I was in and out of CVS in Liberty, TX in less than 10 minutes. Randall greeted me and asked if he could help me with anything and just like that I had my passport photo and was on my way. Thanks Randall!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I hate that our insurance requires us to use CVS, I have only ever had problems using this pharmacy. From taking over a week to get my prescriptions, loosing prescriptions, giving my prescription to someone else, and even giving me antibiotics for my kids that wasn't mixed. At some point you get it together, but apparently not Liberty CVS.

If I could give ZERO stars it would still be too much for this place. I've NEVER seen such rude and cranky employees. And it's EVERY TIME we go!! Not just once every blue moon or one certain employee. It's ALL including the pharmacist. I spoke to the employees when I came in and the 2 at the register looked up at me....and looked back down at what they were doing. Not so much as even a smile or wave. Much less a hello in return.I asked where something was located and my answer was a irritated 'in back by pharmacy ' without even looking up.I still tried to be nice by saying thank you...and got nothing. No you're welcome or anytime...nothing. If you want to be treated like a nuisance.....go to this cvs location

I have lived all over the country and this is by far the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. The employees are rude, the service is even worse. The last straw was when a lady was incredibly nasty to me and my wife. I asked for her name. She told me it was none of my business. When I tried to ask for a manager nobody at the store would tell me who was managing. So we decided to move all of our prescriptions from them. As a perfect example of how classless they are they had every excuse and refused to transfer a single prescription anywhere. We had to go back to each doctor and get new prescriptions sent out. I will never set foot back in there as long as I live. And id advise anyone to be careful. Find another pharmacy.

I waited for 35 minutes on hold, no one ever picked up. Then I went to CVS, where the lady working the drive through pharmacy window was nice, but said they were short staffed and that my prescription would take another 30 minutes to fill (even though my Dr. called in the prescription 4 hours prior to me going to the pharmacy). It took everything I had to drive up there initially because I am so sick right now. So 2 hours later, my husband gets off of work and goes to pick up my medication and he waited 1 hour for it to be filled. This is just one of the many times my prescription hasnt been filled in a timely manner. I will no longer use this pharmacy.

Doesn't even deserve 1 freaking star. Saw my DR at 11am, went to pick up my prescriptions at 7:30pm and was told by the little blue haired girl at the window that nothing was ready. Informed her my meds had been sent over 8 hours prior and there's absolutely no reason why they shouldn't be ready. Was extremely rude and totally unprofessional

They are always polite and ready to help you. The staff in the back that fill scripts know me so well. They ask how my dog is, how I'm doing... and to please call them anytime for anything. I love this store!!!

I HAVE ALWAYS LOVED MY PHARMACY HERE. I’ve been coming for years but this past year it’s been ran down to the ground. Corporate Will not hire enough workers. This past week I’ve had three different prescriptions that should’ve all been ready in one day I’ve literally made five trips that’s taking me 30 minutes just to go pick up today I want to go pick up one that should’ve been ready three days ago yesterday it was not ready and today and still not ready. The other day which was three days ago I waited in line for almost 1 hour behind one car that was in the drive-through that had not moved when I had pulled up none of my medicine was ready. I do not like to give bad reviews because this is a great place but it really has ran down because of no help. I really am thinking about finding a new pharmacy because this is getting ridiculous.

The cashiers are very sincere! One of the cashiers here was actually the first to know about my current pregnancy! She was so curious in what was going on and so concerned that after I took the test I made a special trip back to the store just to tell her the results! A good personality is all it takes to make a business be successful! The want to get to know your customers and the loyalty!

When I googled to find where I can get a money order near me CVS was 1st on the list. Stood in line for a few minutes waiting for a cashier to come to the register. I asked for a money order and her response was we dont sell those " with a slight attitude ". I was like ok and just walked off. It was like I was an inconvenience for interrupting her for something they didn't sell. I rarely go into this CVS to purchase anything but I was quickly reminded why. I do however use the drive thru pharmacy faithfully and I have no complaints for them. They are awesome!!!

All I got to to say is, “think twice” before you decide in having them handling anything that has to do with your medication. You are lucky if it all goes well. Also ,read all the reviews before you make your decision to fill your prescriptions here. As for me... I was standing in line waiting for service, but the pharmacist acted like she didn’t acknowledge me. Horrible service!

This is without doubt the most incompetent Pharmacy I have ever used. First time they were short handed and took an extra day to fill. Second time did a refill from my online CVS account which said it would be ready that afternoon. Never heard a word from them and when I checked they were still “processing “ my refill. Well three days later i have to call the pharmacist and ask why it was taking three days. Only then did they get it filled. This place is seriously a joke and their drug prices are the highest of any pharmacy even remotely close. Trust me people do not waste your time at this pharmacy because they are clueless and in no hurry.

I wish I could give them a negative score. I have dealt with so many CVS locations around Texas and this is by far the WORST I have ever encountered. Forget the perk of being in a small town. They are rude and forgetful. You will either be on hold forever when you call or they just flat out wont answer. They treat Dr offices the same way. I dont know If it is management, the pharmacist or the techs but something needs to change. Not like they care but they have officially lost our business.

This was my first time at this CVS and this young lady Clarissa was very helpful, motivating, and packed my bags perfectly. When I got home I realized she didn’t just throw random stuff all in one bag she actually sorted it so that my snacks, personal products, and drinks were all bagged neatly and she took no time at all to do it. My son also came back home and told me y’all had someone new and that even though she said she wasn’t sure where the product he was looking, since there was no line she took no hesitation at all to guide him in the right direction. I will be visiting again soon! Wherever you get your new employees from let me know!

I’ve lived in liberty for 5 years now and I have been coming to this CVS off and on. I have never seen a cashier so dedicated towards making sure that the elderly get what they need. I watched one of the new employees make an effort to help my 78 year old mother by searching briefly for the exact item she was looking for and did a magnificent job of explaining to us the details of the product over the phone. When my mother went back again by herself the following day this past Saturday, she had everything ready for her to checkout because she made an effort to properly find out what we needed and had all of the information we needed once again before wasting gas. I could tell she was new because she didn’t have on a uniform when I stopped by but and I’m hoping you guys keep her around for a while. Her smile and attitude was very sincere instead of forced and that warmed my heart. I could tell she really was putting in an effort to make sure she was doing everything correctly when checking out. I have never left a store feeling like a priority and I thank her. I don’t know her name but whoever visits this store she’s about 5ft and African American.

Whoever is answering the phone in the pharmacy is RUDE RUDE RUDE! My daughter called this morning to have her medication switched from that pharmacy to another and I could hear her through the phone and she answered the phone "HELLO" LOUDLY. No announcing this was CVS or anything and was being rude about how she had to call the other place first and then didn't even say bye, just hung up!

If I could I would give this place a negative zero! My meds are never ready, even when the meds are called in days in advance. All I ever hear is that they are short staffed. It appears that they are filling prescriptions as customers are coming in to pick them up. This is a sorry, poorly managed pharmacy! When my refills are up I am moving on to another pharmacy.

That girl in the pharmacy Tonya is just absolutely wonderful. Goes above and beyond to find discount cards for our prescriptions and 90 % of the time gets the price down. The pharmacists Beverly and Obie are very knowledgeable and helpful. Very thankful for these people.

In a word WOW! I have yet to encounter such presumptuous, lazy, and absolute inept behavior in one pharmacy location! Fortunately for myself I am Rodger's customer however I had the misfortune of going here for a friend who just had surgery not only did they say she couldn't get her meds till the next but in that self same sentence they said she just had THAT RX filled yesterday at a different location 🤔 REALLY!?!?!?! When we explained that rx was just called in the day prior she said it had in fact been called in to the wrong one and that we would need to contact that pharmacy and have them resend their fill. We did and went back thru the line and then they said we would have to go back in 30 minutes and in a snide voice said if the other pharmacy said they should be able to give it to us straight away and she basically called them liars. 😑

this pharmacy is horrible, i sat in line for 30 minutes to get a prescription then get to the window and the girls are standing around talking not even waiting on anyone. As soon as i renew my prescription i will be taking my business somewhere else. This place is terrible. if i could give you a negative star i would. i am not really giving this one star only reason you get 1 star is because you have to.

0 is to much for this pharmacy. I was told I can’t use GoodRx because I have insurance. I have to pay an additional $20 more. My doctor ordered a 30 medication supply and they gave me 7. Several weeks ago they refused to answer the phone because they were working short. I could go on an on about this so call pharmacy and my many bad experiences.

Unfortunately i went to the store today the cashier by the name of Kimberly was so rude no greeting at all and I was giving her my info to sign up for the carepass and it seemed that she didn't want to hear my name or email she asked me 2 or 3 times for it and made a face like if something was wrong with my hispanic name or something but with the lady behind me she was totally different greeting and everything

BEWARE! This is the worst place I've ever dealt with! I am fathomed by the way they run this store! The employees are so rude, you can tell they hate their job. I've had nothing but trouble with these people since I started dealing with them. I wouldn't get my dogs meds from these sorry people! If I could, I would give this store a ZERO! Because it don't even deserve one star!

I went through drive-thu asking if they had surgical masks. The female said yes aisle 14 or 15. I explained I have heart and diabetes issues would she get me a box.She said she didn't want to walk thru store and I would have to come in.Surely someone could have brought to her. Not good

A lady kept me from getting scammed! I am not sure of her name when I find out I’ll tell y’all but she heard me in desperate need of getting an apple I tunes card she wanted to make sure I was needing the card and not getting scammed by fake Apple reps you find on the internet! That’s right fake web sights that look like a real apple support center all the guy wanted was a hundred dollar I tunes card or two fifty dollar ones whatever I could get but it needed to be a hundred and they could re activate my account! This lady knew they have been doing that and she cared she wanted to make sure I wasn’t getting scammed as they have had several recently doing this and it is a scam to get your money! Don’t fall for it even if u call them u could be getting scammed I went to Apple and they would never ask for us to buy an i tunes card to get our account activated! Thank you helpful lady in cvs and ur manager! Y’all are appreciated very much! They weren’t trying to get me not to buy one if I was the one wanting it and not someone forcing me to like I fell for and I usually don’t trust fishy stuff but I was desperate for my videos and pictures of the past ten years! That I was told were gone by verizon in liberty thank you caring cvs employees! I appreciate it and so does my husband!

This place is ridiculous. Prescriptions sent 9am, call to check if ready, on hold for over two hours. Finally called front of store, was told they close at 6PM, but website says open till 8PM. Store clerks very rude, said she doesn't know if pharmacy is open or not. Would strongly advise to find another pharmacy
