I stopped in to shop but I needed to use the bathroom first. I was literally trying to keep from peeing on myself. The cashier looked at me and said the restrooms are not open to the public. I went down the street to the Family Dollar and used the restroom and spent my money there.

I don't have any complaints regarding the employees, they're friendly and courteous. However, the company in and of itself must be a mess, as this location has had to close midday because the air conditioning doesn't work or isn't working properly. Quite alot. This is absurd! DG has absolutely no excuse to be closing because its too hot. They're a multi- billion dollar company.

They have a wide variety of items available, and the prices seemed competitive. The best thing that impressed me was that they have a surprising amount of groceries, and their selections seem to include a few of the hard-to-find grocery items, which is a treat! It's great having one close to my home and be able to get last minute items quickly! That's really important for busy people!

This place is okay. A little cluttered but the staff is nice & respectful. This place is good for home decor & small general house hold staples. The reason I am giving only 3 stars is because an only because of the clutter had kind of a hard finding some things because they were behinde other products. Just a lil messy for my taste.

~I've lived here all my life and have seen 3 managers come and go at this store, never have I seen such an inept manager, as Brittney! Her age equals her inexperience and it shows in her inability to manage a store properly. The store is disorganized,  dirty and the registers and keypad keep going down!What is this lazy manager doing???? She's not there half the time and rarely do I see her on the floor working on stocking shelves.I primarily go to Dollar General in the mornings and at lunch time when the manager is there.I find her rude , abnoxious and frankly immature!!Never once had she acted professional!Do your store a favor and get rid of her. She is not an asset to Linden!Dollar General in Linden has gone down the tubes!!

Store is always busy and trying to get their stock out. Nice to have a store besides the drive to Wal-Mart. A little crazy, but you can't expect people to be perfect. They are good in my book!

Store extremely filthy. Shelves are always empty and merchandise stacked on carts to be put out. Makes you wonder if staff isn't waiting for the customer to do their stocking for them. Unable to go down most isles with a buggy or mobility scooter due to carts of product jn isles. They are the joke of Linden.

Use to love going in here BUT now there is so much JUNK everywhere you can't get to anything! There are boxes in every isle and you have 10 employees standing around talking to one another! Family Dollar is the place to go.. Very clean store & you can get in & out with no issues! Unlike the Dollar General!😒

This used to be a pretty good place to go for fast freindly service, but in the last few months to a year it has gotten pretty bad. Seems like they can never restock wverything that comes in on the truck. You have to dodge full of restock items, box after box of goods on the floor. I could not tell you the last time they swept the place. Not to mention it always seems like you will alway wait in line for at least 10 mins.

Unorganized. Hard to navigate through the store due to product waiting to be stocked blocking most isles. Staff friendly enough, although they allow people they know to cut in line. I only go there in case of emergency.

Used to be a great store, still my go-to store, but has become dirty & junky. They stock shelves during the day so the store is trashed and congested with carts & boxes in the way, with no employees tending to them. Stocking should be done at night people

If it would be possiable to give ZERO stars to this place I would. I have NEVER came accross such RUDE, JUDGMENTAL, employees in my life. They're employees STALK you when you are in the store as if you are a criminal...CLEARLY THEY'RE MANAGER IS OKAY WITH HER EMPLOYEES TREATING CUSTOMERS LIKE TRASH AS SHE LEADS BY EXAMPLE. I suppose as poorly as they so called "keep up with" this store ESP the restrooms and with dust on almost every shelf, I shouldn't be surprised. If they dont care about they're own stores appearance why would they even try to care about customers RIGHTS....

Dont use western union here unless you wana spend the night in a parking lot. Ladies could not figure how to receive money. Were trying to send money asking for phone number first not the Mtcn. If you cant help your customers then you need more training.

When you have 3 people working and a line 10 people long but you only allow one person to run the register while the otherwise walks around you need to shut your doors. Learn customer service.

This place is always a mess. You can hardly walk down the isles and some of them you can't. Most of the time you can't get to what you need. But is not just this location it's every dollar general I've been in.
