Ray saw that I was struggling to get everything I needed with my two young ones in toe and went above and beyond to find what I needed to get to check out and go home. I bought a Tree Line deer feeder at Tractor Supply and short story, it did not work. Through Texas Bowhunter I located a gentleman that said he would answer any questions about it. He responded immediately to my text and he was the manufacturer!! We determined that the motor was bad and he sent me a new motor and I was back in service and the deer feeder was up and running in 5 days!! Great customer service by Tree Line!

Very helpful and friendly. I wanted to buy an indoor propane heater as an emergency backup this winter and had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. The woman who gladly helped my wife and me did more than just point out the area where the heaters were. She hung around and helped us make a decision about which one we wanted offering a little experience she had. I ended up getting what I came in for but was happier for having considered alternatives.Great experience, professional help. Thank you.

Great staff , very kind and friendly. I recently visited this location with my six month and six year old . After discussing and showing us to the item we ended up purchasing ,Wayne walked us outside so I would not have to return my basket in the 100 degree plus weather !

In my opinion, this store is a cluster! Way too much stuff everywhere, constantly have to walk around everything that's sticking out of the aisles, tons of stuff on top of the shelves that you can't even get to because it's stacked so high, and they treat their employees horribly! I can't tell you how many times I've heard the assistant store manager yelling and cussing at the employees in the back when she didn't think I (or anyone else for that matter) could hear her. I have been a life long customer of Tractor Supply but this store, I definitely will not be returning to until they make some serious changes!!

2 issues- the "Rewards" Program & inventory.They don't do a good job of keeping items in stock. They seldom have all of what I came in for. If you do happen to find something, and use your earned rewards discount and then need to return it, you lose those rewards points. They don't get reapplied to your account so you can use them on your next purchase. I find that a local feed store has what I need, has better systems of processing customers and the staff is MUCH more knowledgeable.

I want to do a HUGE shout out to Ryan (Assistant Manager) and his Team today. I totally and completely messed up and purchased 10 12ft cattle gates. They came out loaded them on the Trailer, we took them home, realized they were wrong had to take them back. Not once did Ryan or any member make me feel bad, they were so courteous. Please support this store. They were amazing and it wasn’t their fault and treated us with such respect. THANK YOU Karen

Great store for a lot of things but when it comes to propane they are real dipsticks. They must wait until the machine won't dispense any and then say duhhh we are out of propane. It's not just one store either. Call before you go and also ask if anyone is there that can actually do it. Good luck.

I would like to amend my previous review of this store. The store manager at this location consistently exceeds my expectations, and is friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this store, and appreciate the staff going the “extra mile” for customers.

This tractor has a lot of a lot of things, and very little of other things. Overall, they have most of what I need, knowing what they normally stock. This is a local, close hardware store, after all, not a 5 acre building Megalo Mart. The core staff are excellent, and treat us well, from nuts and bolts, to propane fills and general outdoor and farm type things.

one star for product knowledge and customer service.I called to check on the availability of cedar shavings. The girl who answered the phone said "do you want the yellow bag or white bag?". Really! I don't care what color the bag is. It's going to be thrown away. Well TS, How about a little training for your crew. Just hiring warm bodies doesn't get it done. This is sub-standard from what I've come to expect from other TS locations.

I was recently there to get some bolts and screws to fix my walker. Cody worked hard to find the correct items and to install them onto the handles of the walker to insure the handles could not move during its operation.Thank you Cody, for all the time spent to help me with my walker.

Just wanted to report the best customer service experience I ever had. The manager, Candle, was not only super friendly but highly knowlegable about my problem, and knew exactly what products to buy...even let me know about a special promotion coupon too... My little chihuahua is 11 years old, and was having tummy problems with unhealthy stool...she asked me what I was feeding him and I said Beneful (wet because he has only 3 teeth). She recommended a non preservative, high probiotic high protien tiny kibble food, mixed with a pumpkin flavor pack for taste...Im happy to report...that he is feeling 100% better and he now finishes every bite. I cant thank you enough! Tractor supply is now my #1 store thanks to Candle!
