered, but this does not seem to affect its business. Quick and easy shopping if you need a basic item now!

I like Dollar General, you can find a few essential items for at a very pocket friendly price. On the downside, this location particularly had disorganized isles, most likely due to high foot traffic. The staff is friendly, most of what you need will be in stock.

Very rude customer service provided by the cashier who was right next to the manager when we asked him about purchasing products on a blocked aisle. He told us "if you can reach it you can buy it" but wasn't going to left a finger to unblock the aisle or get the items we wanted to purchase. I live right around the corner but won't spend another dime here. No idea why they have 4 stars or who's lying about good customer service. I will drive an additional 10 minutes out of my way to avoid these idiots from this point forward!

I don't know why but almost every dollar general store I go in needs an overhaul!! They are dirty, unkept, I don't think anyone knows how to use a broom or mop. You can't get down the aisle because of all these clutter, unopened stock, boxes galore, and don't try to go to the bathroom because you can't get by because of the boxes, clutter and clearance tables. And when and if you do make it in there, it's so filthy you'd a thought it was an old abandoned, and run down place that no one had lived in for years that was maybe being used by homeless people or animals lived there!!! Someone in their corporate office needs to inspect all of these stores and make someone accountable for the way these stores are kept. It's a disgrace!!!!! Have a little pride!!!

Went there a few weeks ago. Looked okay from outside, inside though wow. It looked so worn down, shelves empty or falling apart. Messy. And super cramped. Never going back.

I shop this store every other day and the staff of so friendly and ready to assist customers no matter what they are involved in. This store has had it’s issues with beach customers and protesters and has weather the storm still serving their customers without interruption and or bad attitudes.Great job staff and Mgr

Went in for 3 cans mushrooms. Dog food on sale so spent $39. Two people behind the counter but only one register / line "open" but went fast enough. Friendly folks unlike previous manager.

My go-to store!! I get last minute food items there, including my lactose free milk (I was so surprised)! Great seasonal items, make-up, toiletries and the staff is always friendly!

Everyone is so nice and friendly. One of the people there decided to fill up my daughter's half filled balloon. My daughter is so excited about it! Thank you Dollar General at Little Elm :-) you guys are awesome!

This dollar general looks very run down and dirty. On top of that, as if that's not enough, the people behind the registers are very dry, don't really say anything to you other than what the total to pay is. AND there is always a line that is backed up because there is usually only one person working a register.

Plenty of discounts and toys. They were stocked on every aisle. No spills or outdated products. The bathroom was ok. Good conversation with the cashier!!

1 star because the cashier was nice and helpful but this store has gone downhill drastically in the past few years. It's pretty darn filthy and the stock is just thrown all over the place on the shelves on the floor it's just pretty sad.

2 stars because the cashier (Becky) had us standing in line for what seemed like an eternity but I'm sure it was only 3 minutes while she finished stocking makeup. There was 5 of us waiting to be checked out. Yes, I counted. Becky that's not good customer service. You knew we needed to be checked out. She did not acknowledge the fact that we were waiting. She could have said I'd be right with you all. So annoying 🙄

I don't shop here however, I stopped there today. whoever the lady was who worked there and didn't want me to give her name since she was off the clock was so disrespectful not just to me butalso to the cashier who was checking me out as well. I will be escalating this and will not back. I'll drive to Walmart, target, Kroger any where but will not go back there.

Pretty well stocked location...still a Dollar General store. Best place I know to purchase cards for birthdays and anniversaries... good selection and are $1.00 each!

The cashier was bagging all clients' items while coughing and trying to cover her mouth.We're in the middle of a sanitary contingency, so the least Dollar General could provide is a little safety for their employees and their customers.

Gave 2 stars only because when the cashier appeared after someone saying "hello?" For a few minutes she was very friendly. Other than that this store is messy, unorganized and dirty. Been that way at a few DG's I've been to.

My dad left the store after trying to pay cash. The cashier asked him for his driver's license. There is no reason to ask anyone for their driver's license when paying cash. I will never shop there again.

There is stuff everywhere in the isles, kind of hard to navigate the store. They really need to do a clean up of this store and make sure things aren't blocking the isles and stocked in the right places.

Love this place! The employees are always happy, beyond helpful, and so sweet. I usually come in the morning and they always brighten my day.
