My poor dog got a razor burn from this place on her tail and in her bum. I am honestly so disappointed and concerned since my dog was so miserable for a few days ! Even now, it still hasn't healed properly 😟

Very friendly and great with my pups. My Bella usually shys away from people but she took to the young lady taking her back to their suite so that was a real plus to me. They showed lots of love and patience with my babies. I was at ease leaving them here for the two nights and will leave them again.Thank you so very much Petsmart Pet Hotel. You are Great!!

If your pet needs to be groomed, avoid this place. When I walked in, my dog was crying in a crate. She’s a puppy. She’s never been to the groomer before and was nervous. The lady immediately started griping about how she barked the whole time in the crate and o explained she’s a puppy and doesn’t crate at home. You can tell my dog was scared and they were very rude and condescending. Also, her hair upon further examination at home is not worth what I paid at all! So many missed long hairs, and a tangle in her cute long floppy ears still. Just a poor job all around.

Do not bring your dog here for grooming. Very rude and unprofessional. When I called to schedule an appointment for a nail clipping, I told the woman on the phone that he just chipped a nail and she said that wouldn’t be a problem. Showed up for the appointment and muzzled my dog to be safe since he’s 90lbs. Was told that it’s their policy that dogs not come in muzzled. They had me reschedule for a few days later. So came back for the second new appointment (without the muzzle) but the manager told me that they are refusing to see him due to the chipped nail and the fact that I initially brought him in with a muzzle on.She did not handle the situation well or professionally. Will not go back and probably won’t go back to that location in general for anything else.

We have 2 Shih Tzus, one is 1 year old the other about 9. We take both of our puppies here about once a month and have always had great experiences. Our dogs are extremely spoiled so as a loving dog owner it means the world to us that they don't walk our dogs to the back, they CARRY them without us even having to ask. The groomers are always kind to us and our dogs. We have no complaints as they always do a great job with the little ones, which considering how insanely fidgety the little one is is nothing short of miraculous.

I waited as one associate helped the customer before me. Kristen arrived and asked if I needed help. Upon saying I did she proceeded to help the other associate with her customer. So 2 associates with 1 customer while another customer waits. Once Kristen engaged the other customer, the other associate walked away.. SoI waited and the Kristen asked what I wanted, I told her, and she said a 20 gallon high tank is to small for 3 goldfish. So just like the petsmart in denton, drive to the petco. Same here

Don't go to this place take my dog to be bathed and hairdresser and they returned it to me the same as I left it and besides they charged me 42 dollars that little lack of professionalism and abusers that they are and they cut his nails and they didn't file them

Staff at the Lewisville location really love pets. They always take good care of my little ones when we are away on vacation. Because I also use the groomers and veterinary clinic at this store, I know all their medical history is right there in case something were to happen and they come home clean and happy.

Saying you can't separate the bully to prevent harassment because the bully's owner is a paying customer seems archaic, no? Was very surprised by that answer since every other kennel I interviewed showed me how they separated the problem dog to prevent injury to others. I think I'll take my dog elsewhere.

Everything is ridiculously overpriced. I am all for supporting brick and mortar- but there needs to be a middle ground for price efficiency
