Groomer was not abel to groom my 4 months old puppy. She said she was too little. She did look worse than when I brought her in. Its just hair right? I'm not sure if I would go back to them. She did give me a discount, for whatever thats worth.

First time at this location and had a good overall experience. Parking was easy and there was no wait time to check out. Sales associate who checked me out was very friendly and informative on several questions I had concerning some treats I was purchasing. My dogs love their seasonal baked goods, not to mention they’re adorable and reasonably priced.

First time visiting this location and there were plenty of options. I was able to catch some treats on sale for less than $5. I would recommend this location for anyone during the “end of month blues” since there are prices at every level. The associates are top notch and very helpful. Cody assisted me with my items and was very informative and definitely set a standard. The have a pet wash for $15 and provide shampoo.

First time I've ever been here I was doing a pickup delivery order and was having a little issues finding some items but the staff there was more than eager to help me find what I was looking for and I got in and out in no time. The Staff there were exceptionally friendly, nice, as well as happy and seemed.like they enjoyed working there; and they were very pleasant.

The store is fine but my first time going to the groomers made the appointment for 10:30 when I should up they said they couldn’t and had to change the appointment to 11 bc they had no one. Then I gave them the paperwork for the rabies and they couldn’t understand what it said so I just canceled and left. Thanks for wasting my time.

I've gone to a few other Pet Supplies+ locations and this is the cleanest one! I wash and groom my dog, Frankie, myself. The employees are always friendly and welcoming. The wash stations are clean and spacious. There are plenty of clean towels and dog soaps to choose from. Sometimes the hot/warm water doesn't work, but staff always helps with this problem. The wash stations allow me to stand upright and avoid back injury, but best of all Frankie enjoys getting washed here!!

I've been a member here since they started, handicapped w/ service dog. Recently bought tainted food, was asked to bring it in for refund. I explained that I couldn't bring the remainder in. But they have a record in their system that I purchased it. They did have the record, but wouldn't honor the recall because I couldn't lug in 40 lbs of food. After 10+ years of patronage. I'm done. They accused me of stealing more food via the recall. The manager here is horrible. She actually looked at my cane and then my face and said, "I don't care." it's our policy.

How can you not be able to let a customer know how many bags of food you have bought for the rewards program?? Yet an employee was able to tell me 2 months ago 🤔 ❓️. I thought this was a good store to get my pet's needs met, rethinking this. When we first started using your store, I was very happy with the service and selection now, but I am not too happy. Food on sale isn't available, or only 1 can of wet food for the brand i get is on sale. Seriously, do better.Update: I tried to shop here again to have the employee not scan $5 coupon. Asked for the coupon to be honored, he went and got a manager who didn't know how to do a return fast forward 5 minutes she calls someone who asked me to wait 20 minutes until she could arrive to assist me and getting $5 back. Seriously, I will not be coming back to this store. I am doubtful I will spend any more money with this company

I have shopped many pet stores throughout the years and I must say, I love this place! They just recently remodeled with a self-dog bathing area, they order the best products that come at a competitive price, and I will say they have the most friendliest/helpful staff you can meet. Highly recommendable!

This store has amazing customer service. We have had multiple issues with our basking heat lamps for our baby bearded dragon on multiple occasions and they are always helpful and understanding. Two of our basking lamps went out yesterday and today Chris was able to help us out. He wad knowledgeable and able to explain the possible reasons for the issue and willing to exchange. In general our experience with Pet Supplies Plus has always been positive, but since this is the closest location to my wife and I, we have gotten to know the personnel at this location most and every visit is always a good one. Thank you for the great service!

Really friendly staff, super easy to get the dogs groomed after a trip to the dog park! I wish I could have found a wall anchor since I had both pups with me.I love Pet Supplies Plus for their inexpensive dog wash ($5/wash when you prepay for 6), and we always get a reasonably priced pig ear as an after-bath treat! 5 tail wags!

They are the best fish store ive ever been with . they well help you get your fish tank right . and if the fish are too aggressive for your fish tank you can take them back then and exchange the fish for better fish. That well fit your fish .

I was unable to find an item at my typical go to pet store so I stopped here. Three of the most pleasant ladies were working during my visit. I was able to find the item I was searching for and asked about the calming items they had for dogs. One of the ladies provided feedback from a previous customer. I realized I miss the neighborly feel you get going to smaller stores. I had a great experience and plan to shop there more often.

Very friendly associates. I mainly go there for the doggy wash; makes life so much easier. They have different soaps, a lot of towels and a dryer, all for $10.

Tho they had my kittys food...the store itself is suffering. No fish any longer but aquariums full of alge and dirty water. Dog washer was to busy playing on his phone vs washing the dog that was clearly not happy just sitting there w water running. Other "workers" on their phones as well standing around. Under the old manger the place was awesome. Very disappointed in this store and the way it's slipping.
