I have taken cats to this animal clinic twice very recently & will again tomorrow. I am currently experiencing an upper respiratory health epidemic in the feral yard cats I inherited. Dr. Strain & his team is helping me save the remaining 6 in the colony.In my experience, the doctor is excellent & doing his very best.

We love this veterinarian and so did our buddy. Fantastic people. Well Worth the drive from Austin. I wouldn't take our buddy to any vets in Austin's. Country doctors are the best.

Very transparent Veterinarian and I love that. Fun, kind staff. They love animals like we do and that made all the difference. I called and had never been there before and they got us in immediately and I mean in 25 minutes from the time I called. When I said she just peed 3 drops of blood and we called Immediately and they said how quickly can you get here? I said 20 minutes and she said she you soon. ❤️😁 Amazing, especially for a new customer who's never been there before. We are very happy and will be back. Thank you Lexington Animal Clinic for working quickly to help our fur ball Fluffy.The Young Family.

Everyone is very friendly and caring. Will always do there very best to get to the root of the problem with my fur babies, if there is something not good going on. Will also go above and beyond to try to make my fur babies relax and comfortable. Will also go into detail explaining everything from cost, to what is necessary and not necessary at that time! I was referred by a customer of mine. I do not like them. Their staff is so very friendly but their prices are outrageous. It cost $55.00 just to take my dog in and today I went to get my puppy dogs pills refilled and they charged us a $10.00 refill charge plus the medication fee. All they are doing is trying to make money off us. I will not go back!!!

08/22/22 - Four years ago, we adopted a beautiful GSD and the very next day we learned that she had a heart condition which would certainly shorten her life. She was 17 months old then. Dr Mark and every Staff member could NOT have been more kind and loving to our girl, Honor, during the following 15 months that she lived. They treated her (and us!) so well, helped us so much with a common sense approach and compassion. Honor had a great life in the country with us and we never regretted being her humans. The care and concern for all of us was evident the day Dr. Tom and the Staff helped us send her off and we would lay her to rest. Now it is almost three years later and we have 2 new GSDs in our family. They are having their surgeries today and once again, the Staff is the frontline, shining statement of what Lexington Animal Clinic is all about. We're really very fortunate to have such a team of dedicated animal lovers in Lexington.

Great veterinary service. We’ve been coming here for 7 years and will continue to. They have always given me options for my animals. They are “small town” vets but I would not trade them for big city vets. They just tell me like it is. I’ve lost a few animals due to age and cancer. They are a very empathetic, caring veterinarian.

It was time for my fur babie Rufus (15yrs) to gain his wings into doggie heaven The vet and staff was very nice and gave us time to spend with him after he was gone. I can't say enough in how wonderful this place is they treated us like family and took care of everything we needed.

I know declawing cats is very controversial but it is each owners choice to make. l have owned many declaws cats in the past, but had two cats declawed in Lexington and both of their feet are PERFECT. You can’t even tell they don’t have claws unless you separate their toes and look. They jump off the counters and run up and down stairs. They have no issues whatsoever. I truly believe that having a vet who does an excellent job is crucial in this kind of procedure and Lexington Vet Clinic is the best I have ever seen done. I highly recommend them if you’re considering declawing.
