Great service and selection at this store! We’ve had several home projects that have brought us here for supplies. The staff is always friendly, and willing to help answer questions. It’s nice to have a local hardware store right here in town.

Very friendly staff and always helpful in finding/ordering items not in store. I’ve bought several ego power products through them and will continue to do so.I had one issue with a demo unit outdoor fan that the shift manager wouldn’t discount but later received a message from the owner via the very nice lady helping in the store and it was sorted out (beyond my level of expectation).This is the type of great service that keeps me coming back and supporting this superb local business!

Super friendly and informative staff. I had to get some screws of a specific size for a pre-drilled hole in a stud. Staff helped me figure out the right fit and suggested according socket for the impact driver. Would definitely recommend for hardware purchases.

Love this store! So happy they chose Liberty Hill as their new location! They always have everything we need and the staff is always helpful, pleasant & knowledgeable. Purchased lumber from yard today. New employee Mark, was anxious to please us & made sure we were happy with our choices. He had nothing but positive words for the company & fellow employees. So nice to make our purchases from such a positive group for a change. Look forward to our next project!

Wow! What a fantastic experience from a local hardware store! I thought I was going to be the most difficult customer ever, but they made my experience as simple as possible. Of the 6 or 7 people working today, I think every single one of them assisted me in one way or another. Friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. I split my order up between loading lumber in my vehicle, parts off the shelf, AND delivery. Not only did they make everything simple for me, but the rest of my lumber was at my house less than 30 minutes after leaving the store! Eric was extremely professional and even helped me load a 4'x8' sheet of plywood off the truck and to my backyard where my project is! Can't say enough about how great this place is, and can't imagine going back to the "big box" store again, unless there is a specific specialty part that requires it. Higginbotham Brothers has pretty much everything I need for home projects!

Love this store!! Has just about everything you need, but is well lit, well organized, and has a very helpful staff. Stopped in just to grab some wood pellets and ended up finding a few other items that I never knew I needed. 😅Highly recommend.

Initially ordered two Adams Quik-Fold White Chaise Loungers and Side Table online at AceHardare.com. For some crazy reason the two chaise loungers got cancelled, but the table still got shipped to Higginbotham Brothers in Liberty Hill. I called and spoke to Nathan who was extremely customer service oriented. He worked with his manager Shane Matthew’s, Location Manager and was able to get the two chaise loungers reshipped back to their store. Thank you so much for going above and beyond!!! I appreciate all the time that was spent to resolve this cancelled order that had nothing to do with Higginbotham. That is southern hospitality at its finest if I don’t say so myself.

Couldn't find parts for plumbing anywhere after freeze. Remembered this store was new to Liberty Hill. I decided to stop & prayed they had the part I needed. They were so friendly & concerned. Found my part immediately. What a relief! Definitely going back :)

As a homeowner, I am always in need of something for DIY home projects. Higginbotham Brothers cover my needs. The store has a wide selection of tools, paints etc. Also, here you can buy ammo and stuff for hunting and fishing. I think this is an awesome combination.

This is my favorite hardware store in LH. They typically have what I'm looking for and their staff is always friendly.Even with the new competition this place is still the best in town

Got there at 1155, guy at the door telling me they closed at noon. I get its New Year’s Eve but when turning customers away. Told the same to other vehicles pulling up. I like to give my business to the local smaller guy, but this was the icing on the cake. McCoys it is from now on!
