Great store to start. Sometimes prices can be a little higher than I want on some things but they always have great stuff and fully stocked. We got a Kong toy which if you watch the video they fought over one when we have two now. Trevor was the associate working and I was asking about the pythons they have just to get a general idea of how much the start up cost to have one would be. He also helped us get another type of dog chew toy that seems to be good so far. He definitely knows the products of the store and if I ever have a question about anything there I hope he’s there to talk to. Super friendly and positive guy! Check this place out if you get a chance. Thanks!!!

I enjoy shopping for my pet supplies at this store because of the staff. They are always friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. My little dog is a part of my family and where I shop for her is as important to me as where I shop for myself.

Definitely on the more expensive side for pet food, toys, and treats, but they always have what we need and the employees are always very helpful and friendly, and for that, we will keep returning. A very well run operation.

Trevor was exceptional at helping me find a new food for my finicky American bulldog. He showed me several brands with different price ranges and pointed out the benefits of each. He also made me aware of the half bag return policy for picky pups that just don't eat what you buy. Great trip , I will be going back as the pup seems to like the new food...score!!

We get our dog groomed here. Our dog is somewhat timid in unfamiliar places, but he seems to remember this one and loves it. He comes home all fluffy and soft and full of energy. What a treat!

The staff at Petsense in Lindale Tx is amazing and helpfull. If any of you have a pet with anxiety you should take the pet to see Cameron @ Petsense in Lindale, tx. He agreed to try to work with my grand pup Ophelia. Who had been being sedated at other clinics with a fee of around $200 to be groomed. Cameron is a life saver. He will always be our groomer Thank you Camerun and Petsense

Was charged for products I didn't receive from my online pick up order. I reached out to PetSense the day of purchase when I noticed the pending transaction on my account included products that were out of stock in the store (note online, they showed to have 2 in stock). I was assured by the employee that the charge would drop and I would only be charged for items received. The next day I was charged the full pending amout, which included of course, items not received. I called back to the store and was told by a manager that she had contacted corporate and I would have a refund in 7 to 10 days. Today is the 10th business day and there is no pending return from PetSense. The main reason for my review is that I don't understand being charged for something PetSense didn't have to begin with. If I place a pick up order from another retailer and an item is out of stock, I'm offered a substitution or I can remove the item and not be charged. It's extemely frustrating. I also reached out to customer service and the reply I received was to write a review about the items I recently purchased. Unbelievable. First and last purchase from PetSense.

I took my fur baby in to have her nails trimmed and they did a fantastic job. Please note you are not able to tip on a debit card at this time.They have a really great selection of good quality products and occasionally a lot of them are on clearance. They have baked cookies at the front and Little cupcakes that my dog goes crazy for. Everything is appropriately priced and they have healthier options than I expected.I went in yesterday to pick up some treats and it was again a wonderful experience. I'm so glad I found the shop

I have been going to Petsense for the two years I’ve lived in Lindale and absolutely love them. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with the groomers. The prices are fair and the inventory is plentiful. And the fact that I don’t have to drive to Tyler to get my dog supplies is a bonus. I won’t go anywhere else!!!

It's okay, it's a good shop if you're looking for niche items you can't find in walmart but you're definitely gonna pay. Manager (not sure if they're still there) was always kind of rude. Employees are always really nice though! At least the few times I've gone in.

Honestly... I walked in lugging a baby in a car seat with an 8yo in tow.. multiple employees saw me waiting at the counter to get checked out and they continued to ignore me. When I finally got helped and asked for assistance finding something heavy (aquatic rock) they saw me with my hands full and just pointed me to the back of the store. Ridiculous. Terrible customer service.

I have been a customer since December. Today I was in a rush in a panic to get a kennel for my newly spayed cat. The lady was absolutely amazing as I looked at a kennel and asked can I buy the one that was already put together and without hesitation she said yes. I looked and I told her that is needs to be a little bigger then the one I looked at and she helped me carrying it to the counter since I had my cat in the kennel after picking her up from the vet. Not only did she help me to the counter she helped me get this huge kennel in my tiny Mustang. Thank you Petsense for making my trips there so easy and hassle free. Everyone that works there always go up and beyond. I appreciate the convenience and helpfulness. Thank you all for everything. I made so many purchases from cat litter, littler box, dog foods, toys, and today made the best purchase of the kennel.

I recently shopped at this store with my 2 German Shepherds on leads. No one was in there except for me, my dogs and 2 employees. The one young man was friendly, complimented my dogs and did inform me of a product. But they never asked if I needed assistance, nothing. They were hanging out at the register, and I asked for water for my dogs.The other guy who never acknowledged my presence then replied we don’t have water for dogs! Wow! It was like they could not be bothered to do their job. So I check out my items, again the guy never said anything like did you find everything ok, nothing. I have a cart with about $100 of product, not much, but still, with my German Shepherds, who btw helped me way more than they did.They never offered to assist me to my vehicle or even open the door for me! What? Again I was the only customer in the store!Yes the store is clean and organized, and they carry Stella and Chewy which is not easy to find around here. But in a more upscale pet store, this experience is not acceptable. If I was rude or my dogs were not socialized I could maybe understand their behavior, but that was simply not the case. If there is store footage, I hope the management views it and directs the employees to be more attentive. Also they should provide water for pets in a pet store, in fact there should be clean bowls of fresh water when you walk in the store. At least the friendlier young man said goodbye on my way out, but I don’t want to give this place any more of my money.

They have everything here you can think of. Comfy dog beds, toys, food, collars, leashes, cat nip and everything you need for your pet and more.I love all the different kinds of dog treats they have here. So fancy and beautiful decorations on some of them! They have beta fish and they are absolutely gorgeous. They also always have two cats that are up for adoption and I often go and pet them for awhile when I'm there. They are do sweet. Love coming here and will be back again soon indeed! The store is always very clean and orderly. Check it out yourself!

I'm glad Lindale finally has a dedicated pet store. Unfortunately, it feels like they are always out of crickets. They said they are working on it with their supplier. They also said they will be selling more reptiles. If that is the case, they definitely need to get on the cricket issue. Overall very friendly staff.

Got an appointment within four days. The groomers were amazing and the dogs were taken care of with a great professional care. All 3 dogs were groomed exactly how I wanted.
