Kristi!!! She is amazing. She was so professional, and so easy to talk to. She gave her recommendations, on my puppy and I told her to go for it, and do whatever she thought. Wow!! She blew me away! My pup did amazing with her, and for his first time, he didn’t show any signs of fear or distress. She made him feel right at home and he loved it. We will be returning customers!

I absolutely love bringing my Toby here for his grooms. We have gone through a couple different groomers and this is the place that showed Toby the most patience and love. He is always so nervous and anxious when I dropped him off at previous groomers, but here he is calm and snuggly with Kristi. She does an amazing job with him!

We just brought Mimi to Kristi at Wizard of Paws. What a great name and that she is! From the moment I messaged her on FB she was super responsive with great communication confirming exactly how we wanted our dog to be groomed. Her place is absolutely adorable, homey, welcoming and super cute. Our little Mimi gets anxiety going to the groomer but Kristen took great care of her so much that she laid down and rested and actually snoozed off so she let her rest before beginning her service which we thought was thoughtful. Mimi looks great! Very even cut, paws and ears all trimmed up just how we like it. You can tell she truly loves her job and all the furbabies! We are happy we have found a new groomer right here in LH close to home 💜

I cannot possibly say enough good things about our experience at Wizard of Paws! Kristi is so kind and caring. I have an 85 LB german shepherd, who is a rescue and scared of people. Kristi took the time to talk with him, pet him, and walk him around to start to build trust with him, and he sat down and let her cut his nails. Usually someone has to try to hold him down to get it done. She also offered for me to come back, when they need trimming again, at a later point in the day to help build trust with him and work on his socialization. If I could give her a million stars I would. You can truly tell when someone is doing what they love, and this kind, kind person does what they love.

The owner of this company bought a bunny cage/enclosure from me on market place (Facebook)…. Offering me 45 less than I had listed which I accepted. She kept changing her pick up time bc she was “finishing dogs” and “waiting for pickup” and didn’t have Venmo or paypal and said she would bring cash. We left the item out front and ran errands and she picked it up and left 60 Bucks under my mat instead of the agreed 100. I messaged her when I got home and asked if she was getting the rest and she has ignored me. Just want you to know what kind of person she is… dishonest and a thief. I believe in karma but my friends all said I should blast her company since she’s a business owner. I have her on my camera in her 4 runner coming to my driveway and loading it up. I don’t know how people sleep at night.

I have a aggressive dog..when I called to see if she would groom him she didnt hesitate at all said yes no problem.when I brought him in we sat down and she soothingly talked to him,took her time to treat him and sooth him to allow her to cut his hair ,he only let her cut up to his neck that first time and he came home looking like a Male lion,lol,but the next time he went to her no problem and let her cut it all looking wonderful .she is awsome
