I don't use this pharmacy but after having the same experience 4 times now, I decided to write a review.Someone really needs to take the time and train the pharmacy staff on how to manage their emotions. Yes, they are busy, yes, they get a long wait time on the phone when calling providers or health insurance, however, one must be mindful of the words they use in their place of work. No one in the pharmacy is ever happy to be there. It gives a poor impression to the public of how CVS handles its business and the type of staff they hire. If someone is unhappy being a pharmacist or pharmacy technician they should really consider changing careers. It is a job that requires patience.

Worst CVS pharmacy ever visited. They always miss prescriptions. Happened twice to me. Doctor’s needs to send the prescription multiple times, plus they’re pretty slow as well. No more using this location.

Minute clinic and pharmacy need to communicate better and be clear on what vaccines they offer. Nurse bedside manners/customer service needs huge improvement.I checked twice with the pharmacy if a vaccine was available for me. They confirmed they have it, but said it would need to be done with the minute clinic via an appointment. I book an appointment with the minute clinic and I'm told that's a "pharmacy thing. The clinic doesn't have it." Plus the nurse at the minute clinic is super rude, unwelcoming and unfriendly. Then I go back to the pharmacy for the 3rd time just to be told they do not have the vaccine for my age group. If they would only agree on what vaccine they offer, train their staff on that so they can clearly communicate to customers, I wouldn't have wasted about 4 days between confirming, booking and waiting for appointment.

Great pharmacy and very convenient. They are always helpful and friendly to me. Great customer service.The Night Pharmacist's Mary and Lawrence are awesome. They are real friendly and very helpful. I work strange hours and very early in the morning. They always help me get my meds quick so I don't have to wait before or after I go to work.

Terrible customer service. I just waited 15 minutes for them to fill 1 prescription ahead of me. They then waited several minutes to acknowledge me only to walk over exactly at 130 to tell me they are closed for lunch. They literally drug their feet and delayed to 130 so they didn't have to help me. Add this to terrible wait and slow service constantly. Avoid this place at all cost.

Quite possibly the worst pharmacy that I have ever dealt with. I have had zero success filling anything here without a problem. Notably them being out of a product, and just ordering it assuming that I can wait until they get it in. Generally prescriptions are “needed” sooner rather than later. Any other pharmacy or CVS has to be better.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They said they didn’t take express scripts (they do), they said they didn’t have my pharmacy or medical information (they took all of it and typed it in my profile in front of me), never said they had difficulties running my insurance but then charged premium price for my script without notifying me. Don’t go here.

The only reason I got a prescription sent here is because a doctor sent it there for whatever reason and the reviews definitely aren’t wrong! The people at the pharmacy are definitely rude! Very bad customer service and attitudes. I’ll definitely make sure nothing else ever goes there!

Called to find out why my meds all of a sudden were not covered and found out it was out of stock. So basically they lied. Person on the phone was VERY rude and hung up on me when I tried to find out when my meds would be ready. Been here 4 years. I'M DONE. Walgreens, here I come!!

I’m a medical assistant. I called yesterday to cancel a patients controlled Rx and was told it was canceled. Guess I was lied to cause I had to call again today and it was still active. The tech then hung up on me after trying to confirm it was canceled.

More likely to die by the time you get your medicine.Was told to wait 30min for medicine, after 40min I came back and was told another 20min.Asked for my prescription paper back to go to another pharmacy, then was told to just sit down. And didn’t want to give it back.Absolutely will never return.Off to Walgreens

This is the worst experience I ever had at a CVS. My 1st time at this location looking for and OTC medication that said it was in stock. I go to the aisle and cannot find it. I go to ask pharmacy for help, they seemed to not want to do so even though there were 6 people back there, then I let the guy know what I want and he tells me go to the manager upfront and she will help me locate the item even though they are much closer to the medication and have more workers and only 1 person being helped. I go to the manager who claims her name is Brittney - she had no badge on, and then she tells me to go check 2 aisles. I check again still cant find it. Then she tells me she can't leave the front to help me because someone may steal, despite the many cameras. Then she tries to refer me back to the 6 pharmacy staff that didn't want to help me in the 1st damn place. Then she had the nerve to get an attitude because I told her this was the most unhelpful CVS I have been too. Man where the hell is good customer service these days.

Quite possibly the worst pharmacy ever. Correction, the worst pharmacy ever. After dropping off an emergency prescription for my wife I was told to come back in two hours. After 2 hours I returned only to be told it would be another 2-4 hours. Came back again to find out they were trying to fulfill my wife’s prescription for a 94 year old man. They apologized which did little for my wife and her post surgery pain. I was told it would be another 2 hours to fulfill the prescription due to insurance. I said I would pay cash and bypass insurance Needless to say Im still waiting So I decided to write a review to pass the time. Hopefully keeping others from making the same mistake by coming to this inept pharmacy. But hey, who’s reading pharmacy reviews anyway? Probably people like me that are bored or furious. Still waiting….

It's pretty bad when the local pharmacy is at 1.8 stars. Pharmacist and the techs should be the most helpful, knowledgeable, and professional but instead here they are rude and inconsiderate to their customers who need their help the most. Every time I call or come there it's an issue. From the rx not being filled or mysteriously transferred to another pharmacy. I just don't get how the corporate manager hasn't seen these reviews and made the necessary changes to improve customer service.

They charged me Triple for the medicine that I get every month and they wouldn't honor my discount card that all the other cvs s honor. Avoid this place.

Transfer your prescription elsewhere because you’ll waste hours of your life in their pharmacy drive thru or in-store. I was the fourth car in line and waited nearly an hour to be seen. It sounds absurd to have waited so long, but I kept thinking, “Surely this next car will be served quickly.” I was wrong.I also once got incorrectly charged for two candy bars in the drive thru pharmacy line. Turns out the staff member working the window had set her own candy bar right next to the scanner/register and it rang me up twice for her candy bar.

Incredibly rude! I sat in the drive thru looking through the window while the pharmacy tech clearly saw that I was there and never had the emotional intelligence to come to the window and greet me. I sat there for five minutes staring in the window and finally hit the call button. The pharmacist came to the window and was just as rude as she was . Will definitely be switching my prescriptions elsewhere.

I had a wonderful experience at this store before work. The staff name Zee was amazing. He took out the time to give great customer service to and another customer. I most definitely will be back because I found a great snack and a cleaning hack for my rest room. Thank you CVS.

We've had a few prescriptions sent to this location and each time we kept getting told longer and longer. Today however was the last straw with this pharmacy, we had a prescription for our child sent over, I called and they confirmed it would be ready and even confirmed the medication name but when I went in to pick up they couldn't find any information on her having anything even submitted. I do not know how they were able to confirm her medication just to turn around and say there was nothing in the system.

Just RUN! The pharmacy is the WORST on the entire planet. You're better off dying then coming here to pick up a prescription. Came in to pick up a prescription, line was long. The pharmacist with the dreadlocks was arguing with someone over the phone the entire time. I waited patiently for my turn with 10 people behind me in line looking frustrated because the customer service here doesn't exist. I get to the front to be told that they lost my prescription electronically and there is no way to retrieve it, GOODBYE! No apology, no empathy, just plainout rude ness. The staff member looked at me as if how dare I come in to the pharmacy. The attitude here is beyond words. I don't even know this place is still open. The bad reviews on here are real ! Shut this place down!!!

Omg it seems like this CVS has become worst. Especially the pharmacy. This is unacceptable. Wait time to get meds longer and longer. I had surgery at 7:30am this morning and it's now going on 4:30. They still don't have my pain meds ready. This is unacceptable and bad business.yall need to do better.

Definitely the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They really deserve zero stars. They directly lied to me about being able to fill my prescriptions. Nobody seems to be competent enough to communicate with their customers in English as well.

Worst pharmacy - i was visiting my daughter in Frisco for a long weekend. I forgot my medications at home in the Chicago area. I use CVS locally near my home. I called and spoke to the pharmacy and asked if I could get a few days emergency supply - they said if I came into the store they could help me with a few days loaner / emergency supply. These meds are mundane - no narcotics or pain meds if any kind. I went to the store and then they said they wouldn’t help me. They wanted the empty bottles - I wouldn’t have empty bottles since I forgot the meds in Chicago! This was driven by the pharmacist. They were not helpful at all and did not care that I needed these meds. They just didn’t want to do any extra work to help me. Suggest you avoid this store and pharmacy !

This is definitely the busiest CVS I use, and wait times are often long. But everyone I've ever spoken with has been pleasant and helpful. What prompted the review was an experience this past week with the pharmacist Vonny. In the midst of a typical busy afternoon, she helped resolve an insurance issue and really went to bat for me to ensure I could get a prescription filled. I truly appreciate her effort, and it was clear she was advocating for me. Thank you!

Worst experience. Had to wait through the line 3 different times, each time was 1 hour. So I wasted a total of 3 hours here for antibiotics for my son. They kept saying my insurance was denied. They kept having me call my insurance company (which you know takes forever as well). My insurance company said the antibiotics should’ve been approved for a low price but the pharm tech insisted it would be hundreds of dollars & that there was insurance issues. Finally I had her print the denial form. Turns out the pharmacy spelled my son’s name wrong. Despite being told how to spell his name verbally AND giving them the physical insurance card with the correct spelling, and having the script sent in with correct spelling. So after 3 hours and 3 long calls with insurance later, I finally got the medication for less than $10. I work in healthcare and they should’ve been double checking the spelling and DOB when getting denials. Ridiculous waste of time.

I had gone to this location at 11pm to get a prescription for my wife who was in pain. Suppose to be 24 hours open store!! The guy working there told me to come after an hour so I send my son at 3am. Now this time again he was told to come after 5 am saying nobody is in the store who can help him. Finally I got the medicine at 12 noon. They don’t deserve any star at all as I don’t see they have any importance of a patient in pain. They should have realized if someone is going at this late hour must be in emergency and really in pain.I hope it never happens with anyone else!

I need to put a star to start the review otherwise it would be negative points. I feel staff here are over worked. No one ever answers phone. Doctor sent over Rx, they placed it on hold same day , no one knows why. I pushed the order in app, it went back on hold again. Calling to get someone on the phone, no luck for 30 minutes now… unless I drive up and order, won’t be surprised if the wait time be over couple of hours.

One of the nurses in the clinic could not have been more rude. Every CVS seems to be mismanaged but to be so foul is more than being mismanaged. I will never patronize another CVS and have moved all of my prescriptions. There are so many one star reviews for not only this location but all CVS locations in the surrounding area. This should be a testament to the way this company has chosen to operate. Choose anywhere else.
