New manager Kenny was helpful in the store today and the store is looking better . Just need to get the night crew on point , night and day difference from morning crew to night crew.

I was in the Lipan store yesterday 10/25/22 and tonight 10/26/22 I went to check out and the girl that was checking people out was quite rude . She just finished checking a customer out and then turned and walked away as I was coming up I said ma’am and she turned and told me she was busy to use the self checkout, I told her I don’t work here u do and I didn’t want to use self checkout and she just walked away well I left my items there and walked out. Then tonight I went in and she was there again and she told me “thanks for leaving all that stuff yesterday for me to put back up” and I told her well if she would have done her job I wouldn’t have left those items. She made a rude comment toward me and once again walked away. I did catch her name thou tonight and it was Toni . She works at the dollar general in Lipan Tx . I will not be shopping at the store if she is there again. And I will be sure to post this in our community page also so that others can see just what this girl does. She is a very unpleasant person and honestly does not have good customer service.

I can't complain about anything. It's like seeing family I know almost every cashier. I had hip surgery and they carried my stuff to my pickup

Employees are nice they only seem have one register open even when long line most time there a wait so mint not one go on day in hurry due to may be late where ever going other then that great place

Well, only option in Lipan for many things. More expensive than nearly anywhere. But what can you do? No options. Makes Pak n Sak look good. 😂!
