It was a fun place for my daughter to get cats. They have a few partially blind. It was a special place to love on cats. You’re not really allowed to pick them up but we had to take Kyle out if he enclosure to pet him. They can jump on your lap.

I went here with my girlfriend for a Valentine's date and it was delightful! The cats were cuddly and playful and there were plenty of toys with a laid-back, fun atmosphere.If you love cats, this is the place for you! We will definitely have to come back!

very nice cat cafe, I can tell the staff is very knowledgeable and the cats are well taken care of. The kitties are very cute and friendly. I also like the rule of not too many people being allowed in at once (especially the no more than 2 children under 8) because it keeps the cats (and me) from getting too overwhelmed. I also really like the different rooms and aesthetics they offer to relax in. The prices aren't too bad either, I will definitely be back.

My girls liked petting the cats, but it’s a bit pricey in my opinion. I wish they had lower prices if you came in a group of 4 or more because it can get pretty expensive, we only go once a year.

The charming cat corner is indeed charming! It would make for a super fun date or just hanging out with friends on a Saturday afternoon.The decor was all super cute and there were even some great photo ops too! There was also no odor. If you told me there were no cats there, I would believe you. It was incredibly clean, organized, and just a nice place to be.There’s multiple rooms you can just chill out in with a kitty. They’re also all themed as well which was really neat!Employees were all very nice and the cats were even sweeter. Can’t wait to come back :)P.S. All of the cats are available for adoption! 😸

SO MANY CUTE CATS!! loved to visit and pet all of them, seriously addicted to this place. an hour of visiting for $13 is so good, and the gift shop had the cutest things. some cats do bite pretty hard so be careful with kids!

My first time ever visiting a cat cafe and I loved my experience! I didn't get much interaction but they're cats lol I didn't expect much but enjoyed being around them. The employee attending was really nice and thorough in explaining everything. The cats that are in separate rooms are the sweetest! You can tell they're genuinely cared for and I love the environment. Highly recommend

Would recommend to anyone, not just cat lovers! The cats here are super playful and friendly (when they aren't napping). My sister and I played with them for half an hour and had a great time. My only regret is already having too many cats to adopt another one!

amazing place with amazing cats and amazing staff! it's so relaxing and I love being able to hang out with the kitties, which is something I can't do at home. I absolutely love coming here and I have for years! Clover was my favorite cat, but Im glad he got adopted:)

My son and I love animals. We always look for places to live on cats. They were so sweet and the staff was very nice. I loved all the beautiful kitties but Barcelona and Penny were 2 of my favorites. Penny is so spicy but gotta love her. Thank y'all, it made my day

This is one of my favorite places ever. It's so calm, peaceful and uplifting. The moment you come across it, you immediately feel better. It's even better when you step inside, as there's a housecat right at the cashier counter, a few behind it and a few in the giftshop. The cat area behind the door has 15 or so cats that you can spend time with and they're all so friendly and cute. The price to go into the cat area is fair and more than worth it. Even if you don't want to pay to go back there, just spending a few minutes by the cashier and in the giftshop is a great way to decompress.I've been coming to this mall fairly consistently over the past 25+ years and it's had its ups and downs. Even now, when there's less places open than ever before, the Charming Cat Corner is such a wonderful place that, combined with the theaters, makes it worth visiting every time. I hope it sticks around even after the potential redevelopment of the mall, because it's become a staple of my visits and one of my favorite places to go to.

This place was adorable and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. My only disappointment was that there were not more cats to engage with. We have been to Cat cafés in different states before and I feel like there were more cats at those locations. Maybe it’s a good sign, since all the cats here up for adoption? Either way, it was a nice experience and my daughter definitely enjoyed it.

Amazing staff, friendly service and they are really mindful of covid and maintain a good hygienic place. The cats are cute and friendly! They are well maintained and clean. Worth the money. They have these themed lounges where we can sit and pet the cats also they have a bunch of cat toys we can use to play with the cats. Highly recommend this place.

Amazing place where you can come de-stress by hanging out with cats and kittens. Some of them like interaction more than others, but all of them are friendly and most if not all are adoptable, too! Don't worry if you're not looking to adopt though, they have 30 minute and 1 hour sessions of cat time. The closest thing I've seen to a Japanese "cat cafe" in Texas (the caveat being its not a cafe since they don't serve food).

This is the best place in the world! All the kitties are for adoption, which kinda sucks if you bond with one that gets adopted before you can. But still, the most amazing place in the world for cat lovers! $7 for 1/2 hour or $10 for 1 hours (trust me, get the hour!) can't say enough about The Charming Cat Cafe, absolutely wonderful experience!

I have a big dog who doesn't do well with cats, so this has become my refuge for kitty cats. My husband who swears he's not a cat person has fallen in love with the playful kittens. And there's always something to do. We've gone twice and one particular room was changed between our visits, so coming back to something new was exciting. So much fun, and the workers are the sweetest.

Wow this place is awesome and so worth the money. The kitties are so cute, playful and friendly. Every room has a different theme. Beach theme, space theme, forest theme etc, with essential oil diffusers on each room. The cat smell is still there but at least they're trying lol. The place is definitely clean though. I didn't see anything unhygienic.So hard to leave without a kitty!!!!

We loved our visit to this fun place! The hardest part for me was waiting for the kitties to come to play with me. I would love a tiny bit more seating but we didn't have any issues. I wanted to take them all with me but the hubby said no😿. I'm working on him 😸

Me and my gf visited this location based off a friends suggestion. We were told by the up-front staff that there would be 20 cats viewable to us before we paid. The lady that was giving us the rundown was very callous and not helpful all before we stated that we would pay. We ended up getting the full hour for $11.50 under the guise that 20 cats would be there for us to interact with. We walked around after the main lady there gave us a quick guide. I kid you not, there were no more than 9 cats there after we walked around for less than 10 minutes. When I asked another worker there where the other cats were, since the other lady that rang us up disappeared into the back with a few other people, the girl awkwardly looked up at us and told us that not all cats were out that day. She continued on stating "That 20 number is just a ballpark estimate of how many cats will be out there today..." I told her that what she said did not match up with what the lady told us. She looked at us and awkwardly told us "Okay...okay...okay..," when I asked her why the other lady told us there would be 20 cats and we deliberated with the same lady that checked us put if we should pay for the full-hour to which she recommended it. Also, the girl worker I interacted with told me that we're not allowed to pick up the cats, even though I picked up the first cat at the front counter when the first lady was ringing us up. All of the cats were seemed depressed except for the first cat (who was referred to as Betty Boop by the lady who rung us up). I cannot state this any plainer than this: avoid this shakedown of a place like its the plague. The workers don't care about anything it seems. I love everything and everyone, especially animals. This place should be shutdown. You'd have better luck adopting at an inner-city animal shelter than this place. I hope you see this before you give them your money.

Cute cat shop, with actual cats inside. Very low prices to play with the cats, so many different rooms to choose from with lots of toys. You can even adopt some of the residents if you so choose. 10/10 recommend

Amazing place. The Victorian room was a bit strong smelling even for me but I’m assuming it’s okay for the cats since none of them seem to have a problem since they avoided going in mostly. Warning, the place is inside the mall on the first floor next to the children’s play area. Google maps put it somewhere else so you do need to park and walk in. There was a fee to go in by time so when I went it was 7 dollars for 30 mins and 10 dollars for an hour. That’s extremely fair pricing considering they are a rescue and need to pay rent and care. They first give you a tour and tell you the rules before leading you to wash your hands which is great to keep their cats safe. I love the entire place and atmosphere. Very relaxing. Was an amazing place to just unwind from all the stress of life. It was worth the allergic reaction since I am allergic to cats.

Cute cat cafe. Most of the cats here have been interacting with people all day, so they're not that interested in playing with you. Also if you plan on adopting, you can't if you plan on declawing the cat.
