Good Kroger that's always well stocked! Only issue is that every experience I've had here, staff is always somewhat rude. Managers, teenage cashiers, everyone seems to be miserable here. Which I understand since it's retail and all, but it's so noticeable that I'm guessing there must be something going on behind the scenes to make everyone that meanš¤·āāļø

This is a massive Kroger! They have a huge selection of products. The store was mostly clean as it was a very busy weekend. This store sells more than groceries as they have household items and clothing. They have a large seasonal section with holidays gifts and treats. Every section in this store is pretty big with lots to choose from. Employees had great customer service and we didnāt have to wait long to pay.

Recently, I had a negative experience using the self-checkout kiosk at Kroger. It seems like a new system powered by AI (possibly GenAI) . While I understand the goal of improving customer experience with AI, this system fell short in my case.The problem arose when I didn't have enough space on the bagging area for new items. As I tried to move previously bagged items to make space, the system froze triggering a warning. This lead to an embarrassing situation where I had to wait for an associate to review security footage to verify I wasn't stealing. The entire process was time consuming and left me feeling frustrated and humiliated.This experience makes me question the system's effectiveness. If every customer with more than a handful of items has to go through a similar review process, it defeats the purpose of a quick self-checkout option. I rather have a sales associate do the check out. I think the Business and CDO organization rushed this use case without doing enough due diligence on all nuances!!Overall, this encounter left me hesitant to use self-checkout at Kroger again or even return to Kroger, especially if this AI system is still in place. It seems counterintuitive for a technology designed to improve customer experience to have the opposite effect.

Sarah in Meat Market is phenomenal. We stopped by our hometown Kroger to find they stopped making Fresh Shrimp snack trays. Sarah offered to make us one and even threw in an extra sauce!This is awesome customer service and I most definitely wanted to give her a shout out for going above and beyond!!! It sure made me happy š

Unfortunately at this Kroger the meat department does not believe in customer service. Two other groups of customers and I both had to wait and then go have someone page prior to an employee showing up. I requested six brand new steaks cut due to the fact of the ones on the shelf being smaller and less appealing. I was told they are only allowed to put two per package at the current sale price. I even asked if I could just have a couple of package put together and I was still told that it can only be two steaks per package. I believe this is highly inaccurate. Tom Thumb employees have no issues with cutting new steaks for customers and fulfilling a customer's custom request.

Decent shopping experience. The food is mostly organic and fresh! Great sales prices! Thereās a good Starbucks here but they have limited sugar free options. The quality of the grapes and fruits are unbelievable. The customer service was beyond expectations.

06/10/23 at around 8:45 zero registers open a line backed down the aisles for the ābrokenā self checkout machines, and one associate doing there absolute best to assist customers and help with failing self checkout machines. The lack of sufficient reliable management was very apparent during this situation, there was absolutely zero accountability by senior leadership at this store during this time. Iāve added a photo below of an associate playing on their phone in the parking lot while the one other employee inside struggles to keep the self checkouts alive ..

I love this Kroger. My only complaint is that apparently the staff use the outdoor dining area for smoke breaks -- Shouldn't they be at least 15 feet from the side entrance when smoking?

Dirty all the time and frozen food always seems lightly thawed. Freezers were filthy and filled with Empty boxes and making a weird rumbling noise. Purple onions were infested with gnatsEvery time Iāve gone in this store itās disgusting and tonight was probably the worst Iāve seen it

This Kroger used to be good and a decent place back in 2018-19. Over the past few months, I wonder how big the shoplifting and theft issue has risen (and why!) to the point that on my latest visit, I had to walk through turnstiles, a bazillion cameras recording my every movement, and people watching me like a hawk when shopping for.... GROCERIES! The worst of all is when they reduced the cashier checkout stations to add self checkouts for "ease" and reduced headcount, but now they spend so much more in headcount and tech to police customers who are otherwise not maliciously inclined. The self checkout now prompts an employee to come and verify every single time there is something the system thinks is "fishy" including loose produce. Self checkout took me 3x longer due to all of the approvals I needed from the employee to purchase my overpriced groceries. It has become a ridiculously demeaning experience for normal customers to shop here, so as a 7 year regular to this store I will never be returning again. Hope the management continues to add more policing and locks down all of the aisles (yet to happen).

Itās bad enough you have to check out your own groceries, but if you only have a couple of items you have to stand in the same line as people with a full cart. No express lane anymore. To add insult to injury, they have close to 20 scanners but only 6 are ever open at a time. Iāve never seen all the self checkout scanners open at the same time. Even on Thanksgiving Day.

Store was pretty busy and only 2 lanes open and both had people with full charts, so I did self check out. I was trying to get the deal on soda and must not have seen the fine print because I didn't get the deal when I checked my receipt. Now I have to go up there and wait in line again. This is why I like the little Kroger better. It also doesn't take 2 years to get out of the pool parking lot.

I recently visited Kroger and was impressed with the quality of their products. Everything from fresh produce to packaged goods was in great condition and looked like it had been well-cared for. The prices were also very reasonable for the quality of the items. I particularly appreciated the variety of options available, including many organic and natural products. The staff was helpful and friendly, making the overall shopping experience a enjoyable one. I highly recommend Kroger for anyone looking for good quality groceries at a reasonable price.

This store is always clean and organized. When I was at self-checkout I had problems and Josh the floor supervisor was able to resolve the issue even though it took a lot of extra work. He deserves a raise!

Great selection and love the deli, bakery and seafood counters. They have an excellent selection of wine and many housewares. My only complaint is if I come in to shop in the evening especially on the weekends many of the items I'm looking for are empty on the shelf and the other day they were sold out of tilapia at the seafood counter. They need a better replenishment program for busy days.

This Kroger has been our neighborhood market for a long time. They are usually stocked pretty well and the employees are friendly. Our only complaint about this location is that they have 6 handicapped parking spaces on the food entrance side of the store and two employees that have handicapped parking tags but are obviously very capable of moving and getting around, they're working there ! They constantly Park there 2 Mercedes Benz E class , ones white and ones black in the handicapped parking near the front entrance every time they're working, We know this because on occasion we have made a few trips too the market in the same day and their cars are there. These 2 individuals can obviously walk and have no issues getting around. How can they be so selfish as to occupy 2 handicapped spaces the entire length of their shifts. Why wouldn't they be decent, considerate people and park in regular parking or park in the handicapped spaces that are always vacant on the other entrance side, leaving these spaces for people who truly need them. Shame on them and Shame on Kroger for allowing this.

Do not bother with pickup service. We ordered groceries 3 days ago. The order has been delayed 2xs. Then today they told us to wait till 12pm to pick up. We came and have been sitting in line for over 2 hours. Can't pull forward. Can't back up. We are locked in and stuck between multiple cars. I've called the number posted on their signs to inform them that I am here and ready to pick up my order. A lady answers and argues with me that its not her department and ahe will transfer us...and yet we are here still waiting. No one is picking up the phone. This is a waste of time. Im so angry right now.

It's hard to believe that shoplifting is such an issue here that it required the installation of turnstiles and alarms to control traffic flow. Every other store around here manages shrink without overtly inconveniencing their customers and treating them all like thieves.Do better.

What good is there about Kroger anymore, other than actually having a decent selection of produce.Cannot enter the store without being harassed by Spectrum or AT&T, every damn time.If you have more than a three or four bags of groceries, well you might as well wait at the single checkout line that's open because the self checkout will yell at you everytime you put a bag in your cart, and eventually you'll be waiting for the self-checkout attendant to get off their damn cellphone to punch in their pin, that is if they are even nearby and not off socializing with their friends.Online order pickup is awful everytime, and usually it's items missing that are "out-of-stock" but there are plenty on the shelves. For no rhyme or reason you can't order certain sizes of items for pickup - only delivery (e.g. a 25lb bag of flour can be delivered, but not picked up) and vice versa (half gallon of coffee creamer can be delivered but only the quart can be picked up?). Many times they will just give you the wrong size item entirely, without adjusting the order. You can't order everything that the deli has available, if the item is available in the "Grab 'n Go" bags you can't order a pound of it online (the bags are 1/2 to 3/4 lb with slices as thick as your arm).I haven't had a trip in the last 2 or 3 years where if I ordered online I wouldn't have to go into the store anyway to purchase the "out-of-stock" items or those that they refuse to sell online.

Terrible management team. I ran into a situation where I purchased a gift card and accidentally left it at the register. As soon a I walked outside, I realized and turned around. I went back to the register and the monitoring cashier told me to go to customer service as she assumed it was taken. I went to customer service and the counter rep had to call the manager (I did not catch his name, however he had a ponytail and glasses). He walks over with an unpleasant attitude as if I was disrupting his dayā I tell him I had just purchased a 100 dollar gift card and left it behind and ask if he can cancel the charge or what I need to do to remedy the solution. He tells me he needs to view the camera to verifyāgoes to do so and comes back 15 minutes later to tell me that he did see me leave it behind but that there was nothing he could doā¦ I asked if it was possible to cancel the purchase or give me any information on how I can fix the situation and he very rudely just said āI donāt know what to tell youā¦maybe dispute it with the bank..ā so I had to leave the store and try to find a remedy on my own. Iām not sure how he is a manger when he canāt seem to manage a situation or provide guidance to a customer on resolution. I completely understand that it was my fault for leaving the card behind, absolutely take the blame knowing there might not be a positive outcome, however his disregard to help or provide compassion was really off putting for someone in the customer facing industry. I ended up disputing the charge and my bank connected with Kroger for insight and then denied the dispute..

The best Kroger Clearance section I've personally ever seen. Items were mostly front facing and mostly organized. Made skimming the area for good deals hecka easy. Found some awesome items to try with the limited amount of time I was working with.
