Employees too busy playing and rude manager to a customer. You pride yourself in customer service is what you say and you are a liar. If you did you would never say it's customers fault. You would just fix it. I will never be back and I shop for gas and tobacco barn also. This is not the first time I have encountered problems here.

Very rude employees at this particular location. Lady at food counter was unconcerned with taking my order and slopped the food down like you see in prison movies. Never said a word. Thought maybe it was just her having a bad day, and continued with my shopping list. In the middle of the store I asked a store employee where the can openers were. He without even looking at me curtly said on the other side of the store. That wasn't any help because when you're in the middle of the store, the other side of the store could be in any direction. I never could find the can opener, so went to the checkout counter to pay and when I said smiled and said good morning the checker didn't even answer, just rang up the items, and said exactly nothing. 😔 I guess I was just used to the Brookshire Brothers in Salado Tx where all the employees are helpful and friendly.

This is a generous place to buy groceries.The help is on going and very supportive in making sure I get everything I was after.They made me feel like I was the only customer on the premises and the world revolves around me.

I like going to this store for one reason, IT IS NOT WALMART. I don't mind paying the extra few cents an item. They actually have people who want to help the customers, and they have registers with people manning them so I don't have to be an unpaid worker.

Love this store but why are there never any salads ready? Doesn’t matter what time of day or day of the week, even before lunch which is when you would think salads would be out and available.

We’re completely new to this area. We moved from a south Texas town 4 hours from here and we didn’t know where a good grocery store close by would be. It was recommended to shop here and so glad we did. My first visit was pleasant! I was helped in the meat department without asking and the cashier was beyond super nice and friendly. I enjoy hearing employees having fun yet still getting the job done. Where we come from employees at grocery stores don’t smile, greet you or carry a conversation at checkout; they’re too busy talking to other cashiers and completely ignoring customer in front of them. I’m so so glad we moved to here and will continue to and have been shopping at Brookshire. Thank y’all for making our first time experience wonderful

I like this store better than the one in Dayton. The layout is better, the meat market staff is nice and accommodating. Shopping here was pleasant. The young kids working at the check stand still talk to much, among themselves, when there is a customer checking out, and the sacker even asked if I needed help carrying out my groceries (to my surprise) but overall, better experience than in Dayton for sure!!

Customer service is always awesome and most times grocery items are kept stocked with great variety to select from! The location is very convenient with plenty of parking which makes quick trips easy. However I find the prices are not very compatible with other local retailers and have to watch closely for items on shelves that are Expired Past the Sale Date.

Went in to pick up my prescription and noticed the Floral arrangements and plants, everything was neat, plants looked really fresh, and the arrangements with fresh flowers were very nice and pretty, spoke with the young lady behind the counter and she said yes she made the arrangements and thank me for the compliments, I then went on a search for the store manager Gary and paid my compliments to him about the Floral dept and how nice the young woman in that department was; awesome store in Liberty, TX 👏👏👍

Cashier in courtesy booth would not cash a check. She said it was too early in the morning and to come back after noon. Said she needed money in case registers needed change. Didn't even ask amount of check and walked off. Very unprofessional.

I was actually impressed! I have somewhat of a love/hate relationship with the Walmart in our town. So, sometimes if I need to get in and out of the store quickly, I go to Brookshire Bros. This store is always clean and well kept. They don't move everything around every other week. The prices are a little higher, but the customer service is better.

We frequently go to get the sales paper go grocery shopping. I like the quick sale in the meat section get good meat for very cheap prices. I will get vegetables there for the freshness. The employees and managers have always been very helpful and polite to us.

Small town service is still alive here. The employees here are still as kind as it used to be before big corporations took over. If you want the feeling of walking in to a store where you still matter and what you need will be attended to then go here. The quality of the products is great. The variety is abundant. They still take coupons. And there are still sells to be had.

This review is for the deli department. We ordered 24 piece chicken over the phone (because one time when we ordered that much... They tripped because they didn't have enough..we was rudely informed that we need to learn to call ahead) so we did! Paid $28.99 for nothing but chicken legs, wings , and backs?! It was cold.. And they said they was going to cook us a fresh batch... Be ready in 20 mins. Nope.. It was old chicken. I drove home... Open and sadly disappointed. (I use an insulated bag to keep it warm) A dang shame. Stay away from the deli department.

I have been coming to shop at Liberty Brookshire Brothers for many years. It is a good place to shop at. I they have always have one the best quality of meat. The reason I didn't give them a five star. Is because they are very expressive on everything. That is why alot of people go shopping at other stores that is not expensive. If they wasn't expensive me and others would start going there alot more.

I have shopped at this store for many years and have never had any issues until recently. The quality of the meat market has really gone down. The Hispanic butcher is extremely rude to the customers and does not want to be bothered, they will not custom cut, package or grind anything for you anymore. The brand of chicken 'Country Post' or something like that is extremely nasty, it even has a wierd smell to it. I have completely stopped buying my chicken from there.Now on a positive note, the checkers and packers are always very nice and polite, especially the checker named Melanie.

Check expiration dates… I usually love shopping here but was dissatisfied with their return policy. I bought iron supplements a week ago that expire this month, I know they won’t hurt me but they do lose their potency after expiration. I’m pregnant and anemic and need a good source of iron so I was just hoping to make an exchange… but was refused without a receipt. I understand it’s policy and am not mad at employees following policy, although they were very annoyed at me and it was obvious. Anyways, if Walmart can do it without a receipt I hope brookshire brothers is on their way to being able to do that as well. I’m very forgetful and would like to say I’ll be keeping all my receipts from now on but I doubt it ):

Love this store. Despite the woman whom I asked to go into the back to see if there was any available Milo's Tea. She had just walked out of the back and said no there isn't anymore available, without ever going into the back in the refrigerated section. What she hadn't known is I had asked another employee (a young man) right before speaking with her if anyone whom works in the dairy was still in, he politely told me no they left for the day. The woman proceeded to tell me to check Walmart instead. Bad customer service. Not a happy customer. Normally all employees are as friendly as can be.

I injoy the quiet and relaxed atmosphere.Its never full of people shopping so I can take my time. Steven in the meat department Needs a pay Raise !!! He's Fantastic very friendly and helpful and he always has great dinner ideas and making funny jokes !! Heather in the deli is Very nice and talkative very helpful too. Melanie is my favorite cashier ! Kids Love the candy section. However it's Pricey !! Alot of stuff you can buy cheaper at another store . Anyone know of a cheap meat market close by ?
