Our dog is a large baby who loves people. When we take her to Petsmart she is hesitant because she doesn't know if she's going to her nails trimmed or going because she gets so many people to pet her. This was her first time going for a full bath and nails trimmed. I'm sure she was unsure what was happening when she was getting a bath and dried, but one of the things Petsmart does is brush them for 15 minutes. When we picked up our dog she was licking the groomer's face. That tells us that she will be going back.

We love bringing our little puppy here for all her services, they are literally a one stop shop. No matter what time of day we stop by they always have everything we need and great customer service for anything we can't seem to find.
