Dr Murphy and all of the staff are amazing! We had an emergency with our cat Duane and the team at Liberty Hill Veterinary Wellness told us to come in even though they were about to close and get him checked out. The vet ran a bunch of tests and figured out what was the issue very quickly and got him into surgery that night, on the spot. I’m not sure if my dude would have made it without the team there, but he’s happy and healthy and back to his old self now. Everybody was very friendly and helpful, kept us up to date with his health as he was recovering, and even let us visit him while he was under observation there! Couldn’t be happier with my experience at Liberty Hill Veterinary Wellness and I can say they’ve got a customer for life now.

I can not say enough wonderful words about this veterinary office. Every single staff member is very professional, kind, understanding, and truly cares for your animal and their well-being. The Vet I worked with is absolutely amazing! The environment is relaxing and very well put together and clean. I'll never take my fur babes anywhere else. I recommend this wonderful facility to anyone in need or looking for a new vet to take fabulous care of their health. I can't say enough good things about the staff here. They gave great care to my senior dog, Hank, in an emergency visit (not our regular vet). Even though we lost him, I know that he was treated with so much love and given comfort before he passed. Afterwards, they showed such empathy and compassion towards me in my grief. You can tell how hard the staff work and how much they genuinely care for our fur-family (and the humans!). Thank you to everyone who cared for Hank

I had 7 puppies who needed their first vaccines done today on 4/17/2024. Let me start off with COMMENDING Nick and Kristin for helping me to take their kennel in and out because whew them baby’s are heavy!!! Thank thank you guys so so much it is so so appreciated!!! The lobby was super clean and organized and the rooms are clean and comfortable and so cute i absolutely adored ALL of the staff and Dr.Stein who was amazing. I’ve definitely found my baby’s new doctors because it’s hard to find people that genuinely care about their patients like this. Thank you all!!!!

Dr. Stein and Dr. Murphy are wonderful! We have had a great experience with both of our dogs. The facility is beautiful and always very clean. The doctors and team are welcoming and efficient. My big boy Yeti absolutely loves coming here. We have utilized veterinary services, boarding and grooming services. My dog is highly protective of me and can be very reactive. It would give me anxiety to have him with me if other people were present. We took a chance coming here and my boy is relaxed and excited when we arrive. We have been so lucky to finally have him groomed regularly again. Brenda is amazing. Yeti is a Great Pyrenees and if you know you know, they have a double coat and shed all the time. The first time Brenda worked with him, he was a matted mess due to me being afraid to take him in. She detangled, deshedded, Pyr trim and he came out beautiful. His fur sheds so much less. He smells amazing. His fur is fluffy and bright. Brenda takes the time and attention needed. Yeti loves coming to her. Her work lasts due to her attention to detail. We love coming here and highly recommend!

My cat, Dodie, was having bladder issues the past month that had progressively got worse. It was a nightmare taking him to other vets and trying to get answers, until we found Liberty Hill Vet. My cats urethra was blocked and he was in a lot of pain. It was a scary moment, but Dr. Murphy took him in right away. We thought he was going to need surgery, but luckily just needed to be on a catheter for a few days. He is back home and he’s a happy boy and doing great. I am so thankful for this vet clinic. The staff is very friendly, the building is clean, welcoming and you can tell they care for your animals without nickel and diming you. Thank you to the amazing staff and Dr. Murphy for taking such great care of Dodie!

I drove 45 minutes from my home to come to this vet, and the drive was worth it. Everyone was super friendly and the place was comfortable and inviting. The exam room was nothing like a doctor's office, which was much less scary for my animals. A special shout out to Jenna. She was so professional and friendly and even helped me get my pets out of, and back to the car. I would go back just to see Jenna 😊😊

This was my first visit to this clinic, and I came because Dr. Amy Clemmons is there. Everything looked new, and the lobby and treatment areas were spacious and super clean. All the staff were friendly and professional. Dax and I give it a 👍.

I bring my mini golden-doodle, Luna, into Liberty Hill Veterinary Wellness for grooming for some time, and she always comes out looking like a show dog! The staff is friendly and attentive, creating a relaxing environment for both pets and owners. Brenda, Luna`s groomer is always patient and skilled, giving her a perfect cut and ensuring she is comfortable throughout the process. The salon is always clean, and the prices are surprisingly affordable. Luna is always strutting around the neighborhood with a new spring in her step, thanks to Brenda. We'll definitely be returning!

I love Liberty Hill Vet Wellness. The Doctors there give compassionate and professional treatment to my little Ruby.An added benefit at LHVW, is having an on-site Groomer. Brenda does an excellent job styling Ruby. She noticed an unusual “bump” at Ruby’s last appointment; the Doctors were immediately informed and after consultation treatment was started.Wonderful place to receive expert care for you pet. 💕🐾

We have a problem child who's been in and out of the vet for many reasons his whole life - allergies, hives, ear infections, etc etc. He has never bonded with a vet, to the point where our two previous vets had notes in his file about him needing "his therapy dog," our other pup. This has absolutely NOT been the case at LHVW! He walks in confidently, responds well to the techs, goes to the back without issue, and absolutely loves Dr. Wilson. When we're done, he gives kisses to the amazing women at the front, and he'll calmly greet any friends in the waiting area. I don't know what they put in the air here, but for my dog to be so comfortable with EVERYONE, it's magical. For as often as our boy has to visit the vet, it's life-changing that we don't have to fight it every time thanks to this incredible team!!!

Let me start with the good. The front desk staff and the Vet's assistant were great. Compassionate and caring. The Vet on the other hand, not so much. We were told our family member of 15 years is dying. The vet was very cold and gave us the news in a very uncaring manner. This made the whole experience even harder. Wont be going back here.Update. We had blood work done (paid over 200), still no results relayed to us. They said it would be next day it's been 4 days and not a word from them.

Wonderful Veterinary ClinicMy dog needed follow up to his wounds. I am new to the practice & the staff is friendly, helpful & was quick to return my call & set up an immediate appointment with Dr. Stein. Dr. Stein is gentle & compassionate, caring & spends time to answer all my questions. You can tell she absolutely loves what she does! Went here to have my fur baby checked out for vomiting and lack of appetite. We saw Dr.Wilson and from the beginning the technicians and doctors were amazing. The facility is beautiful and clean very welcoming. They were transparent with me the whole time about cost, explaining services and what they found along the way. Dr.Wilson really made me feel like my baby was her baby. So glad to finally have a trusted Vet in our corner! I’ll be taking all 3 of my big babies here!

Great place! From the techs to the ladies that check you in - Staff is super friendly and caring. You can tell they love animals and love what they do. Vet is thorough and does a great job giving information. Gives needed treatment. Gives options with price options. Doesn't try to give you unneeded treatment or tests and try to gouge your wallet.

I cannot express enough how much this vet has helped us. My dog broke his foot completely. My original vet couldn’t find a surgeon for us even two weeks out. Sam Bass had a surgeon Dr Murphy that was able to take care of Cowboy right away. They are connected with Liberty Hill. So care was able to be done at both facilities-Sam Bass due to surgery site. Cowboy had significant trauma and did lose his foot but he has been under excellent care with both places. Cowboy does go to Liberty Hill mostly now as I live in LH. There was an issue with communication with the surgeon a couple of times but Cowboy was taken care of completely. I love Dr Wilson who is now doing the bandage changes. Dr Murphy is still overseeing Cowboy as he did the casting for his prosthetic. Cowboy is still healing and doing very well. He is switched to LH now permanently. The receiving people, Crystal and kaitlyn and Emma and others, have been so very kind and helpful. I highly recommend LH as well as Sam Bass. They love your furries and do all the best for them.

Loved everything about this new facility here in Liberty Hill. The staff is wonderful and Dr Wilson was excellent to work with. Routine annual visit but she was very thorough on the first time visit. Our dog is usually a lathered mess at the vet but the techs were wonderful and calmed her right down. She seemed to really like it here. (So happy)

I did attend yesterday with my small dog. The receptionist was extremely rude and embarrassed me in the lobby. I WILL NOT return to this clinic. I will go elsewhere or return to my usual vet.
