I ordered a mix of different burgers - several without the bun - and everything came back to the car as ordered. The car hop came out to my car to verify what i ordered - twice to make sure. I will certainly visit again. Burgers were perfect Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free- I declined the bun and cheese - no hassle from the business - handled it just fine

I just moved to town and I’m sorry but I’m never eating here again. I’ve given multiple chances. Kept thinking maybe just ordering something new would help. So that’s what I did. And this chicken sandwich was the last straw. The food always looks over cooked, undercooked, or old. But this is sad. The chicken is dry and old enough it was rubbery. Got enough lettuce, tomatoes, and bun; but no chicken. You’d think with only a few restaurants and 2 fast food places within 15 miles they’d show a little pride in the food they serve.

Just bought a unsweetened tea at the Leonard Texas Sonic and it is nasty. They need to dispose of what tea they have and clean the container it tastes almost soured. Want buy again there.

Beware! I absolutely love Sonic and go about once to twice a week if not more sometimes for snacking, lunch, drinks and the occasional quick dinner. Beginning in Mid 2022 the location I. Leonard went downhill, the service became horrific. They started mixing up orders, I was never getting my entire order or the correct order. I literally was handed someone else's loaded tots and I had opened them to check the toppings as I had ordered jalapenos on top and the lady took it to the next car and gave it to them (unsanitary and I would have been upset had that been me). But to top it off beginning in Jan 2023 the staff began breaking cups and putting styrofoam pieces in drinks. It wasn't just once or twice but every order (over 10) in a month. If your willing to pay $30-$50 for dinner and your ok with whatever they are doing to your food and drinks that may or may not send you to the Dr or hospital, and not getting what you paid for- continue on eating here. The management doesn't care, their corporate doesn't care. They figure it's a small town and limited food choices. Go to the Whitewright location instead they are amazing.

waited over 30minutes to get a tea, a soda, a slush, a side of fries, and a side of tots. Employees here are pretty much all children and do not care about any of the customers to such a negligence that they will have pieces of plastic mixed in their food and give out wrong orders consistently. Avoid this restaurant location if possible.

The taste of the bacon burger and tots was the only good thing about this visit. Starting with the annoying woman that talked a mile a minute, to the horrible reception of the speaker system to the toothless wonder inside that had the personality of a rabid badger and the fact that I couldn't get a refill on my soda even though we ate at the tables there, I can't think of a worse experience going out to eat at a fast food location.

A women brought me my food whilst holding an infant child (less than a year old). She then hands the baby off to her “baby daddy” (I’m guessing) and he proceeds to SMOKE A CIGARETTE with the same arm he’s holding the baby with (smoke getting all in the baby’s face!!!! I will never go to the Leonard Sonic again!!!! I will tell this story to EVERYONE I know!!! I hope you lose an immense amount of business Leonard Sonic!!!!!! And by the way he worked at the Dairy Queen. So I will not be going there either.

We ordered Sonic Blasts and were not given a spoon nor napkins. They brought out a spoon but, still no napkins. I quit going to Sonic a couple of years ago due to the fried hairs I found in an order of tots, "twice." When it comes to food and restaurants, the top priorities should be cleanliness, service with a smile, and a consideration that not everyone totes napkins or paper towels in their cars when dining at fast food restaurants. They cost of things nowadays, should include such a hospitality as a utensil to eat your food with as well as napkins to clean yourself up with. Two things Sonic has been failing at for quite some time now.

Worst Sonic EVER!!!! We ordered 2 drinks, that's it. We had to order 3 times and then we waited 35 minutes and finally just left. Even though we paid, we left without our drinks. Got told they were understaffed and we should understand! Thanks Sonic for taking $6 from my account and not giving anything in return! We will NOT be back!!!

The dinner shift employees at this location seem incapable of completing an order correctly. I have lived here for 6 years and have yet to get even 1 order 100% correct. They ALWAYS forget at least one item in our order…on a lucky day it’s an order of fries or cheese sticks but often it’s been the main course of one of our meals. It’s very frustrating to order meals for 3 people and get home only to have someone only have an order of fries for dinner. The items they do manage to get in the bag are often wrong…how difficult is it to make a burger with ketchup only? With this being such a small town there aren’t many choices of where to eat so I still go, but the town is growing and soon this location will not be able to depend on necessity to keep customers coming back.

Every once and a while, they do a good job but it is rare. I started ordering through the app so I had the option to tip, but it has actually gotten worse. Ex: Chili cheese dog... the cheese is not melted, the chili is warmish, and the hot dog is maybe room temperature, and doesn't seem like they did anything but take it out of the package and place it on the bun. Today I ordered a 2 for 5, Reg Frito Chili Cheese wrap, and Quarter Pound Double Cheese burger, with another Jr Frito Chili Cheese wrap. What I got was a burger that tasted like it had been sitting a long time with the bun being kind of hard, like it had been exposed to air for a few hours. The Reg Frito Chili Cheese wrap, was actually a junior and both were pretty flat with only a little chili and cheese, and I couldn't even tell if there were Frito chips in it. There aren't a whole lot of options there, so if I need a fast lunch, I may have to use this place, but it will be my last option and I will never tip again, unless they can actually start doing their job correctly.

It took 15 minutes to get fries, tots, and a drink.I had plenty of time to write this review while sitting here waiting. I also tried to order a shake and was unable to on the app. Y’all were also out of ice cream two weeks ago when I came.

Been here two different times, I paid for a #3 but only got a single patty with cheese and bacon. The second time, I told them my order they bring out a burger with no bun. Would not recommend eating here.
