After waiting 20min in the drive thru, and being the second car in line, we finally get to the window. Give the name and DOB, and get the prescription. Drive away, and notice they gave us someone else's pills! This was for my 4yr old. Good thing I checked it! Pull back around, get the right perscription. Get home and notice the bag is wet, because they didn't screw the lid on correctly! So we lost some of the medicine in the bag. To top it off, they included a 1ml syringe, and the dose is 5ml. It's hard enough to get a 4yr old to take her medicine in 1 dose, much less 5!!!! What a joke!

Our medication was out of stock. This happens almost every time. I am checking to see if my insurance will let us use another pharmacy.

I arrived in Littlefield for Thanksgiving vacation when I discovered that I had left my blood pressure medicine at home. I use an uncommon brand, and I was disheartened to hear that the Levelland store didn't carry it. A pharmacy tech or clerk named BRANDON took it from there. He not only called the other pharmacies in Levelland, he also called all of the CVS stores in Lubbock, all to no avail. He then started calling other brand pharmacies throughout Lubbock and finally found my prescription brand at a major competitor's store. BRANDON went on to ensure that my insurance would cover the prescription and made arrangements for my niece to pick it up. Congratulations, Levelland CVS -- Brandon is a credit to your organization and a leader in customer service. Thank you, and especially, thank you Brandon, for making me rest easier for the rest of the holiday!
