Trying to get help around this place is incredibly difficult. Never have anyone on staff to fill your propane. Super convenient… can’t get help at the check out. Cashier was too busy talking to friends at the door to do her job. And have had to carry tposts out the front door since they can’t load you. Service is terrible. Go to elsewhere. Anywhere.

I usually don't give 5 stars. But this new place in town deserves it!!! The staff is attentive, kind & patient. The manager loaded my purchases into the truck for me & agreed to put something on hold for me until I 'okayed' it with my husband. And, when I came to pick it up the next day, the guy who loaded it with the forklift was so polite! So glad to know that there is such good customer service still out there!! 😊

This is by far the worst tractor supply around. Horrible customer service with little respect for the customer. However, store manager Brian will go out of his way to sell you a scratch and dent safe for full price, if you’re interested. Shop Gebos!

Bought 4 of the 2.2 cu bags of peat moss. What! No one helped us load it into our car. We are both over 70, but managed to get it loaded. They need more help available.

Very helpful! The Lubbock and Levelland stores are both equally nice. The Lubbock store didn"t have the canned dog food we were needing. So went Levelland but had enough. All worked out.

I've always enjoyed shopping at Tractor Supply. They've always had a good selection on animal feed. The employees are awesome ...I've never had to ask for help! The stores are clean and always stocked up. Thanks guys!!

Tractor Supply is a wonderful store. I live in a small town and not much is here for chickens. And we have 13 of them! So when we go here, we find clothing all the way to a doggie wash room!

People at Tractor Supply friendly nice people going in and look on flashlight out of stock and cannot find them in the store I was told I would get some more in and then come in yet keep supplies in the store told they could stockham the flashlight

I'm in a wheelchair they have lots of handicap parking but they do no have accessible wheelchairs for us so we can shop to. Places like this make it hard for us to do anything makes us feel descriminated against because of disability

Pain in the butt to get into the dock if there was a bit more room in front and to the left of the dock and some lines to assist truckers into the dock it would be tons easier.
