Be sure to ask for extra meat on the tacos if u want a normal amount otherwise it will be mainly lettuce!

We stopped there on our way to visit family. The people in the drive thru were nice and polite. But they pulled us forward without giving us any part of our order. When they brought our food out, we told them we had drinks and a blizzard. So they brought the drinks out. We told them we were supposed to have a blizzard. So they finally brought that out too.I stopped on the way back through to use their restroom and get a blizzard. So when I walked up to the counter, I was treated like I was invisible. At least 4 employees looked right at me and ignored me. So I left without buying anything.

Food sucked, and they made my $7 Blizzard wrong! The place was empty and it still took them 25 minutes to complete the order. The employees were unfriendly and borderline rude. And, the place was run down and dirty.Compared to the DQ in my town, the DQ in Linden should have to tear down the DQ sign!

The people were very nice, but not efficient.One girl doing front counter and drive thru.It was me and one other guy in line at first and he walked out.From what I could tell, only one car im the drive thru.Another girl came in, which I understood to be a manager, that started taking orders after a few minutes of talking to the other girl. I noticed three orders waiting to be served before I got mine.Needless to say, I was there much longer than I anticipated.Went in for a cherry dipped cone that apparently is no longer on the menu, so I got a bacon cheese burger.It was a low quality flower shaped frozen patty.No fault of the workers.. just bad corporate decisions.The grease was old and stale though, so the onion rings I got with my burger weren't good either. That's definitely the stores fault.They told the guy after me the fries were coming out dark but were still good. I've worked in a lot of restaurants, so I know better and had I been told, I wouldn't have ordered anything fried.My root beer was good.3 stars to service because they were very nice. Otherwise it would've been 1 star.

I stopped at this place on my way to Louisville, Kentucky. It was my first time and I had a wonderful experience. Good food, very nice staff and super clean restroom.I highly recommend this place.

Their dining room was closed due to some plumbing issues and you could only order via drive through window. I was very happy that they took my order as I walked up to the window because my tractor trailer was unable to navigate and fit their clearance in the lane. They were very nice and not rude about the fact of me standing Their as other establishments have been when trying to order something after hours in the drive through. Understanding the issues involved, they took my order with a smile and was very efficient in getting me back underway to my destination in Katy, TX. Keep up the good work.

I do consider my self to be a foodie so when I say something is good please believe me I was amazing at how great my food was ,the burger and fry's. Everything was so fresh , however those extremely sticky ketchup packs was not acceptable. But I'm still giving 5 stars

Staff was friendly, but took forever!!They weren’t busy either. We ordered a ice cream and a blizzard. The got the blizzard right , but not the ice cream. Pointed out we ordered and paid for a large , but they did nothing about it. Took a little over a half hour. To be honest wasn’t going to sit around another half hour to get the right sized cone. Staff was friendly but customer skills need a little work. Oh well live and learn Sonic is right across the street and rarely have any issues there. It’s sad because I love DQ and this store is only about 1 minute from my house. I will have to get my DQ somewhere else.

This experience was TERRIBLE the customer service customer was indescribably bad I asked for a ketchup packet and they were very rude and said no and it was right behind her. She could’ve just given me one, but then she directed me to the tables which I told her already, but the ketchup on my table was empty, but she had a very bad attitude. I would not recommend coming here and I would just go to sonic down the street.

I'm only giving a 2 star because I Iike DQ, but my experience today was my worst at DQ. Went through drive-thru ordered chicken strip meal and the Chessy Dude steak sandwich, and 2 blizzards. I was told to pull around because they had to cook the chicken strips. 20 minutes later they brought out semi melted blizzards, over cooked chicken strips, didnt recieve the drink for the meal, and the Dude steak sandwich didn't have any cheese (supposed to be stuffed with cheese and have 2 slices of paperjack cheese). There was plenty of staff working so there was no reason for the long wait and Lack of Execution. 🤦♂️

They have gotten better but they are slow at most times. Ice machine for fountain does not work. Not enough people working there. I is better to call in your order and then go pick it up at drive thru. Check your order. I noticed that they are under new management as I was leaving. Hope it makes it better. No a/c either

Long wait because of short staff but Kimberly the manager remain nice courteous and kind to everyone although she was shaking from the stress everyone was very patient and understanding while waiting. Her attitude made the experience there wonderful.

There were only two other customers in the store, but it took forever to get my order ( a milkshake, an ice cream sandwich and a cup of water). The waitress couldn't concentrate on making my shake. Halfway through making it, another woman took over and finished it. The ice cream sandwich smelled funny and tasted like grease. I won't go back.

I am rating this place 2 stars because the staff had poor customer service skills. The service was slow and I was charged yet again for a medium drink even though I didn't ask for medium. Was also charged for extra gravy that I didn't ask for only for the styrofoam gravy container to melt an stick to my freshly cooked chicken strips. For my meal to cost $10 in a state where minium wage is $7.25 I expect at least minimum effort for a restaurant only working at 25% capacity. It's like they don't care if they are open at all or are they high when they come to work. It's not that hard to press a picture on a monitor an put some thing in a bag/container. Was over priced and underwhelming. The dairy queen that used to be the hub of linden is an outdated hazard to the public. I almost consumed plastic because of another's careless doing! What if they served that to a child? Or an old person who can't see that well? I was so disappointed that I didn't even bother to call back for a refund. Because I will not tolerate some one being rude to me for a mistake they are responsible for.

Ignorant useless drive thru clerk that looks like she need to be on a drug rehabilitation program. Takes everyone else's order in the drive thru except mine then when I'm waiting I can see everyone else place an order then when I finally get to the window she says she is out of what I AM ordering. Useless human being.

My family stopped here at night and it was fairly decent. But, i do recommend a renovation considering the place looks really old and gross. I found an eyelash in my fries and my brother found a bug in his burger. But, other than that it was great!!

We went through the drive thru and there was NOT a sign and so we pulled up to the window. One of the ladies had a headset on but said the speaker wasn't working, they got one of our burgers wrong so we went inside to get the right one and the guy took a patty that was already made, it was probably sitting there for a while. Turns out the burger was dry and not very tasteful.

Staff has become more personable. Food is good. My no.1 main pet peeve is waiting in line to pick up a previously ordered meal and having to wait 10-15 minutes for person in front of me to wait on their order. IMO...if your order isn't ready move to the front of building or circle aroynd drive therefore not holding 🆙 progress.

This has to be the absolute WORST Dairy Queen & service I have EVER received. The drive through does not have a speaker so you have to order through the window. Not ONLY that, but it took 20 minutes to receive our food, that we were told would be brought to us..after waiting 20 minutes with no food, I finally decided to go in and get it. As I walk in..I hear the cook yelling "who ordered all of this f****** food", (we ordered 3 things off the menu). I HIGHLY recommend new management & new staff. We will NEVER go back.

Absolutely worse place to go in town!! Staff was rude, food wasn't prepared properly, took too long to get my card back from staff that I paid with, dirty inside, outside of the building needs lots of repairs, drive thru speaker broken and no one knows when it'll be repaired, a family member went for a banana split but they had no bananas-he went to the local store and bought some and they charged him full price for the banana split after keeping the bananas!! Horrible timeframe on food and not very pleasant staff, and I was a manager for a restaurant for 6 years...falls back on not having a good manager to make sure staff are doing as they're supposed to...
