Hate what they did to the parking lot. The store has moved everything around while there are empty shelves everywhere. And what's with all the self checkouts? Higher prices and now you want me to check, bag and get looked at to see if I did it properly. Sam is turning in his grave!!!5-4-24 waited over an hour at jewelry. Had a customer service rep call on speaker for service. Waited waited waited. Yep NO ONE CAME. Here at Mother's day and NO SERVICE!1 star is actually way too generous!!!!

The renovations are a lot to take in. The prices on some things have went up, but I expected that. The store is very well organized and clean. And I have yet to meet someone less than helpful and professional.

As always our Walmart is the best. I can never get out of there because of all the beautiful products they offer, from Christmas items to children clothes...which is the BEST. I'm a great grandmother and I just can't leave that place without some from that section. And of course the best groceries. Bakery is out of the world. Thank you Walmart!!!

Never thought that ever, even in a million years, would I would rate a Walmart 5 ⭐ But I had never been to the Walmart here in Liberty! This particular Walmart is fantastic. I've been there a half dozen times now and every single time was excellent! Several times I didn't know where to locate an item, but didn't even have to even ask, because an associate would inquire if I needed anything and would happily tell me where to find the item. And on two separate occasions an associate actually told me that the item might not be easy to find for someone not familiar with this store so they took me to the items!

I guess it's the customers responsibility to check food dates. Bought some sausage patties 2 days ago and when I got ready to cook I noticed a use or freeze by may 9, 2022. I only hope the folks that bought the other ones see it.

Two new to us and they're both winners! These M&M's are so good...a "cool" sensation all the way down lol. The mild banana peppers were amazing with beef stew. This Walmart store was stocked beautifully and the staff very helpful/friendly!

When we got there to get a cart a employee was pushing carts and hit me with a line of carts and they never have registers open finally today they had maybe five witch is a lot since they can only have one or two going

They said they were upgrading and remodeling the store, but taking away a great book section to replace it with the half a row of books there now is unacceptable. Bring our books back!

I went to customer service to get a check cashed and send some money to my daughter. I had an out of state DL. The same one I had used multiple times but this morning it was not considered an I'd. They open at 7 didn't get any service until almost 7.30. Very disappointed and will not go back

Walmart needs start selling Big Man Clothes and Shoes. They don't have size 14 shoes on up. They don't have big man shirts, pants, socks and underwear. All they have is smaller size.

The customer service for pick up was okay until one person had an attitude about being asked why he allowed a woman to jump in front of the long line of vehicles that were sitting there patiently for over 30 minutes to get a spot to pick up our items. Just know if you go to this location, you'll be waiting a very long time. The rest of the pick-up crew has been pretty awesome. Their positive attitudes make the long wait a little better, but he had to ruin this review for an unneeded attitude. It's the holidays, dude.

Most of the staff is okay, but there's one cashier that makes derogatory comments about items, like medication requiring age verification, that I buy EVERY time she checks me out. It is not her place to judge me, and to insinuate that I am abusing drugs. I refuse to get in her lane now.

They went in and reorganized the whole store, it's hard to find things that have been there years. Dog food used to be an easy in and out purchase. Now you have to go through the whole store to get to it. I like it how it was, I'm just going to have to get used to this new design.

Well it is Wal Mart. So they have a huge selection and the veggies are not that great but for our area you can get tires, tackle, food and clothes. The down side is you have to check out yourself.

The reason I only gave three stars is because when I went in, it was so busy! They didn't have buy maybe 2 lines open for actual registers and seldom checkout the line was backed all the way around. It would help if they would think about it, and when it's around Christmas that they would actually get more lines open so people don't have to wait so long. I'm disabled and for me and others like me to stand in line for so long to get one or two things shows they really give no thought to customers really.
