This place is amazing the groomer and staff did an amazing job and went over and beyond to help us. I went to another place and his hair was uneven after Rachael groomed him he looked even and immaculate. What a beautiful job!!! We are blessed to find our new groomer. He looked very happy too. Best groomers! I have nothing but praise for their expertise, attention to detail and professionalism. I've had 2 dogs groomed here over the years and never had a bad experience. They treat the babies with so much love! I moved from Lewisville and my baby and I miss them terribly! Might just make the long drive coz they set the bar too high, it's totally worth it!

We've been going to Fetch since they first opened. Rachel always does an amazing job and the staff is always warm and welcoming. Of course the best part is getting a text saying your fur baby is ready and attached is always the cutest picture of them dressed in a cute outfit.

Just picked up our girl after 8 days of boarding. When we called to check on her we were told she was doing great and never informed there were any issues with her. Today after being pestered all morning about what time we would pick her up (we were on an airplane and rushed there as soon as we left the airport), we pick her up to see that her nose and paws are covered in wounds! And they still didn't mention anything about it when we picked her up. She also was damp (I assume she didn't get fully dried from her "spa day") and covered in mats. She's prone to hot spots so leaving her damp is very dangerous. Extremely disappointed with her level of care and Fetch's lack of communication about things that went on with her. I wouldn't be so upset if they would have just communicated what happened to us instead of trying to act like nothing happened.Also a word of warning - their prices on their website do not reflect what you will actually get charged.

I told the groomer that morning several times at drop off NOT to cut my girl yorkie's top knot. When I picked them up (I have a boy yorkie too-he looks great) her top knot was gone!! We are sad! Hopefully it will grow back quickly and when we go back it will be seen in the notes. Other than that it was a great experience! Loved the report card and the gave my 2 cookies for our fur babies.

Poor Daisy was a complete mess having been out for a pregnancy and then nursing her 3 pups. But, the groomer did a wonderful job undoing all her knots. She looks a bit naked but great just the same. Thanks for your help! See you when she becomes hairy again!

I took my two toy poodles to Fetch to be groomed last Friday. When I picked them up, I was only charged for one. I was told because the groomer nicked one of my dog’s ears so they weren’t charging me for that dog. I paid thinking it was only a small nick. I could not believe my dog’s ear when I saw it! I had to leave. I felt sick to my stomach that they had hurt my dog. I also thought I was going to say something I shouldn’t due to doing so upset. I also could not believe they did not call me to tell me that this happened. I wasn’t told until I picked her up!We just moved here and I had used them one time before and I was happy with their grooming. That being said I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.I was told my dog went one way the the groomer went the other. My dog is 8 years old and has been groomed every 6 weeks her whole life! This is just unacceptable and I urge you not to put your dog in their care!! They put some black stuff on the cut that they say vets use. A chunk of my dog’s ear is missing! I am so mad and sad that this happened! I will be taking my dog to the vet to get checked out! Do Not Use This Groomer!!!😢

I took our two dogs to Fetch!! for the first time last week. Rachel pampered our pooches and even got our little female to allow her teeth to be brushed (a biting offense at home). Our pups came home clean, beautiful and happy. They clearly enjoyed their spa experience, and came home with festive holiday neckwear and shareable portraits! We've already booked our next appointment.

This is the cutest dog groomers shop I’ve been to in a while! The staff is very sweet and friendly, and I feel my pup is always in a great hands when I drop him off. They provide free treats after each session and just make you feel like a valued customer!

I would give it zero stars but that's not an option. We left my dog there for two days and when we picked him up he smelt awful. We were waiting there for forever to get him back and while we were waiting I saw him through the mirror in a KENNEL when we had paid for a SUITE. We brought him there with a blanket and when we asked where it was they told us that his "neighbor" had gotten poop on it, how does that even happen??? When we got him back he smelt like feces, it was so bad we had to keep all the windows rolled down on the car ride home and gave him a bath immediately. When we got him back home he was so thirsty!! He drank an entire bowl and a half of water (mind you it's a big bowl; fits about a liter of water). I'm not sure if they withheld water from him but I wouldn't be surprised if they had. His nails are also notably longer than normal, which makes me suspect that they didn't take him outside that often so the ground couldn't naturally file his nails down. I'm very upset about all this and will not be taking any of my pets there anymore, and neither should you! Also, interesting note, all the good reviews of this place are from people who got their pets groomed here, NOT from people who boarded their animals.

We have been taking our dogs to this groomer for about 6 months and almost each time they added services that we didn't ask for and on the last time the said they would credit our account for 35.00 for a refund from a previous bill. We boarded our dogs there for 9 days and quoted 50.00 per day for both dogs in the same kennel. We also asked for the dogs to be bathed only. When we picked them up today, they charged us 67.50 a day and only took off 15.00 of the total bill because they said that's the only credit they refunded. They said they they gave the dogs a spa package, which we didn't ask for but they took off the spa package. We called the owner and asked if he would honor the price that was quoted and were met with a lot of excuses. We have cancelled the monthly grooming and will not be going back. I recommend if you go to this place, get the prices quoted and get it in writing with a signature and exactly what you want because what the prices say on their website, in store, and what they charge you are all different.In response to the owner, we never said we weren't going to pay, we were just upset with the schemes you play with adding extra services when not asked. Also, when someone gives a quote, honor that quote. Maybe train your help instead of cheating your customers. Also, you didn't drop us as customers, we told you to cancel our future appointments because we were going somewhere else. Everyone that reads this review, please read the others reviews and you will see similar bad comments. I usually never leave reviews but some places are dishonest and want to make sure everyone knows the facts.

So we took a gamble on taking Breck to a new groomer. We were previously going to PetSmart. The whole experience was awesome. You can definitely tell Rachel (the owner) cares about the dogs she grooms. The salon is kept very neat and tidy along with being very clean.Rachel kept us up to date on how Breck was doing. She sent us a picture of what his cut looked like when he was done prior to us arriving for pick up to make sure we were happy with his cut.I loved how the room he waited in was private and looked like a little dog suite.All in all I was very happy with the experience and her prices for my dog were cheaper than PetSmart. My dog looked very happy when I picked him up, so I know he had a good experience.Rachel has earned herself a new customer with our dog. We look forward to coming back for more visits.
