Went to United this morning with my. We started doing some shopping a lovely lady came up to us and ask my grandmother she would like to use some of her reward points because she had way too many and she had to use them today my grandma said of course what a blessing thank you she gave us a list and we continue to go on and grab the stuff we were able to get through the reward program. As we went up to the front the reward points did not want to work so we had to call a manager. That's when we met Kayla the manager . She right away jumped into the situation to try to fix it was pretty frustrated for the both of us she kept her cool with a smile. During a frustrating moment. But I just wanted to brag a little. Thank you Levelland 509 store greatabout Kayla because she could have been rude to us but she was very respectful. So she fixes situation and we were on our way. Thank you Levelland 509 store great management and group effort. Leaving with a smile great memories with Grandma

Everyone at this location is super friendly and helpful! David always goes above and beyond to help me with what I need. Store is clean, it's organized, etc. Fran that runs the deli keeps everything looking good and it probably the top advocate for her customers. She REALLY DOES care about their needs and that they are met.

Surprisingly, all the employees were very nice and helpful. The store was well stocked, clean, and easy to navigate. We found everything we were looking for quickly without any issues. I genuinely hope this is a new trend for them. I'm looking forward to going back next grocery trip. Thanks!

$🗑Terrible management no customer service if I could rate them a negative I would. I went to buy some food from the deli for my lunch I got some wing in change my mind on the wing so i left the wing in the aisle on the way out management stop in accused me of stealing in I had take the manager to the aisle to show him where I left the merchandise after he threatened me with arrest for shop lifting he swear he saw me on camera take them to restroom in dispose the merchandise which was a bold face lie. Management never said sorry for the altercation or for calling me a thief worst experience ever . The manager aka Tryant differently needs training on customers service don't know how he made to management position I guess if you wear the wright knee pads you can make it to the top at United supermarket. In hopefully JOE WOMBO can help him out ASAP with some management training cause his tip of his nose 👃 is already dark BROWN 👎😡👎😡👎😡👎. If you want to feel lower than dirt in be called a thief then shop here at United supermarket in levelland, TX if you want great customer service go to Wal-Mart worse place to shop in levelland👺👺👺

I always love United but I have to go an extra mile and say this is one of the cleanest stores I've been in lately. The shelves are clean the aisles are clean and the shelves are set to where height impaired people like myself can access them with ease. And the fact that Starbucks is inside is what gives it that last but not least fifth star!

Edit thank you.The one thing I do not understand.In dumas and Dalhart you can get just 2 problems peppers stuffed in a package just the chillie relienoe stuffed peppers cost litt l e bit more than what you sell here and inPlainview .Any way we can get something like that I really honestly think you would sell quite a few of them their delicious with the small carton of cheese sauce that's sold on one if the isles with jalapeños on top .Any way we could get that?

Bought a buy one get one free pork tenderloin at this location and when I got home, there was only one. It wouldn't of bothered me so much, but I'm 30 minutes away, so it wasn't easy for me to go back and get the other one. When I called to let someone know, I was told I was trying to get a free one. No, I bought 2 and only got 1. This store has bad management and are thieves.

Clean and well organized with friendly staff. Prices are a little higher than walmart but they offer a better selection of items. The full service deli is a plus and ready2heat area offers convenient meals for a busy schedule.

Very helpful staff. The meat and vegetable Dpt are very clean and the display is setup very nicely. I was shocked to see a " Star Bucks " inside such a small store. I suspect that there are some rich people in this quaint little town...🙂. This store is actually nicer than the Walmart here. The prices are competitive here...I'll be back !

Called for a breakfast pizza and they said their oven was broken. They said the same thing a few weeks ago. As if it is the ice cream machine at McDonald's.

The deli is always fresh, but will every once in awhile there is moldy or out dated products. Other than that I haven't had any problems. The staff is usually quite, but does their job well. There is one employee that is super nice, and would kinda miss if they ever left, sadly I don't remember their name.

Lost a gift card and thanks to Casen he to really good care of me!! Really good customer service always called back with an update he went out his way and time to do this for me! Honestly the best service I’ve had in a really long time!!

People are so nice. But now that they have put in self checkout, they are short handed and it is affecting customer service. For the first time in 17 years they have baskets in the parking lot. I was shocked. United customer service has always been out of this world, now they are slowly becone Wal-Mart.

I've had issues here with employees not wearing mask at the height of the covid pandemic, the lady in the meat dept seemed to glare at anyone noticing her lack of a mask Felt the need to get in and out quickly. . Update. .>>>>>>The lady in the meat department no longer employed. . .United does employ some challenged individuals which is commendable. Having worked 8 yrs placing the challenged in various positons i try to engage with these people, encouraging by compliments when ever they help me. I would encourage those that encounter them to never speak down to them or talk very loud as if they are deaf. So many people go into this mode . Just be yourself.

We ordered cupcakes a week in advance that were supposed to have maroon and gray swirled icing because my son is a big Texas A&M fan. These burnt orange and white cupcakes are what they made instead. Highly displeased. Would not recommend the bakery at this United.

The produce has taken the worse turn I have ever seen. Never have fresh basil, fresh cilantro is hard to come by there and, the packaged salads turn brown hours after purchase. What is going on??? This is my shopping place and I love great produce!

I really appreciate great service at this store It's really clean and people are very courteous and helpful I really appreciate them I'm grateful that they are out there but they're risking their health by letting customers come in and you never know one of us can have that dumb virus but I really appreciate them I was happy finding the hatch New Mexico Chili's thank you so much and I appreciate y'all for risking y'all's life and your time out there.

Better produce, better meat, & better selection of just about it all. I always only go here for anything I need. Their weekly ad sales are the absolute best!! Its better to go to a grocery store, even if they're a liiiiitle bit more expensive.

Needs satisfied for organic products since limited at Walmart and no HEB in town. Best selection in town so far. Butcher on staff can customize cuts and there appears to be no gas packed meat. Thank you

Really like the H-E-B in Levelland, TX!Worth the 25 minute drive!Got my Covid vaccine. They have Johnson & Johnson and no wait-list. They are taking walk-ins. It was so easy!
