I’m a pretty green decoy and when I mentioned to the other decoys at our training club that I would like to get my own bite suit made, the response from everyone was always, “Contact Kirby K9, they’re the best.” I’m so glad I listened and I have since heard similar recommendations from decoys at other training clubs.From start to finish, Kirby K9 could not have made this a better experience. Being newer to all of this, I had several questions about ordering a custom suit (some of which I was worried/embarrassed were maybe dumb questions). Josh Kirby was not only so quick and responsive to my questions, but he was always so helpful in answering them and giving me all the information I needed without ever once making me feel dumb or silly for the questions I was asking.I found a suit design that I liked on the Kirby K9 Facebook page and sent a picture of it to Josh saying I would like that design but with the colors tweaked a bit for me. He handled everything for me and nailed it! All I had to do was provide my measurements and Kirby K9 even sent a SUPER helpful video fully detailing how to take the necessary measurements.My suit arrived yesterday and I was so nervous, hoping it would fit. It fit absolutely perfectly, arrived super fast (I got the Super Rush shipping) and, I know this is a weird thing to say about a bite suit but, it’s SO PRETTY! :)I can’t recommend Kirby K9 enough. Their customer service is unmatched, the product quality is incredible and they will make the whole process of getting your very own “custom armor” (as our wonderful club training director calls it) a smooth, easy and fun process. I love the Viribus Collar I got from Kirby K9! Absolutely the strongest tactical collar on the market that I have used yet. My dog and I have really put the collar through a ton of reps in training and it’s still good as new. I also have some embroidered patches that have held up for years and are very easy to clean. Amazing gear and top notch customer service all around.

Simply put, the best gear I've purchased . Josh is great and responsive if you have questions about what you want to order. Collars and leashes are incredibly sturdy and hold up to whatever abuse you put them to. Never have to worry about anything breaking or malfunctioning at all. We have a couple collars I've used on my GSD for the last several years for bitework. Water , hot Texas sun, daily use - fabric still looks great .
