I have been bringing my Ellie here before she even turned one. She turns two on June 11th and we have never had any issues whatsoever. Ellie is excited to see the staff and the staff enjoys having her in for a grooming. For the work and overall experience the staff does for us is worth the price. I truly can tell the staff loves doing what they do and cares so much for every furry friend they take in. We won’t stop recommending this place. Donovan had Ellie last and he was great!

First things first DONT HAVE CODY groom your furry pets I brought my dogs in to get their normal haircuts which was a Teddy Bear cut. Cody came out and asked what I wanted done I said their normal haircuts and I had added the spa Valentine’s Day package. 2 hrs go by and I pick up my dogs completely shaved! I go home take pictures and noticed they nicked my dog. So I called the place asking to speak to the owner they said she wasn’t in she left for the day so I asked when will she be back they all get quiet and proceeds to say she’s on maternity leave, which sounded like a lie to me since we just visited in December and she did not look 8 months pregnant. Anyways, the next day they call and Cody says we don’t give refunds, and literally says he didn’t Nick my dog he said “I used the wrong size and cut them too low. He must have gotten an infection from me cutting too low” openly admitted it. He then says I can bring them back so they can fix it. Which I don’t know how u can fix a bald haircut on a dog? Make it make sense. The only fix is to get my refund back. He then states that I can get credit on my next visit I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK bad business and what business doesnt has a email ??

Pawsome pets has amazing groomers. Destiny, the groomer who took care of our dog, was everything a dog mom could ever ask for. She was loving, caring and gentle. She did exactly what we wanted for our dog and we wouldn’t have it any other way. We love her as a groomer and will be booking with Pawsome Pets again in the future.

We absolutely love Pawsome Pets! We heard about this doggie salon from our friends at Doodle Rock Rescue. From booking our appointment to the team greeting as you come in, making sure your dog is comfortable and listening to what the customer wants, their grooming and customer service is top notch! Our dog Delbert loves Laura.👏She does an awesome job and we have heard great things about the other professionals as well. Everyone seems happy and caring with all the dogs. Terran is the owner and she followed up and sent the picture below of our sweet very nicely groomed boy. (He was a rescue and had never been groomed for 3 years.) We feel like we have found a forever home for Delbert's needs at Pawsome Pets! They are also so reasonable! We love them!♥️Jana, Joe and Delbert Ford

I had a disheartening experience at this dog grooming salon. Despite a clear miscommunication from thee groomer to me, resulting in an incorrect cut, the owner denied any accountability. Even when Kennedy, the groomer, admitted fault and apologized, the owner claimed ignorance of the apology. I requested a refund or a discount for my next appointment, but the owner dismissed my concerns and suggested being more specific next time. As a small business owner myself, I value integrity and accountability, which were sorely lacking here. Sadly, I won't be returning or recommending this salon due to the owner's lack of responsibility. Proceed with caution if you expect honesty and accountability from this business.

I drive all the way from central Fort Worth to see Cassidy because she does an AMAZING grooming job with my mini Schnauzer, but also because she is incredibly kind and caring with us. She goes the extra mile to make sure he is getting the best care possible. I never have to worry when I leave him at the facility because I know he’s in excellent hands. I truly can’t say enough good things about Pawesome pets, and especially Cassidy!

Our little Roscoe Bear has been getting groomed here since a pup. Donavan and Destiny do great job. He is so happy to see all the staff. When you walk in the front door you see the pets getting groomed. They are always gentle and kind. Which gives me peace of mind.

I have been going there for about 5 years. I have always recommended them, until today. I have 3 small dogs. Two of them are white dogs and their hair grows quickly especially around the face. I went in early today and I told them they didn’t need to cut the body except for there bellies and short on the face. I went to pick them up and it wasn’t done. I became upset and tried to say I had only asked for feet,nails,and they cut the hood of the face. Never had that done in 5 years. While I was complaining the person who I spoke with in the morning began filming me. She has a lot of balls since it was her mistake. I have never been so humiliated. Do not GO there. !

If only Google allow people to give review of no star would be great!!!! This so called black owned company I would never take my pets here. The owner accused every white person for attacking her in the area because she is a black owner even claimed the KKK tried attacking her. You made it clear you don't care for white people but you want their money & business to feed your family. Then you ranted about how terrible your husband's family treats her. That owner is an walking victim.

This place is awesome! We have taken our dog Brooks to get groomed here a couple times and we love it! Everyone who works there is so nice and they do such a great job on Brooks. I highly recommend!

Sent an email late in the evening and they responded almost right away. Got me in just a few days later, where most other groomers were unable to get me in until mid-late January. VERY loving and gentle towards my cat who is a bit skittish to new people. After I picked my cat up, she looked so much cleaner and better and there was a very noticeable change in her attitude when we got home! She was clearly VERY happy with her new haircut and cleaning. Love this place, and the employees. Will 100% be back next time my little kitty needs a nice trim!

These guys are awesome! I called and was able to get in same day for out new puppy. They did an amazing job with her. Days later she is still smelling amazing too. Brought our other two dogs in today and they look amazing! Very friendly and great service!

We have been taking our Shih Tzu to Pawsome Pets for about 4 years now. They have always done a terrific job grooming our Macie. The owner, Terran, is amazing and usually is our groomer. Even is Terran isn’t our groomer that visit, we still get the same quality experience with any of her otherstaff. I highly recommend Pawsome Pets.

I’ve been bringing my sweet puppy to Pawsome Pets for a couple of times now and I am very impressed with the business.Their service is consistently great. I don’t feel the need to request for any specific groomer because I have yet to have a bad experience with any of them.The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. The groomers I have encountered have been sweet and thorough - they always make sure to have a discussion with me at drop off, to ensure my puppy is getting what she needs. If something comes up during the grooming appointment, they’d call me to inform and get approval before proceeding.As a dog mom, I’m very protective of my pup and wants her to look her best, without having to pay an arm and a leg for it. Pawsome Pets really offer the best prices in the DFW. I’ve previously taken my dog to other groomers, and had to pay $$$ for subpar services. Every time my pup leaves the salon, she smells amazing and her coat stays mat-free/soft for several weeks after.10/10 recommend!

Extremely disappointed with the services I received especially since I know two people that take their pets here to get groomed.It all began when I Direct Messaged them on Instagram asking their pricing and availability for my 25 pound miniature Australian shepherd. I was not met with a response so I gave their store a call. On the call I was told that for my 25 pound Mini Aussie, a full groom (bath,haircut,nail trim, and ear cleaning) would be $60-$65 depending on the condition of the hair. I was also told that their next availability would be the 22nd at 10 AM. I asked for them to book me for that slot for a full groom. Not even 5 minutes after I hung up the phone, they responded to my direct message. Their response said that it would now be $70-$75 for a full groom but *only $45 for an outline trim*, and that their soonest availability was the 20th at 9 AM. I messaged back reciting what I was told on the phone and they only said that for a 25 pound dog it was $70-$75. I switched my appointment to the 20th at 9 AM, expecting the *MAX pay to be $75, pre gratuity*.The 20th rolls around, my boyfriend and I go to drop my dog off and were immediately met with concerning things. I told the lady who would be working on my dog that I wanted him cut pretty short for the summer since it is getting hot. She then said that his hair had a very high chance of never growing back if I cut it. I reassured her that he had been groomed multiple times prior and it grew back voluptuously. She did not drop the topic and then said that I shouldn't do a hair cut and began asking me about guards for the razor and how short in inches I want it; I have no idea. I wanted it short, I did not come in knowing the exact length I would like my dogs hair to be all around. That is their job. I told her I want the main focus to be on his bottom and his mane; where his hair grows the longest and the fastest. She then says that she will do a heavy outline trim, she assured me it would be short, and grind his nails down *$10 extra*. We then checked out with someone who did not have any sort of uniform on, looked extremely unprofessional and not put together.5 hours goes by and I receive a call to come get my dog. I get over there in about 8 minutes and watch two other dogs get picked up before me, they come out so cute with a bow and one with a tie on, I was so excited to see what my boy was going to have on! The lady working at the desk checked the two people in front of me out, and then left as I was the only one left in line, to go cut a dogs hair. I had been waiting for 15 minutes. Someone finally comes to help me and to my surprise when I was checking out the total pops up as $88. $88? I was very confused because I thought that the most I would be paying was $80-$85. Keep in mind they say $70-$75 for a full haircut, but the woman said we would be doing a heavy outline trim which in the Direct message they stated it would be $45. I did not remember this until I went back over the messages, so really I should have paid $55 pre gratuity with the $10 nail charge. As well, they said the $70-$75 price is for the condition of the dogs hair, my dog had just been bathed a week prior and brushed the night before, he had no matts, nothing difficult at all. So I was expecting $80 at most with the $10 nail grinding added on. By this time I was there for longer than I should have been, I was ready to get my dog and get out of there. They bring my dog out, there was virtually no haircut and no tie, no bandana like the previous dogs. His behind was cut, but not very short and the back of his legs were as well. His mane, which I had wanted the main focus to be, looked like it had barely been touched. And to top it off she says that they put his collar on wrong. She did not offer to fix it or anything, just handed me the leash. I was so over it, I got my things and my dog and left.I will not be returning, I am extremely disappointed, I had always heard great things about Tina and her salon.

I brought Callie- my mini bernedoodle here and wasn’t impressed the first time with the person I had. I decided to give it one more try with someone different before finding somewhere else to go. I met with Donovan and told him what I wanted and he went above and beyond my expectations. If you have a doodle and want that teddy bear look, he is your person! He is the absolute best!!

I brought my Brisket in. She's a extra floofy Great Pyrenees with lots of mattes and hair. She was beautifully groomed and much less stressed then usual. The price point was great too. Pictures next time, 'cause we'll be back soon!

I am always 100% satisfied when I bring my fur babies to Pawsome Pets! This is the 1st time I get the “spa package” for my Freki and she loved it and I love how soft her fur is and how good she smelled. Tina, Terran and Ariel all did sn amazing job on Freki, Espíe and Sephie. ❤️❤️❤️Recommend 100%

Because they always do a knock out job.We love all of the services they offer as it is a one stop shop and the pricing is fantastic.The staff really do care for the animals and ensure when they leave they are better then when you dropped them off.

I've been using them since they opened with only 1-2 groomers. Every visit is Pawesome! The personal touch always shown to my floofs proves they love their job and are so great at it. I won't use any other groomer!
